About this villa rental

Spectacular finca with heated pool for 12 people in Ronda, in the province of Malaga. Located just 5 minutes by car from the center of Ronda, and with several restaurants and bars just a 15-minute walk away, this beautiful finca has a large private garden and a heated pool from April to October with a heat pump that allows raise the water temperature, although it will always depend on the ambient temperature. The house has two large en-suite bedrooms with a bathroom with a shower, one of them also with a bathtub, two double bedrooms with single beds, another bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge / freezer with an ice maker and a washing machine. There is also a study area with a desk and three large living rooms with oversized furniture and rugs and a large wood-burning fireplace. There is a TV with local channels and some European and British channels. The farm has a fast WiFi Internet connection throughout the property, and SONOS / Bose HiFi systems. In addition to the main house there is an annex apartment with a double bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed to accommodate two more people. For groups of up to 8 people the apartment will remain closed and will only be opened at an extra cost for groups of 9 or more people. The farm also has numerous outdoor terraces and areas to rest, eat and relax, as well as a children's playground. It also has a barbecue in the garden. The house has several security cameras on the outside: one camera is located on the farm gate and another camera is located on the access lane to the house that is after crossing the gate. On the landing of the main entrance of the house there are also two other security cameras. The house is 1.8 km from Iglesia de Santa María la Mayor de Ronda and 2.2 km from Plaza de España.
