New stay under new management.

As always the place is incredible 🙌 👏

Well there are issues now that weren't in the past. New management now if they don't make changes on something that is perfect. But that's not how things go. Asking more than 3 times to fix a problem that in the past only took 1. But new management means new problems.

Lovely room and setting, small bit significant issues let the hotel down.

Stunning room, setting, surrounds.. Bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Pool in room was cold. When this was brought to the attention of staff they simply advised the previous guests had requested the temp be lowered and pool would not heat up in time for me to use before I checked out. Very disappointing as this was main reason for booking this hotel. Overcharged massively for a small number of laundry items!

There is a pool inside the room which make me very excited That is a very special experience it’s like a big bathroom with a big water tank u even can swim in the pool.

The handle man lead me to the room He is very rude I feel like he tried to be a teacher order me to listen to him makes me the only uncomfortable experience in this hotel

The staff was very kind and helpful. The staff does what they could do for you to feel comfortable while you're staying. The service was great. You must order the food from the kitchen, they are very delicious. Very calm and clean location. Outside of the city. Good price for the services you would get. Very clean property, good furniture and designed very well.

Amazing heated pool in the room and having access to the main pool from our side door.

It is a bit far from Pattaya or Jomtiem Beach. You need a taxi which is a 10 to 15 minute ride.

BEST RESORT IN PATTAYA CITY.

The hotel grounds are so serene. The villa has very high ceilings. The indoor pool can be heated by requesting it at the front desk. You can rent scooters and bikes. We got the breakfast option. They have DELICIOUS breakfast every morning. The toilet seat is heated, as well.

It takes some time for the shower to warm up.

with this price there are better options available

location of the property not convenient around 22km from pattaya. The breakfast served is only Chinese cuisine and limited the serving staff have a I don’t care attitude even after complain to F&B manager his reply was very arrogant.

Excellent and of course the pool in the villa is a must try, very friendly and helpful staff

Excellent villas, staff really helpful and very good with the children, The breakfast was ok, I think could be better considering the price of the villa. The location is great if you are visiting the attractions around Pattaya Room service food was good and also fairly cheap.

Very helpful and friendly staff, the room looks even better than the pics with shallow pool and patio. The breakfast was nice. They got speaker and smart tv pairing with Android plus super bass system installed. They can give you a lift with mini golf van so you dont need to carry all your staff all the way. Its a perfect get away place with family, the kids can enjoy sliders and kid pool.

We ended up swimming quite late so the water keeps regenerating the pool all night, which created some noises consistently like a mini waterfall sound. It might not disturb deep sleeper, but if you are sensitive to noises then it might be an issue.
