We came up for a ski weekend at Mt. Sunapee. We were close enough to see the mountain from the driveway. The house was clean and a great place to recover from a day on the slopes. We will definitely be back!

Perfect, exactly what we expected.

We just needed an quick overnight somewhere that wouldn't mind our bringing our dog. The home was fresh and well equipped. If you are interested in skiing, it is so convenient to the mountain with good restaurants nearby.
We were in and out so we didn't have the opportunity to check out too much in the area, but we were very comfortable there!

A lovely space to get away and enjoy Sunapee with our dog. Very clean and all needed kitchen and bath amenities are available onsite. Air conditioning kept the space comfortable with ceiling fans as an option too. Thanks for a great stay!

We spent a wonderful extended weekend with friends and had an absolute wonderful time. The house is well-appointed and has everything you need. Local area was also fun with much to do.
I would also like to thank Rachel who provided great support during our stay. The day before we arrived the basement had flooded from all those devastating rains. The rest of the house was in perfect condition and Rachel kept us informed of all the ongoing maintenance work downstairs which did not disturb or hamper us at all.
Highly recommend for a couples, or friends, or families.

We loved our stay at the Casa; the house was the perfect size for a couple and a friend. Caitlin left us a bottle of wine, and we spent a cozy rainy day between wedding activities playing games and catching up on TV. The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept great!
One note for the dog owners out there: the yard is lovely and nice sized, but it is close to a road and not fenced in. Our dog is older and trained to stay near us, so it was perfect for us. If we ever find ourselves in the Sunapee area again we will definitely be back.

We rented Soonipi Casa for a business/pleasure stay. Convenient to everyplace we needed to be. Even in off-season there were restaurants available. Spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped, great communication with hosts.

I can’t say enough good things about Soonipi Casa! It is such a charming, clean, updated, and well-maintained house, and we felt right at home from the moment we drove into the driveway. Caitlin was quick with all communications, check-in/out instructions were easy and clear, and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine when we got there! The house is stocked with anything you’d need during your stay, and it’s in the perfect location for a quick trip into town, and a stone’s throw away from both lakes. We look forward to our next trip to Sunapee, and will most definitely be staying at Soonipi Casa again! Thank you for everything, Caitlin and Rachel!

This home was a delight! Beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated, it was even better than we had anticipated.
Upon arrival, we found a welcome bottle of wine on the beautiful kitchen island, fresh sheets on the beds, and fluffy towels & toiletries in the bathroom.
It was a pleasure to come home to the air conditioning after hiking on the mountain, kayaking on the lake, and other excursions further from town.

Thoughtful, clean and comfortable home
Our family stayed for a weekend at this location. The house has been completely renovated with every detail attended to. Each bedroom was comfortable with new linens and towels for each guest. The bathroom was clean and well set up with simple toiletries. The kitchen was welcoming and had everything we needed for simple meal prep and service. We recommend this location!

Super cute and clean!
Everything was wonderful and we’d surely come back again. Close to everything we enjoy and just enough room for us and our 2 young kids. The porch was perfect for night time relaxing and meals, too. Super comfy beds and pillows.

Weekend Family Getaway
We had an awesome weekend at Soonipi Casa! It was cozy & clean - a great space to spend time with our adult children coming from different states to meet for a relaxing weekend. We enjoyed hiking & exploring the Lake Sunapee area! The kitchen was really well equipped and we did a lot of cooking, including using the grill on the wrap around deck. We hope to return next winter for a ski weekend!

Great family ski weekend!
What a wonderful ski house! Soonipi Casa was very recently redone. It is extremely clean and modern with excellent amenities. The house could not have been any more conveniently located - it took two minutes to get to the mountain and there were also restaurants and a great supermarket within a close drive. It was also very pooch friendly!! We would definitely stay here again.

great time at sunapee
property is gorgeous. Simple, clean, everything feels brand new. A queen, a king and a queen sleeper sofa. Kitchen is well appointed. Laundry in basement. Very close to Mount Sunapee. It is small the pictures are accurate. What could make it better (not much!) a Full length mirror. More serving bowls in the kitchen. a better can opener (very sticky and non functioning) and 1-2 more boxes of laundry detergent (I mention this for the owners so they go from an A+ to and A+++. Highly recommend.

A great, convenient place to stay
We stayed here over a weekend we were skiing at Mount Sunapee. It’s less than 5 minutes from the mountain, which worked out perfectly. It’s near many great local restaurants too. The home was very clean and cozy, and the property manager was responsive and great to work with. We would come back in a heartbeat!

A perfect start to our winter getaway!
Soonipi Casa was the perfect place for our family to start our New England winter vacation. The kitchen was very well-appointed, and the home has been very well-updated. We had a slight issue and Caitlin was incredibly responsive! Close access to Mt Sunapee allowed us to get our toddler on skis for the first time, and a large yard allowed for plenty of snow play.

Clean and cozy
This is a small and cozy house. Very modern and spacious (I would recommend 4 people max), dog friendly. The lake is very close, as well as skying, short drive to some restaurants (check Ziggy's pizza). Would stay there again.

Very comfortable stay near lake sunapee
What can I say..this quaint little house was great! Even though it rained the weekend we stayed, we didn’t mind staying in and enjoying eachother. House is very clean, comfortable and stocked with all the necessities you may need. Huge plus our dogs were able to come along! Can’t wait to check our your other properties! Thanks again!

Clean and Comfortable Property
Thank you for offering this lovely home! The newly renovated "cottage" was neat and tidy and beautifully appointed. We had everything we needed and found the location convenient. The beds were super comfortable, I was even searching for the mattress brand! We did choose the queen bedroom - thinking the front room might have more traffic noise. We were very comfortable and heard very little road noise at night. We enjoyed the view from the front deck - the foliage at Mt. Sunapee was stunning. Thank you for the nice stay and the complimentary wine!

Great House!
My wife and I took our 2 dogs here for 13 days and loved it. The house is super clean and comfortable with great beds and a nice layout. Being less than 2 miles from Mt Sunapee was great for our dogs and outdoor activities. Sunapee is pretty sleepy, so this house is not the house for you if you want nightlife, but we loved it.

We had a great stay at the Soonipi Casa in Sunapee, NH. Caitlin was great...we had an issue with the electric lock, but she called right away to let me know about the spare key. There were great little amenities, like a clothing steamer, washer detergent, and more. Thanks for making our stay pleasant; just wish we could have stayed longer!
