Difficult to get into.
The only chair in the place, was broken. Had been reported, and documented to have occurred in June.
No hair dryer ( was listed in amenities) washer and dryer were down the hall ( not in unit) the compressor on the dryer could be heard on both floors.
Fire place hearth rug dirty looking. No rug as you came in from outside deck. The patio door window to the beautiful view of the mountains, was obscured by condensation in the glass. Time to replace? My daughters wish the curtains in their room were black out curtains. Ours were in our room.
We were happy the unit had 2 bathrooms, as our two adult girls were with us.
The place functioned well, over all

The location is nice and while finding the lock box was a little weird once we found it- easy to get in.
House needs some love- chair in living room is very broken -no hair dryer- no fans- old towels - old sheets- laundry down the hall and not free. Could only open one window - just run down.
Also heads up that this house has many fees attached. I don’t think I will ever pick a place that the homeowner is not involved again. If you are young and just want a nice location for skiing with your friends, this will work. I personally would not stay here again.

Nice place to stay. Clean and homey. Had a little bit of a problem getting in as the texted entry location didn’t have the number of the unit in the building and we were using the text info (should have used the e-mail info!) Beds were ok but would have appreciated blackout curtains in second bedroom as it was midsummer. Plenty of food locations nearby. Armchair broken but still usable. Appreciated the “Greatest catch” DVD’s! Accurate representation of property.

Great views from the windows. No working tv or dvd players

Directions for the facility need to be updated, would be best to have a map to show the location of the key box. It took us several attempts at several locations to locate the correct key box. There are several of them. Finally, we called the Landlord and was able to find it.
Wifi was broadcasting, but the Wifi didn't accept the password. we never ended up getting access.
The facility is loud, and dorm like.
Everything in the apartment was dirty, leftover ashes scattered across the floor from a previous tenant. burnt pieces of wood just left on the porch. Etc...
There is a broken chair in the living room, that in the picture looks nice and new, but is not. I feel like the place was photo shopped up a bit.
Other than that, it's a fair place to stay for the price, but it seemed like we were in a rundown Motel.

This place isn’t too bad! I actually didn’t find the check in process as confusing as most. It’s pretty straight forward. The location of this spot is fantastic! Easy walk up to the lifts & close to some great food spots. The place itself is a little outdated with some worn out mismatched furniture. Overall still cozy & the beds were comfortable. Just a little bit of misinformation was the washer dryer situation. I messaged ahead asking if it was in the unit. I was told it was & it’s not. It’s a shared coin operated set up in the hallway for all the condos. So just heads up on that. Really liked having a wood fireplace, but you’ll need to get your own wood. We just picked up a presto log at the mercantile in town. Things I appreciated were the hooks to hang ski gloves to dry, a spot to park skis & dry boots, lots of TP, & lots of towels. Overall decent place!

No issues.
All was well.

This unit has an excellent location in proximity to the Mountain. Nice two bedroom fits our family just right. Beds are comfortable and plenty of room for everyone.
Nice brand new kitchen remodel.
I don’t love the lockbox for checking in. It’s always frozen and complicated.
Sofa chair could stand to be replaced.

Especially loved the location, walkable to the lifts. Clean, cozy, and convenient.

Worked very well for our family to have a ski-escape!.Thanks!!

We enjoyed the stay and how convenient it was to hit the slopes!! We never figured out the ski in/ski out trails for the property, but nonetheless it was a 1-2 min drive to the ski resort parking lot!! For being a pet friendly place it was very clean and did not smell like dog!!!!! Towels and sheets were vintage but overall the winding staircase, fireplace (bring your own wood) and leather couches gave a cozy cabin like feel even though the location itself felt more like a dorm setting. It had everything needed to include pots/pans/utensils, soap, towels etc. Overall a great place to stay and meets/exceeds the cost at time of writing it was $468 with the cleaning fees, VRBO fees, and taxes. I would stay again in the future for sure!

My family and I had a wonderful weekend away at this condo. It had an excellent location and lots of room.
I found the check-in process to be very challenging. It would be helpful to have better instructions on how to use the locks. It was inconvenient to have to keep track of a key the whole weekend and remember two different key codes. This likely cannot be changed, but better instructions would be helpful.

