Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einer wunderschönen Stadt!

Die Lage war perfekt und bei der Ankunft vom Parkplatz aus sehr leicht erreichbar. Der Innenhof ist wunderschön und gepflegt - durch die Weinlaube schattig und somit kühler.

Alle Zimmer öffnen sich zum Innenhof, dadurch hört man die Nachbargäste sehr stark. Man hat das Gefühl sie stehen neben dir. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich, spricht aber leider nur griechisch und italienisch!

In the perfect spot

Loved that Villa Zinovia was a traditional property right in the village. It was close to everything but still beautifully peaceful, we were close to several bars but were never disturbed by noise from them at all. The room was well equipped, spacious and spotlessly clean with a comfy bed. Linens/towels were all changed every other day. The elderly lady who lived on site was absolutely charming too. Should we return to Lindos we’d definitely think of staying here again.

Unreliable WiFi but that’s only an issue if you need it to work!!

Lovely, traditional, villa

Lovely traditional property in a great location. A comfortable, family run enterprise within a couple of minutes' walk from the main stretch of restaurants and shops. The family are very nice too (grandma in particular who lives on site)

Wonderful!

Everything was perfect. Location, facilities, room, courtyard and especially Zinovia was a great hostess. Thank you for everything. Having breakfast in the mornings and having quiet time in the evenings in the courtyard were so valuable. We felt like we were visiting a family member of us. She offered us fruits in the evenings and coffee in the mornings. She was very friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to see her again.

Authentic, cool and great location

Authentic. Cool in the heat. Basc room service each day, which we weren’t expecting and we’ve had clean towels and bed linen after only 3/4 days. Greek charm throughout in terms of traditional apartment and the owners too

Would highly recommend staying here. If we ever return to Lindos we would only ever stay here.

Had a fantastic stay. Our Host Zinovia was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, it felt like a family. We shall miss her.

lovely studio room in the heart of Lindos, extremely good price for what you can experience here.

lovely lindos villa with communal courtyard, lovely ladies who take care of you, and a stones throw from the hustle and bustle of Lindos. beds made daily, and bathrooms too. A warm and friendly stay

Perfect! great location, clean and pretty

The apartment was perfect. i booked it really last minute and at a really good price so didn’t expect much but it was immaculately clean, in the perfect location (2 minutes walk down into the main part of town) and the decor was really nicely done. The owners were lovely and the courtyard outside the apartment was beautiful. There was a hairdryer, kettle and plates and cups which was a nice addition. couldn’t recommend this place enough

Mezzanine Bed, although lovely and traditional, very hard mattress and so uncomfortable. Poor sleep all week, was going to ask to be moved if possible but all rooms taken

Overall great apartments!

Very clean and cozy apartments, quiet place located near the center. The hostess was very friendly and kind.

The housekeeper visits the room every day, after that it was a bit difficult to find some things. You leave something in one place and then find it in another. I would like more privacy.

Beautiful and greatly located villa in the heart of Lindos

Location is excellent, in the heart of Lindos, at just 5 min to Saint Paul's bay beach. Villa Zinovia is a beautiful traditional town house with big and comfortable rooms (air con, fridge worked perfectly well). Modern bathroom and very equipped room. Despite being in the center of Lindos, it is located in a quiet street so that it's very peaceful at night. Signora Zinovia and her grandson have been great hosts.

Wi-fi signal in my room was sometimes weak and unstable.

Great stay in a charming villa

Great place to stay in lindos. Charming villa. Had a room to myself and contained everything I needed for my two nights including a mini fridge which was useful. Bathroom very clean and modern too. Didn't meet the host but grandmother was there to welcome you. The host communicated well through email and responded instantly so no issues.

Superb

Beautiful one bedroom traditional Lindian apartment in a super location, a stones throw from St Paul’s bay and the main shops/restaurants. Very clean, comfortable and sheets changed daily.

My only criticism is the tap water - it wasn’t fantastic so we had to buy bottled water.

The Villa is beautiful and well kept. The location is literally right in the centre of Lindos but still very quiet and relaxing in its own courtyard villa. Lindos is full of life and the bars, restaurants, shops and supermarket are all very close by (less than 5 min walk) and there are a few beaches all within a 10 min walk. The host was very kind and welcoming, she even brought us tomatoes and olives when we were having drinks in the shared courtyard! We stayed in the traditional Grecian double room which felt very comfortable and always clean. We will definitely be returning soon!! :)

Zinovia was a wonderful hostess and she would offer coffee in the mornings :) also cool terras upstairs where one can enjoy morning or evening. ill be back again for sure!

I loved my stay there! I would be happy to stay there again!

Kind and very helpful hosts. They took care immediately of a problem that arose with the lock and replaced it with a new one the next day. Traditional yard with vineyard and lemon tree. Exceptionally clean room. Quiet neighborhood. Loved my stay there. I would be happy to stay there again and I will spread the word to friends.

Wi-fi in the room is very weak and wi-fi in the yard is barely OK. You can connect for a while to do your check in or buy a ticket for a day trip but you will find it difficult to stay connected for a longer period of time. A stronger wi-fi would allow travelers to use their mobile devices with ease and would make the place an ideal place for remote workers and digital nomads.

Lovely peaceful villa in Lindos

Beautiful villa in a perfect location - walking distance to everything in Lindos but a bit further back so it was lovely and peaceful. Plenty of bars, shops and restaurants 2 minutes around the corner, and less than 10 minutes to Lindos beach, St Paul's beach and the Acropolis. The room was lovely - clean and comfy. The owner was very welcoming too. I'd definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect stay!

Its a lovly restored House, very close to everything and quet at the same time, we could see Lindos acropolis from our window. The Lady taking care of the place is so nice, I just wish I knew greek, or french or italian to be able to tal to her more. The studio was cleaned everyday, and there was a small kitchen where we could prepare breakfast ourselves.

sometimes especially when there were other guests wifi was to week inside the room, we have to keep laptop next to window to make it work.

Beautiful Greek-style villa with a wonderful hostess.

We had a great stay at Villa Zinovia Studios. It is a beautiful, traditional villa with fantastic location in close proximity to Paul's Bay beach (our favourite) + other, and lots of tavernas in Lindos centre. The courtyard is full of blooming ivy vines with lots of privacy and a slight view on the Acropolis. Absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting to have a proper Rhodian stay! The biggest charm, however, is Zinovia herself, the lovely hostess and owner of the villa.

We loved it.

Lovely lady looking after the property, very relaxed perfect for our requirements. The owner answered any questions very quickly.

The only thing as in all of properties of this type, cooking facilities could be better , for example no toaster.

Highly recommend!

Excellent, prompt communication before and during our stay. Perfect location only a minute or so from the centre and 5-10 minute walk to St Pauls Bay. Very central but quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend staying in the apartment as the views from the balcony of the Acropolis are sensational. Savvas and his grandmother were friendly and very accommodating. The place was clean and cleaned regularly throughout our 1 week stay with regular towel and linen changes. Overall I would highly recommend staying here and I would definitely choose to stay here again if I am lucky enough to return to Lindos!

Lovely room in a great location with delightful host.

Spacious typical lindian room and lovely courtyard. Great location on the edge of town so nice and quiet but still close to restaurants, bars and shops . 10 minutes walk from the bus station and about the same to the main beach Zinovia is a delightful host. She doesn’t speak a lot of English but is very helpful and friendly
