HURRICANE UPDATE: Despite the recent impact of Hurricane Helene & Hurricane Milton, we're pleased to share that cleanup efforts are progressing smoothly, and we anticipate being ready to welcome guests again by late October. Great location - awesome views…..and grabbing groceries next door at Publix made it so easy!
Lots of shops, dining and full service beach access just across the street.
Plenty of room to spread out and full kitchen with lots of fridge space. Access codes to building and unit made it easy for all of us to come/go as we pleased without having to have a physical key.
Benefits program also was fantastic! We were able to get beach bikes, ice cream and check out Busch Gardens by having access to additional tickets. Great experience and place to say for our first time at Treasure Island!

Plenty of room for 5 adults in this very spacious, clean unit with gulf side views. Parking and check-in were a breeze (although you really don’t need a car given the location). Perfect location for beach access, shopping, dining and public transportation (all walkable) with less crowds than St Pete Beach. The couch and outdoor furniture has some wear and tear but we didn’t spend much time inside the unit anyway. The building facade construction is ongoing and does impact the bedroom (with two double beds) facing the street (noisy but it didn’t last all day). The pool and hot tub are clean with perfect temperatures and a nice bay view. Pool area lacks umbrellas/shade so we saved our swims for late afternoon and evenings. For the beach, you will need your own chairs and umbrellas (which you can rent from various vendors). Agree with other reviews that the bathroom towels could be upgraded, but they were clean with plenty to spare. We also brought our own large beach towels based on other reviews. Kitchen is well equipped and the washer/dryer are huge and appear to be new. Elevator had one brief outage during our week. Overall, we loved this unit and would definitely rent it again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Palms. The condo was clean and well stocked. The pool was clear with plenty of toys. The view was spectacular. We didn’t see alot of staff, however, we understood it was not a hotel. Would definitely go back!

The condo was beautiful. We really liked the location mainly because it wasn’t super close to restaurants, shops etc and kept it pretty peaceful. But close enough it wasn’t inconvenient. This isn’t a complaint, but I would strongly encourage you to replace the towels. VERY small and threadbare. The building itself is very attractive BUT the elevator should have been completely replaced 15 years ago. It broke down on our last night and my 78yo mother had to make it up 4 flights of stairs. I will absolutely rent this place again if the building owners do the right thing and replace it. Not “fix it”, replace it. I honestly don’t know how it passed inspection. Other than the elevator it was a great stay.

Love the location, but the condo needs some serious help. Since we've been staying there, the ONLY that"s different is the couch and the table outside. The old couch was much better, this plastic thing is terrible! The mattresses I don't believe have ever been changed out. For what we paid, they could have redone the entire place!

We stayed here for Thanksgiving week with family. Plenty of room for everyone in our group, 8 total. Pool & hot tub were very nice & not crowded. The beach is across the street. Amazing view from our 4th floor balcony! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. Publix grocery store is next door. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance & johns pass is a short trolley ride away. Loved the area & we would stay here again.

The elevator was broken days before we arrived and remained broken for half of our stay . Not a pleasant experience hauling luggage and groceries up to the top floor. More effort could have been made to ensure it was operating. I was told we would be compensated for the inconvenience, but haven’t seen any as of yet …Your feet get black from the floor in the condo. Certain areas are really starting to show there age . The pool was cold because the heater had not been turned on until just before we left … The ladies room in the lobby , the one you would have to use if you were utilizing the pool or hot tub was out of service almost the entire 10 days also . The location is great , the view is great , but for the money they have been collecting for many years , they unfortunately are not maintaining the property.

We were not notified until the day before that we would not have ANY access to our deck! We traveled to Fla to sit outside and enjoy the weather which we could not unless we left our condo. If we stayed indoors for any reason the noise from all the work was SOOOO loud we couldn't hear the TV

Even though We had a little bit of an issue with the cleanliness of the condo we couldn’t picture a better spot for a family. We love that everything was within walking distance pool, beach, food and Publix. The beds were comfortable and the whole process was super easy.
