The condo was decent. A good amount of space for a studio. Bathroom could have been cleaner, but overall not bad. Other reviews were accurate that the kitchen has the bare minimum as far as cookware and the bed is very lumpy.

Very good location across from the beach . Convenient.
10.0 / 10.0
Room was very clean and tidy upon arrival only problem was it had very limited supplies, towels, cookware etc. one roll toilet paper. It was recently remodeled.

We love Pass a Grille! Condo was nice...but...it needs stuff. It's almost as if they depend on the people who rent the place to stock it with dishes, utensils, towels etc. For instance, they had a wine glass, but no corkscrew. I'm assuming a renter left the wine glass there. We have stayed in PaG for 10 years and never had to do without beach chairs. The photos show a beach chair, but there were none. We had to purchase two chairs and left them at the condo...You're welcome! In the bathroom, there is one towel rack, and one command hook. Nowhere to hang anything. There were limited bath towels and washclothes, and one set of kithen towels. The mattress on the bed would fall though the frame at the foot. It needs support in a bad way. The back alley was noisy with trash trucks every morning, but that isnt the condo's fault. With a little investment, this could be a great place to stay. I guess they will leave the investments to the renters though?

The property was clean and spacious. Check in was super easy. The beach is across the street from the unit and parking was never a problem. The unit had everything we needed.
10.0 / 10.0
For a “studio” condo this unit is very roomy. Everything we needed was available upon arrival. The communication for entry and parking was seamless and we experienced no issues. Our favorite spot on the beach was moments away.
With the unit at the back side of the building, you will hear the comings and goings of the City trash collection. But if you are an early riser you won’t be affected and it wansn’t enough of an issue to keep me from booking again.

PARKING A BIG ISSUE, more like NO parking, ALL spaces filled up, NO ASSIGNED ONE DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE, BECAUSE NO SPACES WHEN YOU COME BACK

We had a lovely time in a good location. We could walk across the street and be on the beach. There is free parking for the time we were there, but we received a citation on our third day. Jake helped get that cleared up so all is good.

Overall we had a great time but sleeping was a little difficult. Bed is worn so badly it has sink holes In it . Very uncomfortable!! Also just because you get a free parking pass does not guarantee you a spot. If you have a handicap think twice.. my husband had to walk halfway down the street with his cane a couple times because there was no parking anywhere near the unit.
The local restaurants were great and location to the beach was amazing. ( a shellers dream) unit was clean but towels are stained and worn. Windows do not work easily .

Very spacious and clean property. Location is perfect for anything you want to walk to while in Pass A Grille! You'll need to make sure you have the WiFi information as cellular service is weak.

This is our 2nd stay in this unit in pass-a-grille, fl. We last stayed in Sept 2022, and we’re back for 9.17.23 thru 9.22.23. Wow, we’re we surprised at the upgrades. New dining table and chairs, all new kitchen appliances and counters, and an
Upgrade from Queen bed to King bed. Impossible to improve the view, but everything else was terrific. We just eat breakfast and sleep here, and
Spend all our time in the beach, so it’s perfect for
us. Check in and out couldn’t have been easier. We will visit again!

Very nice condo & very close to the beach. The only negative was the price was fair with all the extras added , not good.

Nice condo, very close to the beach. The only thing I can say bad about it, the price was a little expensive with all the extras. Price was fair but not good.

Great location and nice property. Couldn't have been any easier check in or check out.

This studio condo was pretty much as advertised. The unit “smelled” clean, but is clearly not deep-cleaned on a regular basis (definitely needed to use disinfectant wipes on the doors, light switches, etc when we got there). Almost no water pressure in the bathroom sink, and several things in disrepair. Info booklet indicated that recycling was available, but none of the neighbors knew anything about it. Being near the beach, it was difficult not to drag sand in. We could not find a broom in the unit to clean up after ourselves. That being said, the location is AMAZING! For two of us, it worked out just fine … and we were able to enjoy the beach by walking across the street. Would definitely stay here again, but would love to see a little more care taken with the place.

During our 7 day stay we were without hot water for 4 days, lost A/C, lost power, lived in a noisy construction zone, were right next to several dumpsters which were serviced several times, and were tied to the property to handle repairs. The service people were excellent and did the best they could but this property needs a lot of work. Fortunately, we were refunded nearly all of our rental cost.
4.0 / 10.0
the location was the only good part of this trip. construction starting every morning low water pressure, shower head spraying water everywhere, sink in the bathroom was broken, being woke every morning not only by construction but also by a garbage truck. this was not the vacation that we planned for. but the worse part by far was the person who stayed above us, I believed they purposely made as much noise as humanly possible to ruining our trip. I would never stay or recommend any to to stay here.

