About this apartment rental
This attached studio apartment with private entrance is the epitome of an efficiency apartment for work or play. Located in a semi-rural neighborhood, but with all the desired amenities--laundry, full kitchen with dorm-size refrigerator, small dishwasher and Wi-Fi. This charming apartment is just a short drive to our Downtown City Square. The unit has been fully updated and is the perfect destination for one or two guests focused on what matters most to them, whether it is work, play, connecting with local families. We invite you to book for the weekend, week, or consider a longer stay! (One small dog (10-15lbs) considered with $25/night pet fee.) City Permit #STR19-0183. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.

Hard to believe you are asking me for this. Everything about the stay with Paso Robles Vacation Rentals was HORRIBLE. YOU SHOULD JUST BE THANKFUL that I don’t take my reviews to social media. It’s one thing to have a rats nest in the mattress we were sleeping on and another to be playing cards the next night and have your dog alert you. I have been traumatized over and over with the translucent baby rats that were inside the bed. Then you did not immediately take care of the situation. I had to beg to be placed in a new unit. In hindsight I should have called the health department. Then you place us in a significantly smaller place and CHARGE US for it. The way you handled it was HORRIIBLE. Taught me a valuable lesson... rent through AIRBNB because they will stand behind their rentals. I am APPALLED that you would now ask me for a review. How about a simple phone call to say you are sorry for the traumatizing experience... a little grace would have gone a long way BUT instead you are asking me for a review prompting me to review you on all the social media platforms. How would you like me to post a pic? You should leave this rats nest alone! Shame on you. Question. WHY ARE YOU NOT ASKING FOR A REVIEW OF MOJO where we were booked

The place is a cute little getaway. Its nothing fancy compare to other rentals, but was great for the price in Paso. Had everything we needed and perfect for two people. The location was great awesome because it was close to the downtown area and central to the wineries. Uber ride was less than $10 which was great too. I love the Paso Robles rental company, they have some really great rentals and they are always my go too.

Plenty of parking for my large truck.
I was gone from earlier morning until dark each day, so really wish there was a way to leave air condition on at a set level. It was miserable coming in late each night to a stuffy hot room that didn’t cool down. Per Rules I turned AC off when I left each day.
Booked for a full kitchen, Stove, coffee maker and fridge. Sadly the fridge was way to small for what I needed.
The place was clean but feel uncomfortable using towels washed only by the previous guests.
Half of the coffee creamers were separated and lumpy.

It was very quiet and peaceful and comfortable. the lawn area was great to take our dogs out to go potty. Great communication with the property management, had a slow draining bathtub and was taken care of very very fast. The stay was amazing although you could mention that the pool was not included I think it should be because $500 is not worth a little tinny room with horrible connection also when you call to tell us the pool is not included i suggest being nicer not a bitch

Very convenient location and easy access. Overall, we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. One wish is that the A/C was a bit more powerful. With such a small space, it should have been easier to cool down the room (Paso was in triple digits).

Very nice for a very short stay as there is little room for a suitcase and no place to hang clothes as there were no clothes hangers. Very clean and very modern. Had a washer and dryer, dishwasher, small kitchen and everything looked new. Newer saw or spoke with the owners. All done through a computer that hangs on the wall in the bedroom and is a bit like having big brother watching you as it would come on randomly with advertisements. Did not care for that as it sits right next to the bed.

We were very happy with our stay up to the point where we came home on Saturday night at around 10pm to two ladies cursing and creaming to an Uber driver. Then again on Sunday at around 2:00am there was a man dreaming and cursing he woke up my husband and I. We could not fall asleep after that. My husband and I were looking for a quiet and relaxing weekend and we unfortunately did not get to enjoy this because of the yelling and cursing. We will probably not be staying here in the future.

Had a wonderful stay at the A-n-D Suite. Great location in a quiet neighborhood and minutes from downtown. The space had everything I needed and was perfect for myself and my dog. The washer and dryer is a huge plus. Internet was reliable which was necessary for me since I was also working remotely during my stay. Great little kitchen with working stove to cook meals in. Perfect for the solo traveler or couple.

Comfortable Paso Getaway
We had a great time at this property that was very neat and clean and looked just as depicted in the pictures. The check in process was not smooth because they had provided us with outdated instructions, but I contacted the agency and they gave me a partial refund and credit for a future stay, so I was happy with the resolution. Hopefully they update the check-in instructions for the next guest (and I would recommend confirming the code etc before arrival). The bed was comfortable and the place was equipped with everything needed for a weekend stay. Very nice kitchen with many appliances. Also great location close to downtown Paso and the wineries. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect little home away from home for my husband and our two pups! We spent most of the days exploring wineries, Tin City and town and the apartment was close enough to pop in and out of as we went from activity to activity. Super central, a five min drive to town, five min drive to Vino Robles Concert Venue, ten mins to a great dog park. Would stay again!

I could not imagine more complete and appropriate and wonderful accessorizing than here. Perfect mini-kitchen (and BBQ) with anything needed, high quality bed and linens, just the right amount of storage, full laundry for taking care of wine and olive oil stain emergencies, generous bathroom, convenient and central location. Tasteful, stylish, practical decor. Would return anytime!

Hello, My partner and I stated at A n D suites for two nights and three days. The over all experience was GREAT! The actual location of the unit was great-- close to wineries and the downtown area. There were a few issues that it looks like the property management knew of: GPS to this location differs from the Hospitality App location (The app is much more exact where as the maps took us to the wrong place). Please use the Hospitality APP to map yourself if you are staying here. The nightlight in the bathroom does not seem to work-- you'll have to bring your phone light to light the way to the bathroom. This listing advertises that certain TV stations however it seems that the account kept logging in and out thus we were unable to watch much TV (I emailed the property management on the first day and did not get a response). The laminated sheet in the unit gave us instructions to wifi and checkin in and out. The laminated sheet did not ask us to throw the sheets and towels in the laundry however the Hospitality APP did (seems like there was some sort of disconnect). I was able to call the property management during check out to notify them of these issues. Other than these small mishaps-- we had a great time and would love to stay here again! Thank you!
