Ca. 1500 kroner for et iskaldt rom en kald vinterdag er ikke akseptabelt.

Bra frokost, hyggelig personale.

Rommet var iskaldt da vi kom. Varmen var ikke slått på verken i rom eller på bad da vi kom. Det var flere kuldegrader ute. Radiatoren hadde ingen varme. Radiatoren ble satt i gang etter ca.3 timer. Den elektriske ovnen var fjernstyrt og fungerte dårlig. Ette 4-5 timer kom temperaturen opp mot 20 grader.

Velg et annet hotell. Selv om det ikke er det dyreste, bør standarden være vesentlig bedre!

Dårligste frokosten jeg har fått på et hotell noen gang. Det var rett og slett uappetittlig. Både ost og kjøttpålegg var hardt, skorper på eggerøre, og dårlig utvalg.

Ikke varmt vann i dusjen. Dusjhodet var tapet med pakketape og det var ikke rent. Dårligste hotellet jeg har vært på. Mailet inn en klage, som hotellet ikke gadd å svare på en gang.

Det burde bli pusset opp. Siden det ligger fint til midt i sentrum av byen, ville det være bedre.

Det er kort vei til absolutt alt. God og variert frokost.

Litt slitne rom og kaldt i frokostsalen.

Hostel/herberge ikke hotell

Et sted å sove og ikke noenting mer. Frokosten minner om en slumkafe, uten et vondt ord om Frelsesarmeen. Det bør opplyses at deler av lokalene brukes som kommunal boliger mtp de som har med barn/eldre/familier. Det er ingen å tilkalle hvis man f.eks mangler varme på rommet.....eller strøm f.eks. Å kalle det hotell og ta betalt som hotell blir svært misvisende. Kall det et herberge eller et hostel.

Det ordnet seg med litt hjelp 🙂

Serviceinnstilt personell, fant et rom dagen før selv om det var dobbeltbooket, og fikk nytt rom da det opprinnelige var kaldt.

Bråkete rom like ved heisen (ungdom på tur). Lite varme på rommene, ovner virket ikke Lite sitteplass ved frokostbuffé. Bare vektere med tilkallngsgebyr etter kl 20.

Nice Simple Stay with all we needed

It was very close to the place where we were working and also near nice restaurants. The breakfast was Simple but Nice with lot of greens. Propõe from the receptions were helpful.

The bed was not very confortable and One of the nights workers were putting tar on the dias and the Room shook and made a horrible noise from 1am to 5am

It was amazing, breakfast was so nice, especially fresh bread, thank you so much!

I met receptionist Inga, she made us feel very welcome:) Room was really good size and spacious considering we had 3 beds.

I would prefer if bathroom was in our room instead of shared but it wasn't an issue as it was not busy.

Empty reception after 19.00 and to much light come inside from the street,,the curtains are not enough dark!

Good value for the money to stay overnight

Very friendly and helpful staff. Quite good location everything is in the walking distance Room had heater so it was possible to raise the temperature.

Breakfast has not so big choice like in Scandic or Thon, but the price difference for stay a bit compensates that. Room 213 windows cannot be closed 100% due to broken furniture, not sure how it is in other rooms Not enough power outlets, had to look for one under the table to charge phone Old shower

Breakfast was ok, not to many options and the gluten free bread for my wife was horrible.

The side tables/shelves on each side of the bed were not mounted well and fell off under the weight of the cell phone. The price waa a bit high for the condition of the hotel considering it was newly renovated. The sound insulation was lacking as well, could hear everything inside and out.

Poor beds, design faults in the shared bathroom.

Good location, breakfast was good.

The bed was impossible, the pillow constantly fell off, because of the lack of a headboard. In the end I took the matras out and put it on the floor against a wall. The showerhead couldn't be aimed manually and it was pointed at the door, wet floor guarantees. And this in a shared bathroom, it needs to be fixed.

could not sleep yet paid for a world class hotel

pretty much everything: bed is horrible - half a IKEA bed pillows are one per person and super soft no black out curtains of the window so bright the whole night no bathroom amenities like soap and shampoo provided no sound proofing between the rooms no staff at the hotel after 21:30 u til 07:00 how is this possible from a safety point of view? breakfast a joke and all this for NOK 1450.- for one night - it’s even more than we pay for an international hotel in Oslo!!! sorry but this was a total disaster.

Excellent location for the Telemarkkanalen boat tours. Value for money. Internet could be better.

Breakfast: Excellent; Friendliness of the staff at the reception/restaurant

Internet. Wifi router is OK. But connection router/modem to the public infrastructure is bad. Internet connection is lost very often. Very limited number of parking places. Unclear how to handle the public parking places (times, costs, need for tickets,.....). Cleaning of the room. One day they completely forgot us: No towels, beds not done, etc. On top of that the toiletpaper availability wasn't checked for a number of days. One night the toiletpaper did run out and it showed then that the spare one was empty as well! Lousy service.
