A one of a kind home close to downtown but far enough for peace and quite.The host was amazing. She made sure to check in with us to make sure everything was to our standards.. we had a nice time here. was to our standards. I

Our stay was very peaceful even with being close to town! This house is a duplex and you wouldn’t even know there’s a neighbor. Neighborhood is nice, we enjoyed taking walks and looking at the beautiful houses and the Henry Clay estates. We also enjoyed the projector and large screen in the living room, we had a couple of family movie nights!

property was not good. we only had 2 people but when a listing says it can sleep 7 you assume its got a little room. bathroom was absolutely terrible. beds and couch were not good, AC couldn't get the small unit below 76

We choose this location to use for a non-recreational personal stay because we needed somewhere for privacy and for convenience to the local medical facilities. It was perfect for our use. It could easily hold a large group, but can comfortably handle a group of four (in my opinion) based upon the bathroom and kitchen size. The home is nicely decorated with an almost hippie-horse chic. Everything we needed was there and more. Our only regret is that our stay was cut short by things out of our control. Dru was a consummate professional, very communicative and very attentive to our needs and questions throughout the booking and stay. Definitely would recommend this location to anymore for a multitude of uses.

This listing was just as expected; we had everything we needed. Dru was a great host and the neighborhood is cute and quiet. The fun decor delighted my horse-crazy 11 year old. I would recommend this property and would stay again if we visit Lexington again.

In town for weekend volleyball tournament at Convention Center. Location was convenient and owner was extremely responsive to questions and suggestions! Cinco de Mayo and Tolley Ho were amazing! Great experience!

Space is VERY colorful although a little dark. Off street parking was nice if very narrow. Location was easy to find and conveniently close to downtown. Mattress was a bit too soft for my preference. The place was clean. Other than the mattress, I think a real sofa and not a futon in the living room would be an improvement. Overall perfectly adequate.

This was a last minute booking as our other VRBO cancelled. We were a group of six runners so it was a little cozy but we all fit. The owner was great and very communicative and even worked with us on an early check in. The horse theme is AWESOME. Would recommend this one!

Dru, did an amazing job of communicating and giving us tips for restaurants and activities. Her VRBO is a very creative 2 bedroom duplex in older neighborhood with excellent location. I do appreciate all that Dru did to make this the right place for us.

I have booked this place a few times now and keep coming back. Excellent communication with owner of property. Has everything you need for you stay including washer and dryer. The only hiccup, if any would be that the bed is a lil firm in one bedroom and only one large projection screen tv in the living room. I will def be back again.

We enjoyed this cozy and fun property! The ambiance was great when we arrived and we all loved the fun colorful decor. The projection TV was a lot of fun to watch movies on and all of the small touches Dru includes were appreciated (especially the coffee for this Momma!). The location was perfect and close to everything in Lexington. We really enjoyed our time here - thanks for a great stay Dru!

This is an awesome home, very close to everything you need! We loved being in an eclectic neighborhood, with an assortment of homes that are beautifully maintained. It's a 5 minute drive to awesome restaurants, UK, the Rupp arena, etc! The home is perfectly maintained, very cozy, and provided many little extras. The owner was extremely helpful and communicative. Thanks for a great stay!

Before we even got there she had already checked with us on anything we need! She got our pack-n-play ready and in our room. The house was perfect. Our teens girls loved it and the neighborhood was really nice. We went for a small walked and was greeted by neighbors. The location is perfect for any stay! It’s with in minutes to eating, shopping, downtown, or whatever you might need. When we got there and looked around she had stuff telling us things to do and places to eat. Overall was one of the best Vrbo stays we have had!! We will definitely be staying when we come back!

Greatly enjoyed this place! Had some friends visiting from out of town and we needed a place to all stay and this place did the trick! The house has such a nice vibe to it and it was very easy to feel comfortable in. Will plan on returning again sometime in the future!

Dru was great to work with! The property was very much just like what the description said. It was in a super convenient area and was very quiet. The small riches throughout the house were great. Our only hangup was the beds. They were either too hard or too soft for our tastes. With updated mattresses this place would get five stars!
