We didn’t think about checking for AC. This home had none. It was highs of 85 outside and the home was just as hot at night despite cooling it down each morning.
The location was great. It wasn’t the most family friendly place - lots of things within easy reach of children or not in closed cabinets and we ended up just closing off the upstairs (one of the beds is up there but we didn’t need it) because there were several little ledges that our 1.5 year old could have easily fallen off of.

The house is super cute! It was as advertised if not better. And the local Vacasa representative, Belinda was great! We would definitely stay there again!

The place was great but I sent several messages and never heard back for a single one. Someone forgot an item and I was trying to coordinate how to get it shipped back but again, no response to message. Luckily we didn’t have any urgent issues at the house, otherwise I’m not sure what we would have done.

1551 N 36the St was the best VRBO ever. Pristine, beautiful, and comfortable! We have no complaints whatsoever.

We loved the fireplace and quietness of the neighborhood. The stairs are steep and dangerous for older folks though but everything else was perfect.

Great location and place.... needs a critical addition
The location and home were very nice. however, we did not see a smoke/CO detector in the entire place. This should be added as soon as possible. Otherwise this is a great location and price.

The Perfect House
I booked this location after another reservation was canceled at the last minute. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. This house was located exactly where I needed to be. It is spacious, with plenty of room to stretch out. It has all of the amenities and had more than I could have asked for, I clouding a full kitchen and laundry facilities. Checkin and out were a breeze. I’ve recommended to a relative for long-term rental and I plan to return.

Fun, funky, and functional
Colorful and wacky decor, comfy beds. Nice peekaboo views of city. Very clean. You can sometimes hear the downstairs live-in tenants, not noisy, but just be aware if that's not your thing! I would stay here again.

Cozy wallingford spot!
Right in the heart of Wallingford and super close to Fremont as well. The place was comfy and spacious and I appreciated all the amenities, including the N'espresso coffee. Beds were all super comfortable, and the dedicated office/tv room was great. Thank you!
