So much was missing

There weren't any roaches.

There wasn't a place to hang our clothes. There was no phone. The lighting was horrible. There was no full body mirror. Not a good room.

Very disappointing, many simple changes that could be made to improve.

The staffmember that checked me in late at night was nice and let me check out late the next day, I'd had a very long flight. The wifi was good, no delays. The shower size was awesome, very large. Brand new toilet and bathroom sink.

I dont normally write reviews but I felt like I needed to for the many things this room was missing. First off, there's no hooks whatsoever in the bathroom,none for towels, not anything to even hold a toilet roll. There's no shower shelves and even no shower door or curtain. I understand that this may be the trend now but water was going all over the bathroom from the shower. I also found my room to be quite dirty, see attached photos of what looked like blood on the floor, and food splashes across the wall. There was also no fire alarm attached (see photo). I was in a ground floor room and it had rained the night I stayed so I woke up to all this water (and bugs) running through the flooring of my room. I was just very disappointed in it all.

This hotel wasn't worth the money spent to stay here. Very dirty, with many loud rude guests

There was nothing redeeming about this hotel.

Place smelled like bug killer. Sheets had stains and there were clumps of hair found everywhere. Do not stay here if you can help it

Good friendly staff, gave us late checkout. Bathroom was good. Water was hot and strong. Bed was comfy. Aircon was strong. Fridge and microwave.

Room was OK but very basic. There was no chair or table in my room. Just the bed. My colleague had a better room. The sink was in the room which was unusual. Forgot to clean 1 day.

La habitación tenía muy mal olor, el piso estaba sucio había una fuga de agua en la parte del lavamanos lo que hacía que esta parte del suelo estuviera llena de agua, tuvimos que tender una toalla para secar cuando llegamos y de nuevo varias veces en la mañana , de los hospedajes más fatales durante nuestras vacaciones 😥

okay for the price

for the price it was okay however parking was very limited and people did not know how to park in their assigned numbers

there were holes in the wall, shower head was leaky, some lights didn’t work , smoke smell

Quiet, clean and renovated. Perfect for the cost and stay!

The location was good. The hotel was quiet and staff were available around the clock. For hotels/motels in LA ? This was good.

The sink often left the counter wet due to improper installation of renovations. Nothing significant.

this is my second stay with Palm Inn almost didn’t stay the 1st time due to my preconceived notions, based off location. I can say I ended up staying and guess what I am a return customer. I will continue to use this location when I visit as it’s very convenient to my school and other businesses. the manager does go above to make sure you are taken care of and I’ll continue to support this company and it’s community.

I didn’t have a microwave at first, was going to switch rooms I asked for a microwave the staff immediately assisted me with one. I wish there’s closet space to hang my clothes other than that I have NO complaints

Do not stay it is something that you will never forget not in a good way in a bad.

I would not. Recommend Anyone Stay in there the rooms were just. Disgusting. No closets no dressers. No shower curtain. Nowhere to hang details no tables no Cheers we had to leave our closed in the suitcase. There were women picking up men and bringing them back to their. They were women picking up their men and most definitely you were able to hear everything. Going on in the room the rooms were disgusting towels were very very dirty. They were staying. The staff was disrespectful one made for all the rooms and fortunately. We were stuck being there. All the hotels were booked because of wrestlemania and they overcharged us and had to pay $25 for a dirty room that was. A joke we paid way over then what was supposed to be paid through booking? dot com so do I recommend this hotel no? I think the board of health should close it. The photos that you see for this hotel are not the same rooms. It is not the same hotel. Brush with. This place was never cleaned it is disgusting we've never stood in the room we were gone majority all day and sleeping at night was not even. Sleeping it felt like we were on a piece of wood. There was no mattress to it whats oever and I was terrified too late on the bed. Not knowing what may come home with me. The photos that they show of their rooms is not that place lies 😒

Just say it made me cry to know I had to pay for something so awful now. I'm waiting to get my money back overpaid for something that should have never been charged for I truly wouldn't not even bucks that motel is a worse. Nightmare I feel sorry for anybody that got forced to stay there like. We did every motel in hotel was booked and they knew that to hit my credit card for an amount that I do not approve is not okay

Nothing Nightmare

Property, management, customer service when I arrived okay the counter person did not even look up my reservation he automatically just tried to charge me more than what my reservation was until I told him I had a reservation. Once we went to the room we noticed how dirty and nasty that it was, the blankets on the bed was very soiled and had red stains and spots all over it, the bathroom was also not clean, the microwave was extremely nasty on the inside, when I went to the front desk to ask for a refund he refused to give me a refund in other words he kept my money and forced me to have to stay in a filthy room counter number of my life gave us the remote control to the TV that did not work when I told him that it did not work again to get upset he started yelling and telling me if I was expecting a certain type of hotel that I should not have came there however this hotel was on your website booking.com what's wrong with your represents this hotel what's the worst experience of my life then for someone to just take your money like that and force you to stay in field and think that it's okay you come to a hotel to be comfortable not to lay on dirty sheets unbelievable the worst experience I've ever had in my life didn't get anything whatsoever

STAY THERE ONLY 1 NIGHT IN EMERGENCY ONLY

The housekeeper, although a street person, They randomly use - Put on gloves when I asked her when handling my bed sheets etc. The A/C worked.

The manager - He was rude more than once 2: The 2 medium towels were like rags & told I couldnt change. Not offer change of sheets.Too many issues

I arrived sooner than expected and the owner let me check in a couple hours early and they seemed friendly.

It was dirty. The floors needed mopping, there was food in the bathroom sink. I found a Graham cracker under my sheets so they obviously didn't change them before I arrived. There was a lot of yelling outside my room. The towels were stained and torn. The blanket had cigarette burns on it. There was only a very small trashcan in the bathroom and nowhere else to put garbage so I ended up using grocery bags to put garbage in.
