Welcome to 3065 GTB Located in Storey Lake Resort! This spacious two-story end unit townhome has an open floor plan that blends the kitchen, dining room and living room together seamlessly. Using modern furnishings, we have designed this townhome to ensure our guests have everything they need to enjoy their stay. Whether it's enjoying a relaxing day by the private pool or preparing a home cooked meal in the fully stocked kitchen, this home was made for your vacationing needs. With two king bedrooms, a queen bedroom, a Star Wars themed bedroom and a Minnie Mouse themed bedroom, there is something sure to please everyone. Every aspect of your vacationing needs will be met with this townhome.

- Each property is inspected two separate times. When the clean is completed, our cleaning vendor owners inspect their team's work. Then Christian and I inspect and stage the property personally. We do not outsource this important step to vendors or staff.
- When you arrive, you will find a Committed to Clean Sheet in the kitchen dated and signed by our cleaning vendor inspector. We treat each home prior to your arrival with a sanitizing spray that kills 99.9% of all viruses including COVID-19. We are committed to providing every guest with a professionally cleaned and sanitized home.
- All our towels and linens are washed in our private laundry facility. We do not outsource this crucial part of your stay. We use industry leading Ecolab products to wash and sanitize all towels and linens. We also change all duvet covers in between each stay.
- Your safety and privacy are important to us. All our properties use smart locks that only allow access to you during your reservation time. For anyone to access the property during your reservation it must be approved by you, the guest. All our homes also have Ring doorbell cameras near the front door of the home. There are no other cameras on property.
- Unlike most hosts or management companies, we don't ask you to “Clean” when you depart. No stripping beds, no starting laundry, no doing dishes, and no emptying refrigerators and freezers! We handle all of this for you. All we ask is that you place your trash out for the valet to pick-up, turn off all lights and TV's and lock the patio and front doors. That's it, simple and easy. Remember, even though you are departing you are still on vacation.
Storey Lake Resort
Storey Lake Resort is a gated vacation rental community with over 1,200 units. All the units in the resort are vacation rentals and are all individually owned and operated. The resort amenities are managed by the communities HOA and have no other affiliations with the owners of the units.

- Must be 25 years of age to rent this property. Please do not inquire if you are not at least 25 at the time of booking. Our insurance company mandates that the main guest on the reservation be at least 25 years of age or older. We will decline/cancel any reservation that does not meet this criterion.
- This unit is a Non-Smoking unit. Our host Hernan made everything so easy for us before we even arrived to the property. The property location was easy to get in and out of. The property was great for our family and friends. The location is ideal for the theme parks, villa was superb, the entire family loved staying there and were very sad to have to return home. Hernan was an excellant host and would recommend anyone to stay in one of his properties

Don't stay here. The property itself was beautiful and well-maintained. It is 15 minutes from Disney and close to a shopping center with everything you would need. But, don't stay here. To get into the condo complex, there is one gate. The gate has two entry points, one for arriving guests and one for returning guests. Every single day after returning from the park we had to wait in a line of cars for OVER AN HOUR. Cars entering the gate area are coming from both directions and NO ONE from the gate does anything to direct incoming cars. As a result, guests checking in from both directions are trying to merge into one lane, often blocking the returning guest lane. At one point, the sheriff's office had to be deployed to direct angry drivers to the proper gate and keep cars trying to turn left into the complex from blocking on-coming traffic. It was a MESS. And, the paper with the bar code to gain entry that you are given rarely works on the scanner. An hour wait is NOT an exaggeration. The last thing any family wants after a day walking through Disney in 90 degree heat is to sit in the car in traffic waiting to get in to a gate just to get to the condo. Poorly trained, uncaring staff at the gate just allowed this to happen every day. One day, my teenagers got out of the car and walked the mile to the condo and they still arrived before us. DON'T STAY HERE.

The host always communicating our stay and giving us the direction we need to come to the property. The only thing was the tub the water goes really slow down the drain . Other than that everything else was good. The pool was nice too small but nice.

Disney World is hot. We saved a ton of time and money staying here and coming back every afternoon for lunch and naps. It was 15 minutes from every place. We took a day and did the pools and slides in the neighborhood. They were so much fun.
Most rooms had a fan or a box fan so it was cool. It was super clean and had enough of everything. Groceries were across the street. The owner let us know we could enter early since it was clean and ready. They were very thorough and quick in their communication.

Great place to stay for a quick business trip to Orlando. The house was clean and just as depicted in the description. The only issue we had was the gate and QR code not scanning but the host did advise in his communication with us that had been an issue so not faulting him, overall would stay here again!

Location : Great location. Less than 5 minutes from a Publix (and shopping area) and 10 minutes to a Target. Lots of casual dining options close by. Unit was a 10-15 minute easy walk to the neighborhood pool area, Easy 15 minute drive into the parks, never encountered any traffic as you do not have to get on any highways.
Unit : Comfortable beds, could have easily fit another family with the way the bedrooms are configured. Great kitchen with a large island a big dining room table. The teens loved having their own bedrooms and bathrooms. Unit was spotless when we arrived with everything described in the listing The pool is tiny (we knew that) just don't expect to be able to do laps in it :).
Pool Area : VERY crowded (Spring Break, expected). If you must have chairs get there when it opens at 9:00am. We arrived at 10:00am and every chair was taken. Pool area was nice with a large resort pool and really big lazy river, mini golf, sand volleyball and a basketball hoop. The bar and grill was understaffed and getting a cocktail or ordering food took some time. Not to crazy expensive and the food/drink was good.
Host : Hernan was great! Communicated vey well before and during the trip with immediate responses to questions so we were very comfortable and prepared when we arrived, and departure was a breeze!

