Property provided a great stay for our weekend in Montreal. Property came as advertised and is in a fantastic location. Recommend booking.

Amazing property for a large group! Lots of beds, and plenty of places to sit. The location is great!
The only thing we were missing was a floor length mirror!
4.0 / 5.0
This rental is good for large groups who don't mind sharing rooms/beds in a noisy part of the city. Nighttime noise from street is at times excessive.
Pros:
Showers are awesome
A/C works great
Simple check-in and check-out
Cons:
Least supplied rental I've ever stayed in. No paper towels, napkins, or laundry detergent. Only one trash bag left for us for kitchen can. No hand towels for bathrooms. One dish towel. Only 4 forks in the kitchen! (Plenty of spoons and knives). No broom to sweep up spills (or anything you could clean up any kind of mess with). Very little toilet paper left for a large group of people for 5 days. There were large bottles of shampoo and body wash in each shower and smaller half-full bottles of body wash as well as hand soap at sinks, but that's it.
The flat is nicely renovated, but weirdly most of the towel hooks are gone from the walls, one of the bathroom mirrors is broken, and several of the door handles are loose and hanging at odd angles.
The toilet in the main bathroom has a mismatched toilet seat on it which doesn't fit right and it is one of those toilets not properly installed so that it bumps loudly against the wall every time someone sits on it or stands up.

Went to Montreal for a bachelor party. Property was perfect location for nightlife. Very fun lively area. Slept 12 comfortably and having the back balcony was clutch. Location was perfect. Crazy nightlife and lots of restaurants. Walkable to old Montreal. Highly recommend if your going for a good time.

It was a great place to stay! It was easy to get to different parts of the city.

This is our first time to Montreal, and we got really lucky with the location. Some of the best coffee and pastries just across the street (café nocturne.) With our strollers, we were able to walk everywhere… Utilize the train down the street. Even in the rain it was a lot of fun. This apartment has pretty cheap IKEA furniture “stylishly simplistic” lol, and it’s all in very tired condition. Managers were extremely great with communicating, so that left us less frustrated with some of the issues we had. Make sure you look into parking before you go so you have a game plan.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms were as described. This property would be good for a group of young adults but I would not recommend for a family with younger children or teenagers. The area outside the apartment is mostly bars and restaurants, thus making it very loud at night. The street outside was dirty with vomit and there was a dead mouse on the steps.

A group of 10 stayed here for 3 nights for a Bachelorette Party, and this place was made for trips like ours. We had a great experience! The host answered all of my questions within minutes, and were always polite and helpful. All of the appliances worked well, there was a great patio out back, and plenty of sleeping space for everyone. The location is right on the party street of St. Laurent, so lots of restaurants and bars a stone's throw away. It could be loud at night on weekends with people partying on the street, but that's what we were there for and didn't bother us at all. Thanks for a great stay!

My stay was really easy going, the host was quick in response, the place was very clean and everything you need in a kitchen was there so you are able to make your own meal. Everything was close, restaurants , clubs and one good thing it’s very soundproof so you don’t hear the noises from outside

We arrived at this property after long days of international travel and after the listed check in time only to find it completely unkept and dirty, including multiple beds that had clearly been slept in. We would have regularly felt this was unacceptable, but particularly so during COVID. We felt the unit was unsafe and left immediately.
The property manager was notified while we were there and they offered for us to come back the following day and offered another property, but with no details of said property or accomodations. Later that evening they offered for us to return at 10pm (again, incredibly unacceptable).
The stay was cancelled and we are unable to recommend this property.
