1. The view was just awesome. 2. The AC worked properly. 3. The wifi was around 70 mbps, good for work. 4. The staff replied very quickly and everyone was very nice and helpful!

1. The bad smell from the bathroom. It was probably coming from the air vent: sometimes almost nothing, sometimes really stinky... 2. The maximum fridge temperature turned out to be room temperature. On the 1st day I didn't know that and ruined some food this way. The staff apologized and said all hotel fridges had this low capacity and offered to use the cafe fridge on the 1st floor. But why was it called 'fridge in the room' in the description then? It's only an imitation of fridge, like a cupboard. I think the hotel should change the description or fix the problem, otherwise it looks like a lie.

Superb

It's located on the quiet side of the city, accessable in walking distance to the beach, food stalls, market, museum, local boat station. The rooms were as same as in the photos. The seaview was fantastic. The transparent elevator was pretty cool. My kids were happy staying there. The common space is a huge plus. We'll definately come back next time.

NOT for sensitive people :) and not for people who are not deep sleepers

The location is good. I think that adult workers were Ok, but they didn't really work there during my stay, so I got to ask for help young ones and they were acting strange

VERY loud rooms on the 7th floor (don't know about other floors), I could hear other people taking shower at night and some strange consistent noise from the ??? who knows what. AC on the first floor didn't work. There is no common kitchen, so I don't understand why the put it in their amenities on booking. Even after asking the help stuff or relatives pretended to be customers and didn't want to help at all.

Can walk to boat to vinpearl

A friendly staff good value that we pay the room is big and I like a wall glass .

A drinking water should be hygiene .

Room was nice, bed was comfortable.

Power to room failed causing blackout and no air conditioning. For final 2 hours before I left..

You get what you pay for

Location is good (near Vinpearl Land).

I booked a King room on Booking.com but I stayed there with a Superior room? There are a lot of noise at night from another room so we couldn't sleep.

The room is kinda clean

Wifi network is not working at all. Have to use my own 4G all the time. No parking that left my bike outside which is not safe. Have nothing in room even a single bottle of water. And charged for the water is kinda expensive.