Everything was exactly as described. Our unit was close to both Disney and Universal Studios. It was clean and in good working order. We also enjoyed the club house amenities included with the rental. Our property manager, Hernan, was great to work with and responded to all emails within minutes. The house was fantastic. It was spacious and very clean. It was exactly as advertised and the themed rooms were very well done. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It took about 15 minutes to get to Magic Kingdom and about 25 to get the Animal Kingdom. Also, there was a Publix and Target very close by for any necessities. I would definitely stay here again.

HUGE beautiful CLEAN townhouse! COMMUNICATION SUPERB, beds super comfortable, check in checkout process seamless. I liked that we didn't have to strip the beds or do any laundry, nice touch on their part! There are only a few negative things that I can say:#1. When I searched for properties one of the filters that I used was a property with a hot tub. This one came up, so I booked it. Later, I asked him about the hot tub, and I was told they don't have them at their townhouse properties, but they did have one in the community pool area. I was disappointed and shared that with the owner. This was his response: "I apologize for any inconvenience caused by the absence of a hot tub on the property. We understand how amenities like these can greatly influence your choice when booking a vacation rental.In the listing information that Vrbo provided us to enter the property details we did enter a hot tub but we marked that it was located in the Hideaway Club, not in the house. For some reason, this information does not show up in the highlighted amenities on the main page but if you click to see All Amenities, then it appears. We are sorry about that as we were unaware of this listing bug. I will send you the screenshots so that you can better understand." #2 pics show table/4 chairs on the patio there were none, only 2 chaise lounges, they were hard and uncomfortable. Would definitely stay here again but would look at the house options so a hot tub on site would be available!

We absolutely loved this place. The photos did not do it justice. My husband and I brought our 2.5 year old daughter and a few other family members here. There was plenty of space for everyone (total of 6) and the location is fantastic. Very close to Disney. We will definitely stay again if we come back to Florida.

Pros - close to theme parks, quiet, comfortable house and neighborhood. Lots of room, comfortable beds, lots of room for dining and watching tv. Host was great to deal with and had no problems with anything else. Lots of towels available and extra garbage bags. Would rent here again.
Cons - Carpet on stairs needs to be replaced. along with the pots and pans, no kettle, short on small spoons and butter knives, could also use some chairs upstairs to put suitcases on or to sit while doing makeup. Would be nice if there was a table and some chairs at the back by the pool.

My family stayed for 6 nights at this wonderful property. The pictures are spot on for giving you the specifics. The townhome was clean and welcoming. Herman was great to work with and was quick to respond to questions.
We were there during a tropical storm warning, but we all felt very safe! Herman provided instructions for securing outdoor items.
We have a few suggestions to make the customer experience even better. 1. Replace shower heads. All of the bathrooms had low water pressure and standard shower heads. Upgraded to massage or handheld showers would be awesome! 2. Providing more kitchen towels and dishwasher tabs. With 5 adults, we ran the dishwasher daily. 3. Written instructions for using the TV system. We had to guess and weren't ever able to find local channels. These would have been helpful during the storm.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The upstairs shower could use a mat since it is slippery even when dry. The house was well supplied but could use a plunger (we bought one and left it there). Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the amenities and the unit is in top condition.
The only concern was the entrance/exit gate. It was an absolute nightmare!! The QR code entry is a bust and constantly caused congestion at the gates.

The upkeep of the property was as described. The owner/property manager kept me updated and provided precise information from the time of booking up to the arrival and departure. Beautiful, spacious, and comfortable property plus having access to the amenities on the resort was another plus. Highly recommend this vacation property.

Great space! We had 5 adults and 2 teens. Plenty of room. Light in the pool would not turn on and they took care of it right away and followed up right away to make sure fixed. Would recommend 100%!!

Very nice property with easy access to Disney. Everything was as described in listing. Easy communication with owner. No issues. I would have liked to see more of the essential items provided.

This property was exactly as described and perfect for our group which consisted of 3 families. Each group of adults had a bedroom worthy of "master bedroom" status. Having the 4 full bathrooms gave everyone the privacy needed. Full kitchen, comfortable living area, ample parking. The private pool was small but perfect for our families to relax without having to leave the property. The 2 clubhouses with the pool lazy rivers were nice and clean. The only downside to those was they could get very crowded on days that appeared to be check in checkout days so you needed to arrive early to secure a seat. Also they have a policy that you cannot bring in any outside food or beverage except for bottled water and you must buy their drinks and food which had minimal offerings. As long as you know that policy going in, there will be no surprises. Everything was beautifully maintained in the location was ideal. The owner was very easy to communicate with and did a great job with giving clear and detailed explanations on check-in and check out processes etc. I would definitely recommend this place for a multi family vacation

We loved this condo. It is close to everything, but felt like a quiet neighborhood and had a private pool and a great community pool. Scott was a wonderful host. We will definitely be back!
