Great staff but for the cost, I expected the bed would have been more comfortable.

Good location and friendly staff.

There was an odd smell in the building and the bed was not comfortable.

This place has a great pool to relax at and a nice littler restaurant/bar. This is the place to stay!

This was the perfect place to stay!! Very nice and super clean! I’d definitely stay here again.

A foos place to stay but don’t expect to sleep well on wedding weekends.

Location and coffee bar. Good parking and helpful housekeeping.

Totally unacceptable to not have a way to enforce noise curfew. Both weekend nights were kept awake well past midnight by parties at fire pit area. Staff can not control this.

A very good stay. I would stay again.

Beautiful new property. Easy access and parking. Good bar and food. Free breakfast. Pleasant, helpful staff.

There was some construction going on nearby during the day but the hotel cannot help that. Otherwise, everything was great.

Meh, next time I'll stay at the Holiday Inn

Convenient location, room was clean. That's about it.

Bed was uncomfortable. Hard and lumpy? No breakfast. Too little for too much money.

Would not go back due to the cigar smell throughput the building

There was a Wierd smell as soon as we arrived throughout the whole building. Almost like a cigar smell. All of our clothes smelled that way even after we arrived home.

Everything. Great local. Great staff. Great bar and food. Great room. Lovely building. Excellant stay.

Comfy bed. Clean facilities

We arrived at 10 pm. Had some friends with us when we checked in that waited while we dropped our bags off before going out. Only 7 of us. Weren’t being loud. Only in the room for 5-10 minutes. Had a phone call saying that we needed to cut our music off but didn’t have any music on. After the call decided to be polite and leave and one of the front desk staff was just standing outside our room being creepy and listening. Just wasn’t necessary.

I will never stay there again.

The room was adequate, but I got no cleaning service, no clean towels until I asked the next day. The bed was too soft & worn on the side most used. The bedside light was out.

The website said breakfast included, but the first day, I was charged $14 & $18, the next day. The staff was very confused when I said breakfast was included. The staff was not attentive or interested. When they brought the breakfast, I had to get up 4 times for napkin, spoon, etc.

All in all, a pretty good experience. Would stay here again.

We could have had complimentary good brewed coffee, and at least a minimal Continental breakfast rather than coffee and breakfast we would have had to pay too much for. Went out to breakfast instead. We about roasted under the duvet. Plus, the room never got dark. Needed blackout curtains. Had a couple of minor housekeeping requests that were handled very satisfactorily.

Breakfast ends at 10:00am obviously you cater to the business person. Bar does not open until 5 pm. Why is that?? Coffee maker in room did not work nor did the iron. All hand sanitizer near elevator or in the lobby were empty and didn't look like they were used recently. Courtyard with the fire pit was very noisy until 12am could not sleep on the 3rd floor.
