Kleines Hotel Stadt nah, Strand nah, sauber, gemütlich und freundliches Personal.

Frühstück war sehr gut und mit viel Auswahl. Kaffee super:-) Zimmer sehr gemütlich mit Klimaanlage. Nicht so schön ist die Lage des Hotels. Draußen ist es sehr laut und unruhig gewesen.

Een leuk en mooi ingericht hotelletje met vriendelijk personeel en een verzorgd ontbijt.

Heel vriendelijk onthaal en behulpzaam personeel. Mooi, gezellig interieur en een voortreffelijk ontbijt. En leuk: ook koffie en thee ter beschikking. En een verrassend zonneterrasje op de eerste verdieping. Op aanraden van de “gastheer” vonden we gratis parking in de buurt. Het centrum is op wandelafstand en vlakbij het hotel is er ook een interessante woonsite met een historische waarde.

Mijn man ziet iets minder goed en vond het wat te donker in de slaapkamer. Er was ook een gevaarlijk trapje naar de slaapkamer, wat we niet hadden gezien.

Wij waren er één nacht en dat is goed bevallen.

Goed ontbijt, niet overdadig maar alles was er. Voor ons prima. Kamer was ruim met goede bedden.

Klein minpuntje: de trappen naar de verdiepingen waren smal en redelijk steil. Niet aan te bevelen voor mensen die wat minder ter been zijn.

Erg leuk en knus hotel voor herhaling vatbaar!

Samen met mijn partner dit hotel geboekt voor ons 12.5 jarig huwelijk. Bij aankomst een erg leuke verrassing op ons hotelkamer, ze hadden ballonnen en rozenblaadjes in een hart vorm op het bed gelegd, heel romantisch! Het ontbijt was heerlijk en stond optijd klaar. Verder is de locatie perfect aan het centrum gelegen. Je loopt zo naar het strand van Vlissingen en het winkelgebied in. Bedden sliepen supergoed. Personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam! We gaan hier zeker nog eens heen :-) Erg bedankt!!!

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel in perfekter Lage

Uns hat die Lage des Hotels, also sowohl die Strandnähe als auch die Stadtnähe sehr gut gefallen.

Leider hatten wir das Zimmer Nummer 1, was sehr sehr laut ist. Man hört jeden Gast und alle die morgens oder abends reinkommen. Zusätzlich hört man halt auch jeden der auf die Toilette geht, da die Spülung bei unserem Zimmer lang lief. Aber dagegen hat man vom Hotel ohne Aufforderung auch sofort Oropax erhalten.

Zo professioneel als een groot hotel, en toch een warme persoonlijke ontvangst.

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooie kamers, goede bedden, proper modern sanitair, alles super in orde. Ook lekker veelzijdig ontbijtbuffet.

Prima gelegen goed verzorgde accommodatie met uitstekend ontbijt.

Plaatsing van het bed onder de schuine kap. Relatief kleine douche waardoor het nogal nat werd in de badkamer. Te kleine wastafel met een te kleine te laag geplaatste spiegel zonder goede verlichting.

Im großen ganzen war es OK.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Zimmer Aufteilung & Einrichtung ist sehr gut. Das Schlafzimmer war sauber.

Leider hat die Kaffeemaschine nicht richtig funktioniert. Das Zimmer lag zur Straße hin und der Verkehr war etwas störend. Die Fenster und Wände im Bad könnten mal gereinigt werden,

Really nice hotel!

The hotel was surprisingly nice! Very kind receptionists, nice breakfast, nice room with a shared terrace. Very good location with shops and restaurants near. Next to bus stop!

Really nice but bring a torch if you are in the same room as me!

Staff were really good even though not on site when we arrived - they rang in advance of tour arrival to explain it all. Staff in the morning were great. The rooms were great except mine, breakfast was good and having the terrace for our bikes was a real help.

My room was really dark, too dark even with lights on in daylight. Too dark to see anything, such as the kettle. Also needed another bed side light and the bed being under the window made it worse as you could not get to the natural light easily. In fact the whole hotel was dark, a bit sombre....

Good alternative

Very well located and excellent breakfast. The room was Ok.

We got a room in the 2nd floor, but there was not elevator in this hotel. Therefore, I brought heavy luggage by very narrow and dangerous stairs.

Good value. Good staff. Good breakfast

Good value. Staff speak English and are helpful. Reception shuts at 6 but there is a key system in place. Old building with steep stairs. Tragic noise from rooms on the front. Really good breakfast

Supportive managers and cozy rooms

First of all, I want to thank a manager of the hotel Jamilla, she was very supportive and helped a lot with all my questions. It was almost a last-minute-booking, she replied very quickly. The room was cozy, I could increase a temperature a bit to get warm and in the morning I had a nice breakfast. Great quality, location and price!

Great quality to cost rate

The beds were great, the room had a nice bathroom and it was easy to regulate temperature in the room with the climate control panel. The breakfast buffet was nice and extensive, but a little more fruit options would have been nice.

The noise from outside was quite easy to filter, though there was a weird noise from inside the building, like machinery starting and shutting down, every now and then.

Broken promises and other guests with keys to my room… :(

Breakfast was what you could expect from such hotel. No problems.

When we arrived it turned out someone else had obtained a key which worked on their room as well as ours. Their luggage was all over the room assigned to me. At our arrival time the desk was unstaffed so I had to call someone to have it fixed. The lady then assigned a smaller room to us and promised to refund one night’s fee. We went into the city to grab a bite. Then the lady came and said she had put our belongings from the other room back into the room assigned to us and we could use our original room. She again promised to credit our bill with the fee for the 1st night. The next morning we met the manager of the hotel and she confirmed they would credit the fee of one night. During the nights my sleep was uncomfortable. How can you sleep comfortably when you believe another guest has a key to your room? Then, at check-out, obviously the fairy tales came out and the manager told me she would apply a credit. In the end she didn’t credit one night (which was promised no less than three times) but only some 30% of one night’s fee. I didn’t make a fuss because I didn’t want to spoil the rest of the weekend with my wife, but I don’t like unreliable promises. Hence a bad review for this hotel.

Great place to stay. Laid back feel and a good place to base yourself to explore Vlissingen.

Friendly staff and an open balcony outside our room, where we could enjoy a quiet drink before retiring.

Dark room and breakfast pretty average.
