Do you love to entertain? If so, look no further! This home has everything you need for large family gatherings (NO RAGING/WILD PARTIES) or your own private oasis. Enjoy the salt water INGROUND POOL with a diving board, open Memorial Day - October 1st (unless other arrangements have been made). Grab a cool beverage from from the outdoor shed refrigerator, complete with a bathroom. If you're not up for a swim, catch some rays on the wrap around deck, relax on the comfortable outdoor sectional underneath the pergola or get cozy on the wooden double swings while roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. If you prefer the indoors, head to the finished basement to enjoy a drink at the bar, play a round of pool, darts or ping pong, or relax on the couch and watch TV. You can even get your workout on in the GYM or enjoy a competitive game of basketball in the Cul de sac.

This home is located in close proximity to downtown Kansas City, Chiefs and Royals stadiums, SportingKC, casinos, shopping centers, multiple youth sports complexes and much more! After a fun day of exploring all that Kansas City has to offer, relax in one of the NINE (9) comfortable beds, including two king, five queen and two full beds. If you have more than 18 guests, air mattresses will be provided!

This location in KC was central to our family in Omaha, Grand Island, Tulsa, and Kirksville. We had a fantastic Labor Day weekend. The swimming pool, fire pit, pool table, ping pong, and darts were all a big part of our enjoyable weekend. And, sorry folks, we're big Husker fans! Watching the Huskers beat UTEP in the outside patio was a blast. Strongly recommend, Mike was great with communication.

For us, the back yard was the highlight of this property. Despite 100+ degree temperatures, the salt water pool was actually cold and refreshing. The swings are a bit rickety, but it was great to swing under one of the many huge trees in the neighborhood.

This house was perfect for a long family weekend in town. Lots of different bedrooms for everyone to sleep in. The beds were comfy. I would bring extra blankets as the air worked amazing and most people liked it cool but some did not. The pool and outdoor area was our favorite. It was nice that they had a lot of pool floats and toys for us to use. Can't wait to go back next year!

Plenty of room for a large family reunion of all ages with lots of areas for all to spread out and not be on top of each other. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked for preparation of multiple meals for the group. The backyard and pool area was great for all ages - we swam, played games, swung on the swings at the fire pit, made smores and hung out and visited all weekend. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. One of the best things was the great communication with the property owner and his brother across the street - first class! I highly recommend this home and would stay here again without hesitation. The only negative things I would say is that a few spots could use a detailed cleaning (ovens) but those were very minor areas; otherwise the place was spotless. As with any home, there are some areas that could use some TLC (decking, swings, pool rails) but we were able to enjoy all areas with no problems. I would suggest providing pool towels. Loved this place!

There was plenty to do at the house and in the area. Adults and kids (all 18 of us) enjoyed the pool area and the many activities in the lower level! Mike was a gracious host and checked with us (via text) to see if everything was going well. Thanks, Mike for sharing your home with us. Norm

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. We have 19 total from ages 7 and up. The pool and back yard areas were perfect for hanging out and the kitchen was great because we cooked all the time.

We loved the back yard/pool area. This house is in a crowed suburb but the way they have made the back area was very relaxing. Privacy fence, pool, deck area w/tv, fridge, bar, separate area with 4 suspended porch swings with firepit in the middle. The basement has bar area, pool & ping pong table, TV area, weight room. Set up for family fun or the party crowd. Also nice size kitchen & family room.

This place was perfect. It was very clean and spacious for 14 of us. The weather was great so we spent a lot of time outside by the pool with plenty of space to spread out and have many conversations going as well as get together for dinner and lunch. Mike ( the host) was very helpful as was his brother who lives across the street. I would hihly recommend this place

We had an absolutely fabulous time! Your property provided us all that we wanted to do as a family: multiple settings, pool party, barbecuing, etc. We had a few items we noticed: the basement sink leaked, the master bedroom light seemed to have a short, the sink in the attic bathroom drained slowly, the oven didn’t heat up well and it wasn’t cleaned, and there was a crack On the driveway that caused one of us to trip.

This is a large house in a great neighborhood. We were on a youth group trip and our kids really enjoyed all of the activities available in the house. It was not pool season, but we still enjoyed the spacious patio and outdoor area. The host communicated very well and there were no problems with booking or check-in. Definitely recommended!

Mike’s property was the perfect location for our annual golf get together. We loved having our own bedrooms and really used the patio. Mike was super helpful and responsive. Book this property with confidence. You’ll have an amazing stay.

Well we got there there was no communication with the host about anything there was dog hair all in the couch the showers where terrible I couldn’t get the lights to work right in the master bedroom no heat or air upstairs the basement had water in it after it rained and got my guys stuff all wet. And I wasn’t even going to say anything about any of this stuff until I got a email a few days after we left saying I was getting charged a extra $1000 after already paying over $9000 I would never stay at this location unless you want to get ripped off.

Spent 3 nights for a family wedding in Shawnee. Multiple families with ages 2 to 82! Kids and men enjoyed the basement with tv, games and music. Kitchen well equipped. Enough beds and baths, we had no issues. Owners readily available, just a text away. Great outdoor space and toys for young kids. Pool would have been wonderful if not November. Easy access in and out of home. Overall, we enjoyed our stay with the spaceousness we needed and nice neighborhood. Location was perfect when going downtown for wedding, to our daughter's in Lenexa. Close to grocery stores which was a plus.

We had a mini family reunion and rented this house so we could all stay together. It worked out perfectly. There is a lot to entertain old an young without even leaving the house. It’s also in a great location for shopping and entertainment. We would definitely rent this place again in a similar situation.

15 adult 9 Siblings and their Spouses spent a long weekend enjoying the spacious home playing cards, watching football, singing around the fire pit and EATING! Kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of space in the fridges for adult beverages and food. So grateful to Mike, the owner, who addressed our only issue promptly. We enjoyed every minute.

We loved our stay at Mike's place! We had a group of 16 wives and 3 infants together for a retreat and the space fit our needs perfectly! There were lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds and pillows were SO COMFORTABLE!!! The house had everything we needed and we were even able to split up into different rooms for breakouts and discussion groups. Mike was very responsive to questions even tho he was out of town and traveling. It was a great stay.

This place is great for large groups! The outdoor area was very relaxing and the whole property was fantastic! We arrived early and met the owner Mike who was super helpful showing us things and let us check in early!!! 5 stars all the way :)

Fabulous home with several different areas for conversation. Saltwater pool and backyard were so inviting. We had a large group and even had company a couple of nights and it never felt crowded. The neighborhood and home were both very quiet, Host was very responsive and flexible.