Unit is old, in desperate need of updating. Smells like mold
We were left with very little toilet paper and soap. Sent the owner a message and he never bothered to respond.
The location was the only redeeming part of our stay.
8.0 / 10.0
Was very clean. Shower head was leaking. Folding closet door fell immediately when we arrived. Nice place could use some loving care.
8.0 / 10.0
We would definitely stay again. Large kitchen, comfortable bed, very spacious. There are some maintenance issues that could be easily fixed: Towel bar broken/missing in bathroom, knobs missing from cabinets in the bathroom, shower head leaks water all around, the table has only 3 chairs and at least one of them had nails sticking out and I was cut on them. There is absolutely no view and the complexes balcony is off limits for guests in this unit. I think it must be reserved for owners who pay an HOA fee maybe? I know all this sounds bad, but we would def stay here again because when we go to Pass-a-grille we spend all our time at the beach. We eat dinner out at the many fabulous restaurants. If the broken things were fixed and maybe add more hooks in bathroom to hang wet bathing suits and towels we would’ve given a higher rating. We didn’t eat in the room, but for those who want to, I think the table and chairs should be replaced. The price was right also. There are no frills at this location. It’s a comfortable place to sleep and have your coffee. Then get out to that gorgeous beach and relax!

Love the location
Before booking we read all of the reviews carefully. Since we drove we brought our own towels, pillows and beach chairs. There ended up being spare linens and towels in the closet so no worries there.. This is mine and my husbands favorite beach location and couldn’t have asked for a more convenient place to stay. Overall the place was very clean.
We would love to stay again!
We didn’t cook while we were there but I noticed the kitchen had the essentials.
There is a neighboring bar and restaurant but you can not hear anything inside the condo.
There were a couple cons:
The bedroom area windows are facing an alley that has flood lights. For two people that need it pitch black this was a bit of a difficultly for us to get used to. Would highly suggest black out curtains.
The place has a musty smell. It’s pretty strong and the odor absorbers around the condo aren’t doing much to help it..
Overall this is a wonderful rental and you really couldn’t ask for a better location.

Perfect Spot!
The rental was just as described. Very basic condo that had everything we needed. The location is amazing. Right across the street from the beach. Checkin and communication was excellent. We needed an additional blanket and the property manager could not have been more responsive. All and all a great vacation and we will certainly be back!

29-Day Stay
I stayed for a month and enjoyed every single day here. The property has been well-maintained, features enough space for four people, features a kitchen, living room area, a queen size bed, as well as a pull-out bed inside the couch, as well as a full bath. The wi-fi was easy to use. The laundry machines that require quarters are upstairs.
My experience was smooth and seamless for many reasons, but I had a great host that facilitated my process and made it that much better. Bob was very professional and attentive.....and very easy to work with, and answered my inquiries in a very timely way. The owner’s staff was great.
The location is incomparable.
Looking forward to a return visit somewhere down the road. Thank you!

Worst VRBO experience ever
Have NEVER had such terrible communication and check-in process as we had with this property. Despite repeated requests for check-in info, we never got anything—no email response, no text, nothing that had a code or usual info about checking in. If it had not been for a wonderfully helpful woman at the sweet shop just down the street, we would have had no place to stay! Thankfully, she knew the property manager and was able to get a code for us…and STILL, no note or response to my messages. Really frustrating and infuriating. and could have ruined our NY’s trip. The place is as described, but needs some updating, including a new shower curtain. The issue was not with the place.

The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location!

The condo is not stocked.
The condo had 2 towels. The pull out sofa is a blow up mattress with a leak. The sheets for it were musty. There are no blankets . The bedroom does not have a TV

Listing not totally accurate
My husband and I love to sit on a balcony in the evenings and the listing specified "balcony". There was not balcony. Also listing said that there would be soap and there was not.
Location was great and clean, but I would have preferred to have a balcony to go with the unit.
6.0 / 10.0
Great location, bare bones unit
This location was very convenient to the beach. The unit was clean and comfortable but very minimally equipped. Bring extra supplies. There was only one teeny tiny smaller than travel size bar of soap and one roll of toilet paper. A few more kitchen pieces would have been helpful—such as baking pans and a dishwasher soap tab. The table is also tiny, and a little rickety. There is no view from the unit other than the alley dumpsters. But as the ad states, the best part of the unit was the location. Across from the beach and steps away from shops and restaurants. For the price I might look at better equipped units next time, unless the owner gets a few more things for the unit.

Nice place off beach
Nice room, perfect spot across beach with restaurants and shops all by you. Property owner was quick to answer any questions.
