This freshly-painted two-level 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath end townhome is located away from the bustle of crowded condo complexes and town center rental homes, but still close enough to walk to the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants to avoid parking hassles. Located approximately 0.6 miles from the beach, at the corner of Jefferson Bridge Road and Kent Avenue, this townhome features a flat-grass yard, great for kicking a ball around with little ones. Screened porch with ceiling fan, plus picnic table and chairs, too! This quiet retreat is less than a mile stroll or bike to the heart of Bethany Beach with its Boardwalk, bandstand, restaurants, mini golf and many other attractions and short walk to to South Coastal Library. The Bethany Beach trolley, serving the greater town area is available just steps from this vacation getaway (Memorial Day to mid-September. Outlet shopping just a short drive away to either Rehoboth Beach (to the north) or West Ocean City (to the south). Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more.2 TVs, DVD, small library of books and movies, board games, Wifi., outside shower with hot and cold water Note: Fireplace not available for guest use.
*Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
