About this house rental
The weather here will entice one to partake in the fun active lifestyle known for in this resort community. The house is in a quiet, peaceful location yet is just a few blocks to the Clubhouse with restaurant, bar, library, pools, billiards and more.
There are many clubs, activities and events that make this community ideal for active adults who want to stay both physically and socially active. Several dozen clubs meet on a regular basis. The community clubs and interest groups provide a great outlet for like-minded residents and guests to gather with others who share similar passions. A community calendar is continually updated to inform residents of the latest fun activities, educational classes and exciting trips. A small one time processing fee of $25, per group, allows for use of all the facilities on a guest pass for duration of stay.
This Resort community offers year-round golf, various clubs to satisfy all interests, and HOA-sponsored events, such as bus trips to professional sporting events and surrounding cities. There are year-round heated pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, and many other amenities to keep homeowners and guests busy and engaged. We are close to everything offered in the greater Phoenix area. Located in the South East Valley- just 35 minutes from downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale.
We are close to many casinos, upscale shopping plazas, a variety of restaurants, spas, health care providers, libraries, hot air balloon rides and more. Plus grocery stores and every other imaginable shop within just a few short miles.
Attractions like Firebird International Raceway and an 1800's old west town, Rawhide.
A quick hop away is South Mountain Park, the largest municipal park in our nation, with ready access to hiking, and biking.
Just 3 miles to west lies the I-10 freeway which will provide a pathway to anything the Valley has to offer. Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is just about 35 minutes away.
Phoenix is home to a plethora of phenomenal activities- such as being the home of over half of the teams of the MLB Spring training, including the world champion CUBS. We host the Phoenix Open, the Fiesta Bowl, the Barrett Jackson Car Auction, the world famous Arabian Horse Show, In addition, we are home to the Phoenix Suns, The Arizona Cardinals, and The Coyotes.
