Are you looking for a private beach retreat a mere stroll from Cape Canaveral Beach? If so, this beach bungalow is exactly what you’ve been searching for. Accommodations include three full bedrooms, two full baths, chef’s kitchen, game room, fantastic outdoor oasis complete with private sun bathing deck, large heated swimming pool and hole-in-one putt putt green. Located snugly between the world famous Cape Canaveral Cruise Port and the Cocoa Beach Pier. The perfect escape for couples and families!
Poolside Villa is a 500 sq ft King Suite with a mini kitchen/ living area. This suite includes a King bedroom with a private bathroom/ walk-in shower! The Villa has 2 flat screen TVs, and a private pool side keypad entrance! This Villa can only be rented with the main home! The main home has an 8 person capacity, the Vill has a 4 person capacity!Total guest occupancy cannot exceed 12!
Our pool is heated from November 1st-May 1st to 80 degrees! We do offer a higher pool temperature up to 89 degrees for an extra fee of $25.00 per day! Contact the owner if you are
requesting a warmer pool temperature!
Our one car garage is a sports room thus there is no garage parking available!
Our driveway will allow up to fours cars, street parking is not allowed!

This was a fantastic place for our pre-cruise stay. The space comfortably accommodated three families with plenty of beds, towels, and activities for the kids. The beautiful pool, stocked with numerous floats, was a hit, and the kids enjoyed the small putt-putt green in the backyard while the adults made good use of the pool table indoors.
The property was easy to locate, situated in a nice and safe neighborhood. It was also very clean and smoke-free, which was greatly appreciated.
The only downside was the mosquito problem around the pool, especially in the evenings and mornings. However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall excellent experience. We would definitely consider staying here again.

had a wonderful time in this lovely home. my family and i really enjoyed this home and most of all we loved the outside pool villa area. we only went to the beach twice because the pool was the highlight of this home. the pool was a vacation place in its own. there could be a few updates in the kitchen (cabinets) and instruction on the switches that work what in the house. other than that it was wonderful.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! I got used to my morning swim everyday and the grandkids loved swimming, too.
The mini-golf course was handy and easy to play during the cooler hours of the day. (Bring mosquito spray, though) the beds were comfortable and the many refrigerators were convenient.
We were able to watch 2 rocket launches! That was exciting and a special 1st for our grandson. The walk to the beach was easy and parking was available when we drove to avoid the heat.
All in all, an excellent place for our clan to relax together.

We have rented many vacation homes for family vacations in the past. This property was by far the best. It was well stocked, very clean, and the location was good. The most amazing feature of this rental was the backyard. It was a vacationer's dream backyard! We did end up renting a couple of golf carts for getting around (to the beach, the ice cream shop, the pier). It was an awesome vacation!

Convenient to Orlando airport, clean and plenty of space. We enjoyed daily walks to the beach, the pool table, putting green, outdoor grill and most of all the well maintained in-ground pool. The entire family enjoyed their stay.

Pictures does this property no Justice. My family was beyond amazed by the cleanliness and attention to detail. Never have we ever stayed at a property that was so stocked with all the essentials to ensure a comfortable stay. And all the extras that were provided was just an added bonus to this already prefect stay. The owner of the property was just as amazing as his property. We will definitely stay here again. The location was perfect and the community was quiet and cozy. The neighbors were really friendly.

This house was perfect for our family trip. The accommodations fit our every need and fit all ages. The best part of the house was the backyard. The pool area was amazing with plenty of room in the backyard to hang out in the sun or shade. The putt putt green was a bonus too. If we wanted to walk to the beach it was only a few blocks down the street. There’s a park with a splash pad for the little ones to play at across the street and stores, restaurants and entertainment close by for the adults. Win Win for everyone!

I am writing this review with very mixed emotions! First the bad thing, we had to leave!!! This home is amazing! Everything was perfect. The house was very clean, the landscaping was amazing, the beds were comfortable. The host replied to my questions quickly (even though I may have been a little bothersome!) This was my first experience with VRBO and I couldn't have been more pleased. This was my grandchildren's first trip to my home state and because of this experience they are in love with it as well! I will definitely be hoping to come back to this lovely home.

Perfect place, perfect location
After a last minute cruise cancellation, we were able to book this house and enjoy a wonderful week on the beach, at the pool, and enjoying the town of Cocoa Beach. This was a great location and a great property. Communication with the owners was fast and helpful, and we truly felt incredibly blessed to be able to stay in this home for a week with our family and kids. Everything was so wonderful.

Fabulous house and wonderful owner
The property is in the perfect location for adventures to the Kennedy Space Center (25 minute drive) and the beach (5 minute walk). The amenities at the house were wonderful and we enjoyed the pool at every opportunity. The house we clean and tidy with thoughtful supplies for cleaning and sanitization as well as copious amount of towels for use at the property. The washer and dryer allowed us to pack light which made travel significantly easier. Communication with the owner was wonderful and he was incredibly responsive and you could tell he wanted to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. We will absolutely be back and could not recommend this property any higher!

Wasn't sure what to expect but it was absolutely fantastic. Pool was definitely 88+ degrees. Beautiful rooms and plenty of space for activities. Easy access to the beach and the pool is very bigger than average. Will definitely go back ! Amazing time and a lot of fun !

Perfect!
The location is great. We walked to the beach and a few restaurants. The best feature is the backyard oasis. It is beautiful, private and feels like you're at your own resort. Well stocked kitchen, tons of towels and beach gear. Definitely recommending to friends and family.

Amazing Stay!
Ken was a great communicator prior to our arrival when I had questions. We were able to rent the house and the poolside villa and had plenty of space for two families with 2 small kids and an older kid.
I’ve rented several houses through VRBO but this one by far was the best yet. The house was furnished with plenty of water, all the paper products we needed, beach towels and equipment, and spices to use when we cooked. It was appreciated and was really a nice touch.
The pool is huge and the putting green is amazing. On rainy days, the pool table and dart board were great to have!
If you have the opportunity to stay here, take it!

This property is so much better than I thought it would be. Plenty of beach towels and everything needed for the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. The pool was great and had several floats. Only three blocks away from the beach. It was ideal for our family! I would recommend this property to anyone. I hope to be back soon!

Concert Getaway
We had 5 guests for a 5 day concert and deep sea fishing getaway. The house was perfect and the location was even better. We grilled out and had dinner outside most nights. The yard and pool are so inviting, as well as the house.

Amazing place to stay!
This home was absolutely amazing!! It had everything we could think of including extra toiletries should someone forget to bring anything with them. The owners also provided bottled water and coffee pods! The house was so clean and well maintained including tons of pool toys for the kids. The adults thoroughly enjoyed the game room. The perfect getaway
The house was very clean and incredibly well stocked. It was literally stocked with everything you could possibly need. The backyard pool and putting green were so fun, and all of the beautiful landscaping make you feel like you have your own little resort back there! It was a quick and easy walk to the beach and close to lots of great restaurants. Ken was great to work with and responded quickly to all of our questions. We will definitely be staying here again!
