Two primary suites (one on the first floor and another on the second)! This spacious two-story 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath end townhome offers an open layout on the first floor, with living and dining areas, well-equipped kitchen, powder room and three-season room, as well as the first floor master suite. The second floor features the second master suite (with private sun deck), landing, two additional bedrooms and a second full bath. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 5 TVs, DVD, gas fireplace, gas grill, Wifi. Plus, bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, tennis racquet, fishing poles, high chair and Pack-n-Play (courtesy items not guaranteed). Notes: Garage available for storage only, no parking.

THINGS TO KNOW
There will be construction in the community from October 2023 through the spring of 2024. There will be noise related to various projects such as roof repair, piling repair, exterior painting, and road repair, but the vacation rental will be accessible at all times.
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Sea Colony Parking Passes
Sea Colony parking passes are issued based on the number of guest badges purchased per unit. Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per rental period.
1-2 Badges = 1 Parking Pass
3+ Badges = 2 Parking Passes

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
