We had quite a mixture of Ages and family members to accommodate so the five bedrooms enabled us to have comfortable sleeping for all parties. The main room also had plenty of room together, a good size kitchen and plenty of plates and utensils. There were more spices than we expected. The infant bed and high chair did the job.
Also very quiet, the adjoining unit didn't hear a peep from them.

This villa had several issues with cleaning and maintenance , the grill was filthy and rusty , we would not even use it. The master bath sink had no water pressure. 2 sinks upstairs didn’t drain , mold in one of the showers, stains and burn marks in the carpet . Location was good but needed updating and cleaning , Fabruc on chairs peeling off ,

This house is great! Everything was very clean and well stocked. We had 5 couples and it was very comfortable. The air conditioning went out when we were there and the host response was almost immediate. Highly recommend!

Overall, it was a nice place to stay and well stocked - in fact we forgot a large fry pan with cover there. The bathroom on the main level hardly put any water out the spout and the shower spray was less than ideal. It was not too appealing in that shower to have what looked like black mold surrounding the shower floor.

Had several isses from open window to no AC and they all just took a little to long to fix.

Spacious, clean. Perfect situation for our family. We’ll be back

We stayed at this residence for the Lutsen 99er bike race. The location couldn’t have been better as we were able to bike to and from the race. The house perfectly accommodated all four guests as each couple enjoyed their own bedroom and own bathroom which is rare. We have already booked our stay here for next year

We hosted some friends for the weekend while we got married nearby and the house was AMAZING!

Due to lack of snow in the Midwest, Lutsen still came through with plenty of snow to ski. Manager was great to deal with. We had a very small issue, which was rectified immediately. Great place to stay! The only con I would say is it’s not truly a Ski in/Ski Out. Would definitely stay here again.

Our group of 11 friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. The snowfall was very light this year, meaning ski in/out wasn’t possible, but it was only a 5 min drive to parking near the main lodge and gondola. Everyone enjoyed access to the pool and hot tub (10 min walk) at the end of the day. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, utensils and dishes and the sleeping areas were all comfortable. There were a few broken items when we arrived (front screen door fell off the second time we opened it and one of the fireplace doors were broken with exposed glass, but neither of these affected our group’s stay. Thanks for the memorable trip!

Spacious for our Large FamilyWhile we didn't have enough natural snow to take advantage we could see that access to the slopes would have been easy.Cleaning service was incomplete with dirty toilets, sheets, and bedding.Needs some maintenance as main fridge didn't work, clock broken, dining chairs sagging, wallpaper pealing etc.Could use a few more blankets and pillows.Indoor pool, spa, gaming access was nice.Good location, chalet is walkable

Our family was so happy with this beautiful property!

We had two families in the unit with 4 adults and 8 kids (ages 8-15). Plenty of space to spread out after a day of skiing. Would love to do it again at this unit. Ski in/ski out is certainly doable but a bit challenging.

Giant table with 10 chairs was perfect for eating and playing games! We loved the fireplaces and comfortable main gathering space. We loved it!

We rented this home for a friends weekend getaway and it was perfect! Our group all had a bed to sleep in, the house was very clean, and it was a great location by being very close to the slopes! The cabin had everything we needed. Would highly recommend people to stay here :)

Good! Many nice amenities. One table lamp had no lampshade, other than that everything was in good shape. We never did figure out the ski in/ski out thing, but that was fine. We’d stay here again.

. Expensive for what it was and then having to do some housekeeping on our own before we left, kitchen cabinet would not close so we put a soup ladle through the handles to keep from walking into it, not enough blankets, dirty dishes in the dishwasher just not what we expected for that price. We have stayed in other units there and didn't have any problems.

Good experience. Carpet needs cleaning or replacing. Dishwasher dispenser needs repair.

Family Ski Trip
The property in general needed a little bit of extra care. Fridge trays were broken making it difficult to store liquids in the fridge door, lightbulbs were burned out, Master bedroom ceiling light had no shade just exposed bulbs, no sheets or blankets for the trundle bed which we used, some bed linens had stains on them.
From a well done perspective, there was a brand new grill which we really appreciated, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances, coffee machines and dinnerware. Nice fireplaces, great location and views from the deck.

