Great location and facilities for group booking

Just handy walk to main town . All spotlessly clean . Great having 2 bathroom with 3 toilets for large friend group . Plenty of tea etc provided . Good instructions with no problems to get into house .

Was warm night and air cond in back bedroom didn’t work . Coffee machine also not working ( owners prob not aware of this ??) . Mattress in main bedroom with ensuite bit too soft .

Overall a lovely and well decorated house with very good facilities for a large family or group, however given the issue

Lovely restoration with beautiful interior and excellent gated parking too! Great sized house for a group or family. Good location, quiet and peaceful area.

Unfortunately there were a number of maintenance issues including blocked shower, blown or flickering lighting which then tripped the fuse on the last night and we were unable to have any lighting until departure on the following day. There were also rugs with curled edges and some poor outside cleaning of bbq and rear deck areas which is disappointing at the price point of this house.

Terrible not worth your money.

The house has great potential and the location is great.

The house was so dirty and not cleaned properly for a long time. The plastic plants are covered in dust, the rugs and lamps are covered in dust and the pillows and couches are dirty. We even considered to leave and not stay a night after arriving. We both had a constant dirty taste in our mouth being in the house, and waking up with lungs full of dust. Even the chairs outside are too dirty to sit on and covered in bird shit. Not cleaning the house properly and asking $750 a night is shameful. It ruined our weekend.

Great location for Yarra Valley stay with good friends or family. Highly recommended.

Great layout for friends getaway. We stayed in mostly with dinner on site both nights. Just far enough from town centre whilst still in town. Will stay again.

Minor quibles with cutlery and glassware that I've passed on - not a show stopper at all - just would make it perfect as opposed to very good. If you go out for dinner - you wouldn't notice.

Perfect Property for our 2 night stay in Healesville. Beds were so comfortable, heating throughout the house could not be any better… So warm and cosy Loved that you could pull into the drive way with a secure locked gate. 10 min walk into town We had such a lovely time in Healesville but due to a cold weekend we spent a lot of time enjoying this lovely house.

Just needed a few more bowls, cheese knifes ect to use for a platter other wise every thing was sufficient.

really a great stay, in a place with lovely charm!

Everything was well organised with the email being sent with the door code etc., and the house was heated upon arrival, and well presented.

It was very clean, but there were a few hairs on the floor, and the carpets weren't 'perfectly' vacuumed (some crumbs remaining) and the kitchen cupboards could have done with a wipe on the inside doors. But these things were the only TINY bits I personally had. I would recommend it as a 9.8/10!

Warm, Cozy Renovated House

The house was warm and cozy, despite the cold winter weather, thank you for Ivana who switched the heater on before our arrival. It was thoughtful of her to welcome us with a complimentary wine and the sofa bed prepared already. The backyard is beautiful, nice to have a barbecue in the warm season. It’s near the shops, which is a bonus as well.

The temperature of the shower in the master’s bedroom was a bit hard to regulate, water temperature drastically changes, sometimes very hot, then very cold. I thought it was just me, but my 2 sons also told me about the shower, other than that, everything is good in the house.

The perfect getaway

The location was perfect. The house was very clean and comfortable for 3 couples, loads of space to spread out and enjoy our stay.

The bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable. A few more wine glasses and crockery items would have been welcomed but over all everything was great

Homely, interesting, spacious and comfy. The extras that the owners have added to insides were great

The property was amazing and clearly a lot of effort went into the house. We were all comfortable and happy and in many ways wished we could have had more time to just enjoy the surroundings.

We liked everything. The only thing that was missing from our point of view was there were no bins in the bathrooms or tissues.
