The perfect vacation home just minutes away from the beach! This home has been completely renovated offer great comfort and style in an ideal location. Enjoy the great lake view from the pool. The large U-Shape pool comes with an inside the pool round table with a beautiful umbrella, perfect for having a drink inside the pool on the afternoon. The views from the pool to the lake are second to none especially on sunsets. Sunsets are just amazing.

This home located on a very private street, is near everything. Publix, supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants, gas stations etc. are less than a 3 min away. Centrally located, less than 15 minutes away from Mercato in Naples and less than 5 min away from the beach and from Coconut Point Mall. This neighborhood is one of the best in the areas, great for early morning walks to welcome another beautiful day in paradise. When you get to the property, a large driveway with a center island welcomes you to the home. Everything inside and outside has been completely luxurious renovated. Inside the house, you will find three beautifully appointed bedrooms arranged in a split floor plan. When you get in, the main Livingroom welcomes you. 3 large hurricane impact rated sliding doors allow you to enjoy beautiful views from the Livingroom to the large pool and the lake, great for having a coffee, a wine or washing a movie. Some features on this room are high end furniture’s set and a large 65in 4K TV. At the center of the home is the kitchen with all brand-new stainless Kitchen Aid appliances. French door Refrigerator, induction cooktop, double oven and microwave, dishwasher etc. High end quartz countertops all the way through the floors make the kitchen perfect to enjoy cooking a great meal. A great view from the kitchen to the pool and the lake is also featured trough a large impact window that opens to a bar on the lanai. The breakfast bar is on the middle between the dining room and the 2nd living room. A large dining room offers plenty of space for enjoying a family time, and a great view for our garden trough a very large window takes the dining experience to a higher level of details. The 2nd Livingroom comes with a fireplace and a high end 65" TV. Luxurious and comfortable Livingroom sets makes this area perfect for entertainment and spending family time. 2 impact rated sliding doors give access from the second Livingroom to the outside lanai, where you have a second bar connected to the kitchen for convenient access to drinks. The lanai has another outdoor dining table, perfect for enjoying those balmy breezes over coffee or dinner! Master bedroom is also facing the pool and the lake, and is equipped with king side luxurious bed, and top of the line mattress and linens for a great sleep. The large master bathroom offers you en suite bath with a shower system second to none. massage jets, rainfall head with a 3-way LED thermostatic shower system makes the bathroom just amazing. Even more, a freestanding Whirlpool jetted bathtub are in place for the ultimate experience. Dual vanity sinks with a large vanity LED mirror, and Bluetooth extractor are just some details of the bathroom. Guest Bedroom 1 offers you a queen size bed, with 3 windows facing the front garden, shared bath with guest bedroom 2 Guest Bedroom 2 - comes with a bunk bed full over twin size. Coming from North Naples less than 10 min drive depending on the location. using Tamiami trail, just 1.5 miles after Bonita Beach rd., turn right onto W Terry St, and just a couple of blocks, right behind the fire station, turn right into Edenbridge Ct and it will be the 9th house on your right, facing the big lake.
Coming from I75 will take less than 10 min once you get into Bonita Beach Rd. Take the exit 116 into Bonita Beach Rd. Head west on Bonita Beach Rd SE toward the beach for 2.8 miles and then turn right onto S Tamiami Trail. Only 1.5 miles after you turn in Tamiami trail, turn right onto W Terry St and 2 blocks away, Turn right onto Edenbridge Ct and it will be the 9th house on your right, facing the big lake.
Coming from Coconut point, just less than 5 min drive, using US-41 Tamiami trail, just 4.4 miles straight, turn left onto W Terry St, and just a couple of blocks, right behind the fire station, turn right onto Edenbridge Ct and it will be the 9th house on your right, facing the big lake.

