Our family really enjoyed our stay here. Very charming place that all age group appreciated. Description was accurate and we couldn’t have expected more.

The Wisteria is a perfect place to stay in Annapolis. Only a few minutes walk to just about anywhere in the downtown area. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and the waterfront are just minutes away. The home was well stocked and comfortable. Exactly as advertised. Love that the home was pup friendly so our little guy could come explore the town with us. The locals are all very friendly and we had such a nice time.

Nice home. When we booked it did not mention how far away the parking was. Would be nicer if you could get it closer.
Window in large bedroom needs a shade to block streetlight. Had to put up a towel to block it.
Would have liked to have had hair dryers supplied.

We love books and this property had a wide variety on the shelves, just like home. Plenty of room, down stairs for reading and upstairs for sleeping. Quiet, centrally located, short walking distances to main street, city docks, restaurants, St. Johns College(for the annual croquet match vs. Navy) and bookstores.

In town for a wedding with 6 friends.
Pros: Right in the middle of everything, plenty of space and bathrooms*. Very cool historic feel.
Cons: Parking pass included but the spot is a 10 min walk. Host was able to grant an earlier check in by an hour, any earlier would have cost money (understandable).
*2 bedrooms with a bathroom, and the room with the pull out couch had a bathroom. That room also had doors for privacy if someone needed to sleep on the couch.

Located within walking distance to the main shopping and dining areas, this cute place also has plenty of room to spread out and relax. We had two families so the four bathrooms was a big plus. On top of that, the managing agent was easy to reach and very responsive.

5 star stay, I would definitely stay here again. The location was great, love that it was pet friendly, and very clean. It is only like 2 blocks from the main street with everything in Annapolis so that was lovely. The area in general felt very safe and it was great being able to walk to everything.
A few things to note just to set expectations, again none of these would stop me from staying here again, but may be helpful for others to know ahead of time. The house is historic and very cool, just note that it comes along with some creaks here and there as would any house that has been around for a long time. A couple of the showers are pretty tight with not a ton of room, but it was great being able to have separate bathrooms for everyone in the party. The house is a total of 3 floors, with the basement level being an owner suite that is off limits to house guests.

Located in a lovely part of town, the home was interesting and well appointed. It had a comfortable layout to eat and spend time together, plus plenty of entertainment within a short walk. We would return here!

I cannot say enough good things about the location of this property! We parked our car and didn't pull it back out the entire trip! Everything was within a 10 minute walk and that's with carrying a 2 year old. The house itself was charming and exactly what we were looking for. The kids loved it! They had a great book selection for kids as well as movies and coloring books. The candy shelf was also a great hit! Absolutely loved our time. Thank you!!

Our group of four ladies were in the area to enjoy some sightseeing. There are three bedrooms upstairs with comfortable beds and a fold out futon downstairs in the library. We all had our own bathroom, so it was great! It was the perfect location to be able to walk to the many places in and around the downtown Annapolis area.

We loved our VRBO right in the middle of Annapolis. It was a great location and great space for hanging out together as a family, getting some work done in the library and great bedrooms. We hope to be back some day soon!

We were expecting—and got—one of those super charming homes in the heart o Annapolis. This place was just a couple minutes walk to the State house and to the harbor. It was a comfortable place for our family of seven. Everything worked. Parking was great for one of our cars. We had a second car, and the garage was a bit of a hike.
Overall, great memories from a great weekend!

This property is conveniently located close to restaurants and the pier. It offers the convenience of parking for two cars. One is street parking and the other one is in a parking garage close by. The property is beautiful and well maintained, includes all you may need during your stay. Even the linens are highly end luxurious. Pet friendly and ample space. We can’t wait to be back soon!! This property is highly recommended! Management team was great and responsive.

The two best things about this house were the location and the living room. We are six women who wanted to spend time catching up and walking. The living room was spacious and the house was walking distance to everything. I would definitely recommend it.

The house gave my family plenty of room and we never had to use our car except for going to golf. Well priced and very reactive management team.

Great location and really unique home. Short walk to the waterfront but still very quiet. Glad I checked about parking as well - we were able to utilize both street and garage parking and it worked really well.

We were in town participating in the Parade of Lights and used Wisteria as our hub. Such a great location and near EVERYTHING! Especially City Dock where our boat was docked. We would highly recommend!!

This quaint property in the center of Annapolis was the perfect home and location for our family to celebrate my husband’s 40th class reunion from the Naval Academy. The location cannot be beat as it is just down the road from the harbor, several charming and delicious taverns and the Iron Rooster, which I highly recommend. Most importantly, the location is very close to Berry gate at the Academy. We had six adults and a sixteen month old in our party and the home was more than large enough to accommodate us. After a very long day roaming Annapolis and the Academy, this awesome home, The Wisteria, was a delight to come back to rather a lonely hotel room.
I highly recommend The Wisteria to any family who is craving Annapolis charm and comfort.

Extended family of nine adults spent a wonderful three night break at Wisteria Annapolis. The house is full of character, very spacious, spotless, has all facilities required and is in a brilliant location very close to the centre of Annapolis. The property managers were very helpful and always responded to our queries promptly. Thank you for facilitating a lovely visit to Annapolis.

The house is lovely, with beautifully furnished bedrooms. The main sitting room and the library are very nice and the kitchen was well equipped.
The location is very picturesque and within walking distance of the city dock and a plethora of shops and restaurants.
6.0 / 10.0
This house is in a great location (historic district) really close to the harbor and state house. It does have some limitations that you need to be willing to live with.
The queen bed in the Law Library bedroom is so uncomfortable it is almost un-sleepable. The Annapolis bedroom is the only bedroom without a ceiling fan, as the upstairs is much warmer than downstairs. The two in-suite showers were very small and were very hard to maneuver in and out of. We would suggest trying the on street parking rather than the parking garage, as the 0.7 mile walk is a hike.
With that said, my family enjoyed the experience of being together in the house.

This is a great property right in the heart of the action in Annapolis. Plenty to do, tons to eat, and lots to see - all within a short walking distance from your front door. Great for all ages - we brought our whole family - 15 year old son, 12 year old daughter, and 6 year old twins. They all had a great time. Thanks!

Great location, nice space
We were under the impression that it was 4 actual bedrooms so the downstairs room was a surprise, but luckily we were able to have two people share upstairs. The space was nice and clean, and a super easy walk to downtown which is what we were looking for. Parking was hard and quite a ways away which would have been nice to know ahead of time, instead of the day we checked in. Overall, nice house.

Great location and Charming house!
We were in town to visit our son who is going to the Naval Academy. It was the perfect location for just parking our car and walking everywhere in Historic Annapolis!! The home itself is very charming! The historical aspect of the home doesn't affect the conveniences that most families are hoping for like a bathroom for every bedroom!! The kitchen was well equipped! The living areas were comfortable for everyone to spread out and enjoy catching up! Sean responded to any concern we had and was accommodating to our families specific needs! Would recommend this property to anyone and would not hesitate to book again in the future!! Thank you!

Loved it
Originally from Annapolis, so knew of this property just from knowing the area well. Wasn't a surprise that it was in a prime location, but was very happy with the overall feel and decor. The pictures on the listing do not do it justice - it has historic colonial charm that the photos make look outdated. Much cuter inside!

Perfect house for visiting Annapolis
Fabulous mix of large common areas and private en suite bedrooms. Easy walk to all areas of downtown area. Accommodating host. Looking forward to staying here for our next trip to Annapolis!