Overall satisfied with stay. There are a few items I would address. Clean the large sliding window in family room. Would consider putting large cushions on the bench seating. And lastly get a working hairdryer, the one in the bathroom does not work. Would have been nice to have a back up in the downstairs bathroom.
The place though worked for our group. Beds we’re comfortable enough.

Great location! We had a great stay at the condo. They had just cleaned so it had a very powerful smell of cleaning supplies but it went away after we opened the door.
4.3
The glass door leading to the balcony are really dirty because it has dirt between the double pane glass which you couldn't clean. Seems to me it would be something they would maintain. Especially since the picture shows them to be crystal clear. Felt it was false advertising. Otherwise clean and functional. Any problems go the management company, which were not helpful.

This was a great place for 4 adults to stay and enjoy hiking and good food (definitely check out Spoonline Bistro for amazing food, Hightower Pub for fun staff and good food or Chair 5 - all great fun). The apartment was roomy and clean and close to boat tours in Whittier. Thank you for sharing your home!

Easy to find, good location and comfortable stay.

The photos of this place showed only a breakfast bar with three stools however it’s since been remodeled. The breakfast bar is gone and a dining table for six has been added! Great remodel and opens up the area so there’s much more room. The only negative is it’s slim on bigger pots and cooking utensils like big spoons, tongs, etc. and the tv is strictly for dvd. The dvd player on main floor is mounted on the wall behind the tv and we had problems loading dvds without them falling out before the tray shut. Great place overall and the fireplace worked fine.

I had reserved a condo in Timberline and the owners decided to take my slot so was assigned this one. Of the many condos I have stayed in over many years at Alyeska, this was my least favorite, Older building and the condo was in need of refreshing. No TV and no explanation about that. No washer/drier in the condo. No screens on the sliding door, so keep it closed or the bugs come in the thousands.
The building has no street number or name so even the young lady at the condo office could not find the building. Eventually we did of course. The buildings need clear numbers and easy to read names on each one. Vacasa needs to provide a map to where each condo is located.
Overall, I survived but would not stay in this one again

Loved the space and the location! Condo has been remodeled, and looks very nice. The dine at counter top has been removed. Some sort of dining table would be an improvement. For a family of 4, two TV trays weren't enough. Otherwise it suited our needs very nicely.

We very much enjoyed this quiet, comfortable condo. It had everything we needed and felt clean and cared for.

Condo was nice inside. Quiet place. Spiral staircase was a bit difficult.

Unit was a little musty smelling when we arrived. There was a tremendous amount of dog hair in the corridor that left a trail into unit 206.

Overall we very much enjoyed our stay - great location, condo was clean and comfortable. The only complaint - check in directions did not make it clear which condo was the unit we rented.

We spent a long weekend at the cozy cabin. It’s a spacious condo and an easy walk to restaurants and the ski lifts which was perfect for our family. Our two kids loved the bunk room and were excited to have some toys in the closet to play with. The kitchen had all of the necessities we needed to cook our meals.

I had to let my niece stay at this property, however she said it was wonderful. It was to late to get a refund when we got covid, however they were kind enough to let us have our niece stay who is a college student. she had a blast and was very greatful for the free vacation.

The 7 of us enjoyed our stay! The condo is clean, well equipped, and convenient. The kids walked out the door and went skiing every day. We had everything we needed to prepare meals and spend Christmas together. Being dog friendly was a huge selling point for us too. We were able to walk on a very nice trail from the condo down to Aleyska resort and back each day. This condo was perfect. We will definitely be staying again!

We loved this cozy little condo! Lots of space for us to spread out with all our gear after a day of skiing. The fire place hit the spot! We brought our own logs, but didn’t think about a lighter. Oops! We got it figured out Nice selection of DVD’s and VHS tapes. The beds were comfy. They are memory foam material so they seem hard at first, but were great for sleeping. No problem finding the key to get in. Just follow the directions. We hope to stay again next year. Thank You!
