We have a large family and love to
Stay together when we travel. This was by far the best house we have stayed at! It had the most amenities and beautiful location to
Give us an amazing time
To relax and reconnect with our adult children. If you are looking for an amazing place this is it!

Property was nice and easily accessible. The layout of the cabin was great for family. The coverage was limited but the hotspot performed well for streaming one TV during the evening. Deck was fantastic for early morning coffee. If the marina had not been devastated from a recent tornado, the location would be very close to boat rental. There is nothing close, so bring everything you need. We did eat out and spent an evening over in Eureka Springs. It’s about a 45 min drive, but we didn’t mind with the great views. We love to hike so it was close to some of our favorite trails. Game room was nice for card playing and ping pong. Overall nice time.

My family came from all over and we had the perfect, most comfortable and peaceful oasis in this home! The kids loved their own room with twin beds, and we loved having the upstairs for them to getaway. We all LOVED having a game room for tournaments! The kitchen was very well stocked for our needs and we ate Thanksgiving dinner on the back porch, which was beautiful with the scenery. We can’t say enough good things about this home!
5.0
The house was fantastic and we had plenty of room for all of us. There is a trail to the lake from the house and deer came out in the evenings. The only thing I would recommend is if you get car sick, take something because the last few miles are nothing but curves and hills. We will be back!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it did not disappoint. Our family loves the convenience of being close to Beaver Lake, a place to launch the boat, and marina. We enjoyed the nature and wildlife right in the backyard! We unplugged from everyday life by boating, watching movies, grilling, and playing games in the game room. Everything you need is provided! We will definitely be back again!

Was down for a baseball tourney. Wanted something out of the city. This place was perfect. Lots deer. Lake view. Very nice and clean place and plenty of room for the whole family.

I have always wanted a big family vacation and we were able to finally have one. It was the best time. We swam, relaxed and laughed a lot.

Great Location
Our family spent a few days at this wonderful home in a great location right outside of Rocky Branch Park. The kids and adults enjoyed the game room. Plenty of room for all to spread out. 2nd fridge and freezer a positive and a must for a big family as we cooked/prepared all of our meals. Loved the convenience of the marina and beach on a quiet cove. Excellent communication with the owners. Would definitely stay again.

Would have marked 4 1/2 stars if available
We have stayed in this house off and on ever since it was built more than 15 years ago. It was first owned by John and Marie, and they were great to work with; they became good friends. Two or three years ago they sold the house, and the new owner has been a joy to work with. He responds quickly to any needs and has followed up on suggestions we have made. We love this area of Beaver Lake, and we love this house. The house is very well stocked; I love that there is a washer/dryer and lots of games in the garage. My rating would easily have been a 5 except that there are a couple of beds upstairs that are less than comfortable. Either new mattresses or some very good mattress toppers would improve that situation.
You can't go wrong by renting this place!

My Honest Review
Let me start with the positive points.
The house was filled with just about everything you would need, as far as kitchen supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, dishsoap, etc. They, unlike a lot of other properties we've stayed at, provided all of that, which was very nice.
The home was very close to the lake, and a quick drive to the boat launch. It is $5/day to launch or swim there. If you have a boat, I'd highly recommend bringing it, or you can rent one from the marina nearby. The lake is gorgeous once you start exploring it! We had lots of fun in the gameroom, and the view from the backporch was nice and relaxing.
We had 7 adults, 3 kids, and a baby, and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep. That being said, I must move on to the more "not so greats" about this home. If you came for a good night's sleep, you will most likely not be getting it here. Every single bed in the house was very hard, some in which you can fill the springs through the bed. It felt as though I was back at church camp. The king bed downstairs, had a little bit more relief than all of the others, but it was bad enough to not want to stay here again. Upon arrival, the upstairs was extremely warmer than the rest of the house. I contacted the owner, and he suggested I turn the air down to 65° to see if it cools down, and if it didn't, he would have someone come look at it in the morning. Once I turned it down, after a while, it cooled down quite a bit. Except, the upstairs bedroom that has the ensuite bathroom. It was like a sauna in that room, no matter what we did. My daughter, her husband, and our 9 month old grandaughter slept in that room, because it was larger and had direct access to a bathroom. They said it was miserable all night long, and it stayed that way our entire stay. The last thing, which is maybe to be expected due to being out in the wilderness, there were quite a few spiders, and bugs inside the home. A couple of us kept waking up with weird, random bites. At one point, I killed a black spider that was on my husband's pillow. Although I wanted to be in love with this property, and hated to say anything negative because of the kindness of the owner, whom was absolutely wonderful, I had to be honest with my review. I am one that books my trips based off the reviews, and I know the great disappointment you feel, when you get to a property, that you spent lots of money on, and it not be one that lives up to the pictures/reviews/or expectations.

Great Space
We really enjoyed our stay. The space was great, especially the deck with plenty of seating for outdoor meals. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Some of the ceiling fans weren't working but it was clean and enjoyed by all.

Excellent Family Vacation
This house was ideal for our spring break vacation. Our young children loved the loft sleeping area and the game room in the garage. It was remote enough that we could get away but close enough to several towns to explore. We will definitely be back in warmer weather when we can fully enjoy the lake.

Nice fall getaway
Love the floor plan of this house. It fit our needs very well and was actually wheelchair accessible for my 89 year old mother. A couple of the beds could use new mattresses or at least a mattress topper. Overall, a nice little pre Thanksgiving getaway. We enjoyed our time together in the woods!

Family Vacation
My family stayed here for our boating vacation at Beaver Lake. There was plenty of room, games to play, a smart TV for movies, and a beautiful view! It was close to a Marina and a place to launch our boat! It is also pet friendly, so our dog could go with us! I highly recommend this property! We hope to stay there again!!

Weekend Trip to Beaver Lake
Excellent property! We had 4 families with 5 teenagers total and this house was perfect! We had enough space to spread out, close to the boat ramp, plus the fully stocked kitchen and extra garage fridge were much appreciated!! Would highly recommend and hope to be back soon!

Pretty Good
The house had great space for our group. The lake is walkable from the back porch and nice deck. We had a hard time finding some things in the house but the Owner was quick and did everything they could to help us when we needed it. There were a few ceiling fans that didn't work and the master that says king bed and twin is actually a king bed with toddler mattress not a twin. Just good to note. Overall, was a good stay and nice house.

Great location to check out different parts of NWA
My family and I checked in for fall break in mid October. The house is nestled in the woods with a view of the lake from the back deck. It was so nice to wake up and drink coffee looking at all the fall foliage and the lake.
The house sleeps 12 and was a great value. The owner, Phillip, was easy to get ahold of for any questions and gave great recommendations about local places to check out. He's in the process of updating some of the furniture and other items in the home. We found it lived in but comfy for our time.
We brought our baby and loved that the home had lots of storage areas available so we could put away baby items and keep the place neat. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook and appreciated the second fridge in the garage. My family also had a great time playing all the games in the garage.
The house is about 40 minutes (very scenic drive) from Eureka Springs which was fun to check out at night after a day on the lake. We were also about 40 minutes from Crystal Bridges. We popped over to Rodgers 20ish minutes away as well. Great spot to check out different areas of Northwest Arkansas but be tucked away quietly in the woods. It looks just like the pictures and we will definitely be back in the warmer months,.