This property is gorgeous, decorated beautifully and super clean. Beds and couches are top quality comfortable. So much space and options to sit inside and outside. The view is so relaxing! You see birds flying in lake and sunsets are amazing! I traveled with my grandparents who have limited mobility and they were able to move around freely with canes everywhere. The pool was incredible, would of liked a little more heating, but we are from Florida, so 70 degrees is cold for us. Pool table and tennis tables where definitely a plus! Alex, the host, was very quick to answer messages even on holiday. This was hands down best property I have ever stayed in. 100% Recommend.

The property was exactly as advertised. Perfect location for exploring all the area has to offer and close to many beautiful beaches. Everything in the home felt new and clean. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Alex was very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Relaxing, peace of mind

Everything about the stay was great. The neighborhood is quite, people are friendly and the house is close to almost everything. The owner was nice enough to allow us to bring our dog which was great. My family and I are from the Midwest and they haven't had any experience in an inground pool. The water temperature was amazing and the nigh time swim for them was very cool. The only negative would be that there was pet hair on the comforters but other than that, well worth the 1,600 mile journey.

Absolutely beautiful! If your thinking about it just get it trust me you won’t regret it!! Before booking I asked a couple of question and I got a response right away. This house has everything, nice showers, rooms, decorations games bikes washer dryer pool a lake. The kitchen is to die for. The owner was very helpful once I got to the property with instructions on what to do. Like I said book this property you will love it. 100 stars!!!

What an amazing getaway. The house is just beautiful, it has the perfect layout, it was immaculate, very clean with an incredible vibe. The view of the pool and the lake behind it is breathtaking during the day and at night. The location could not be more convenient, close to everything and close to the beach. The host was wonderful and very responsive to any need. We can't wait to spoil ourselves to another stay. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for something special. The house is in a great location near shopping, restaurants and close driving distance to beach. The property has been fully renovated and is quite spacious well decorated and features a peaceful backyard with pool. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The host was incredibly responsive. We were I need an iron and ironing board and it was delivered to us brand new within an hour. I am the most obsessive about clean-slyness and I can assure the house fitted my needs! Would moat definitely come back

Best Rental house to date!

We decided to make a break from the cold and head south and found this property. The pictures were beautiful but the property is even more stunning in person. The home is pristine and the layout is perfect for enjoying outdoors and indoors! The pool is perfect and the sunset at night is out of a magazine. Alex was attentive and went above and beyond to make sure our kids had a great time. We will be booking again in a few months and would recommend this property to anyone looking in Bonita and Naples!

This beautiful home had everything. It was perfect for my husband and I. We loved the location, as its 5-10 minutes to anything you'd want including the beach. This home has lovely furnishings and the owner, Alex, has equipped the kitchen with every little thing you may need. Also the outdoor area is beautiful and very private with a gorgeous pool and lake view. Although we had no problems during our stay, Alex was readily available for any questions. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this beautiful home. Thanks Alex!

Alex’s home is thee cleanest, nicest rental we have ever stayed in. Everything in the home is 5star. (Dishes, linens, towels, cookware, furniture,TVs etc) It’s beautifully designed with such attention to detail and quality. There is no hand book or rule book which at first I thought I would need but it just proves how much they trust their guests and respond immediately to any questions. We so enjoyed our stay snd can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful Newly Renovated, Great Find!!!

We were so fortunate that we became the first customers of this brand new, completely renovated house. This house just went on the market and we were so glad that we did not hesitate for a minute to reserve it. The Owner Alex and his wife did a wonderful job, everything in the house is top notch and tastefully decorated in a beautiful, contemporary fashion. The pool was wonderfully warm and we spent a good amount of family time there. Alex was very responsive, he went the extra mile to install a brand new heater for us on New Year’s Eve. The house is on a small lake, you can watch gorgeous sunset from the pool and patio. The neighborhood is very safe, quiet, we met many neighbors walking our dog. All the neighbors were super friendly. This house is also conveniently located near the supermarket, many good restaurants, and not too far from the Bonita Beach which is very nice.