Beautiful Views, Convenient Location, Clean
The home itself has great views, lots of space, comfy beds and sofas and is centrally located to lots of things to do. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, bowls, crockpots, pans, etc. Main kitchen was smaller than it appeared in the photos. It was a little tight if more than 1-2 people were in there trying to cook or get into the fridge. Also, you’ll need to unload the dishwasher when you arrive.
The place was very clean and nice but lacked some maintenance and details on supplies. There were a handful of bulbs that were out and batteries were out on some remotes, the drawer in the fridge was broken and the oven drawer wouldn’t open and close correctly. Supplies of coffee, filters, soaps, cleaning supplies were not stocked - I would recommend bringing stuff with you.
Overall great place to stay that’s very cozy and a great place to make memories.

Good w/small issues
Lutsen is a wonderful ski resort! Everything was great at this rental except I asked the communicating owner clarification three times once per week over three weeks on how to navigate the ski in/out. She never got back to me. This villa is only ski in/out for intermediate to advanced skiers and is not a simple path. Small things like no dish soap (brought when called), many light bulbs burnt out, not enough garbage bags and the firewood was too wet which made it impossible to maintain a fire in the fireplace (our Eagle Scout and troop leader were the ones that dealt with the fireplace). The layout was nice for our large group. The main level has a master bedroom/bathroom, the second level has a master bedroom/bathroom and a room with a queen bed and two twin beds and the basement has two small rooms (one with a king bed and another with a twin bed and a pull out twin bed) small kitchen area, sauna, and TV and loveseat in the main basement area.

Perfect Spot for Groups!
My husband and I spent the weekend at Caribou Highlands cabin 625 with a group of 3 other couples, and we had a wonderful time! After quite a bit of research into options for a group of our size looking for ski-in/ski-out, this was by far the best option. The cabin has the perfect layout for a group with space in the kitchen and living room to hang out, but still offers nicely-sized private bedrooms. The ski-in/ski-out feature is great, but you're also so close to the mountain to just drive up, either works! We loved being so close to our beloved state parks, restaurants, the North Shore Winery, and gas stations/general stores. All in all we had a great time at 625.

Perfect for a large group
6 adults, 5 kids stayed here for a leisurely family vacation on the North Shore. This location is perfect for a sizable group. Kitchen was very well stocked with cookware and utensils. The 5 bedrooms gave space for folks to spread out. Highly recommend if you have a big gathering that doesn't fit into most locations up here.

Lutsen 99er
We stayed here while 3 of us did the Lutsen 99er. Very convenient to the start/finish of the race. We will be staying for next year's event. We had everything we needed to have a great time.

Nice, spacious condo in Lutsen
5 adults, 3 kids. Plenty of beds and baths for all of us. Main level common area got a bit crowded at times, particularly the small kitchen. Still, everything you need in a vacation home. Overall, some things did need a little TLC for the money - broken windows that needed external assistance to close, light bulbs needing to be changed, a new grill, but overall the experience was nice and the setting was ideal.

Great place for large family is bug group of friends. Nice amenities, would stay here again.

No Ac, the house would not get below 78. It was hard to sleep.
We just left the property. The AC didn’t work the whole trip and the whole house was very hot even at night. It got as high as 82 in the top level which we could use. This affected everyone’s sleep and we all had to sleep in the basement the whole time and it only got down to 78 even with the windows open. It’s frustrating to plan a trip and get everything set up and pay a large price per night and not have a basic amenity like AC. The landlord said he tried to get someone to come fix it but no one came m, not even him to see if he could get it on. Other reviews mentions a similar problem so I’m wondering if this is a trend with this property.

Great location with plenty of room
Three families: 6 adults & 6 kids (all under the age of 9) and plenty of room for everyone. Property was clean. Microwave worked but was falling apart. Ran into an issue with no hot water after a day of skiing but reached out and found out there was work being done in the area. It came back fairly quickly so we were all able to shower. Owners were very responsive and followed up to make sure it was better.

Temperature
The only problem we had was regulating the temp. The upstairs bedrooms were very cold and the basement rooms were too hot. It didn’t seem to matter what we set the temp at. But other than that everything was good. We had a great time. Thank you!

We enjoyed this property! Our group consisted of one family with a 3, 5, and 7 year old, one family with a 14 and 17 year old and grandma who is 74. There is a hill right outside that allowed for sledding and snowman building. And wildlife viewing! Everyone had a place to retreat to when alone time was needed and the open floor plan on the main level had enough space for dining, playing games, and cooking while enjoying everyone's company. We are beginner skiers so we did not utilize the ski-in/out access and instead drove the 3 minutes to the base of the mountain.
