We had a great vacation and a nice stay in this VRBO! The host was easy to communicate with and the house was spotless!

This was our second stay at this property and the layout is great for traveling with teens because they have their own hangout area downstairs. Screened porch and pool are also great and the beach is an easy walk.

We could not have been more happy with our stay. Host was great in communicating with. Walked to the beach and Sea Side on a daily basis, as well as just relaxing by the pool. Great week!

We chose this house for its walking distance proximity to Seaside town center as well as the public beach access at Dogwood/Thyme — we love parking our car and not driving our whole trip! The walk over to Seaside takes 5 minutes going up Forest and you avoid walking on 30A with the traffic. We loved the pool (paid to heat, early April), the various outdoor living spaces, and the airy open family room. The second living space downstairs was great for our kids to hang and watch tv away from the adults. The host was very easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Great location and layout.

Great location. Easy walk to beach. Easy walk to seaside square. Publix 4 min away. Nice set up with the master upstairs and rest of rooms downstairs with extra fridge and microwave downstairs also. Our teens loved their own space. Plenty of beach towels and 2 ice makers was nice! Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. My only complaint was you can’t go below 70 with the AC. It got a little stuffy at times.

Thoroughly enjoyed another stay in 30A, and had a great time at this location. It was perfect for our family and gave us a much needed resting place for our family getaway.

We had a family group of three generations here over Labor Day. The main floor has an excellent layout with plenty of space for a group and a very comfortable sectional. The kitchen is nicely appointed except that it lacks pots and pans that are large enough to cook for a crowd and needs to have plastic cups that can be used around s the pool. There is even a pantry space that made it easy to unload and organize groceries. The one bedroom on this floor is basic but functional. The bathroom is small but nice.
The downstairs has a small living area, a laundry room/kitchenette, a queen bedroom, a room with a set of full size bunk beds and a third sleeping space that is really just four tiny bunks built into an alcove type space. It is not a bedroom and the beds were small for our teens. Plus there was no space to put anything or plug anything in. And there is a bathroom with a shower downstairs.
The pool is very nice and a good size with nice furniture. The screened in porch was also very nice but the outdoor shower was in rough shape with a hole in the floor and weeds growing up through the floorboards.
The outdoor stairs leading to the main living areas (2nd floor) get extremely slippery when wet so be careful. We had a fall one morning after it had rained.
There are only two bathrooms in the property which was okay for our small groups but would be difficult with many more people. Finally, the bedrooms are pretty sparsely appointed with no tvs and only basic furniture. The beds were comfortable.
Overall this was a great property. Very clean and in a great location. Owner was very helpful and responsive. Process was easy and we enjoyed our stay.

Great property for our party of 10 with adults, teens and a 3 year old. Location is convenient to 2 different beach access points. The private pool is great after too much sun and sand on the beach (and is shaded in the afternoon). Ample on site parking for 3 cars plus all your bikes, etc. Price is good compared to moving a few blocks north into Seaside proper, and many more reasonable options for beach vendors. Extremely responsive and helpful property host was a plus! Only negative was having to go home. . .

What You See is What You Get and MORE!
I'm a Marriott guy. Normally we would stay somewhere on points or in a hotel with two rooms. Something nice with some room like a JW or Ritz. So for what we paid for this vacation we expected a lot and we got it. I can't recommend this bungalow enough. My wife, our 4 kids and one of their friends stayed here for a week. We got to the property about an hour and a half ahead of schedule, texted the property manager and to let her know and within 5 minutes had the code to the key box. We got through the door and we were amazed. The house has such a great old Florida feel. On the way I was concerned that the house may not be as spacious as the pictures look. Maybe they used a fisheye lens or some other trick angle to make it look larger than what it really was. Not the case at all. We were not disappointed. It was spacious but cozy at the same time.
My kids spent the next minutes running around the house discovering all the cool features about it from the outside shower to this screened in lower deck, etc. My youngest, who is 8, was in the pool right away. It cost a bit more to heat it and was absolutely worth it. The pool was a huge difference maker for us as we were able to come home from the beach jump right in. Next to it was a gas grill and charcoal grill up stairs on the deck. Both were in great shape and worked well.
The kitchen was updated and had a new appliances and plenty of pots, pans, cookie sheets and utensils.
The neighborhood was fantastic the trees around the property really made it feel secluded and special. The beach was close. Not even a 5 minute walk. Carrying chairs or a cooler or your towels there was never an issue. The road to the beach never really had cars so we didn’t have to worry about that either. Down town wasn’t too far – about 10 minutes walking (though I’d recommend a bike rental or two if we did it again). Publix was about 5 minutes away by car.
I kept catching myself saying, “I could totally live here”. The only down pat for me, personally, was the beds. I’m a bit taller than most and the beds weren’t quite long enough to fully stretch – but that’s fine because the couch was. I even asked the owner where they got it!)
When we come back to Seaside we will definitely see if 216 Forest is available. Everything about this place was great – even checking out (take out the trash, run the dishwasher and lock up) was easy.

Spring break dream
This was a perfect place for our family of 5! The house was clean, spacious and the perfect location! We could ride bikes into the town square and an easy walk or ride a few blocks to the beach across 30A. Private pool was icing on the cake. The property manager was quick to respond to questions and very accommodating! Will definitely be back!

Awesome Vacation over Christmas
We LOVED the location and ambiance of this rental. It has a great open family room that is comfortable with a large wrap around couch. It was very beachy/cottagy and perfect for our group of 10 (4 adults, 6 kids ages 9-16). SUPER easy to get to Seaside and beach by foot. You do not need to rent bikes. Very walkable! The pool was perfect! So glad we paid extra for the heat since it was December -- well worth it!

Extremely enjoyable!
This property was so great! It had all the amenities you could want....we did pay extra for the heated pool and my husband and I enjoyed swimming and playing every morning, it’s worth the extra charge this time of year! The hime was comfortable yet stylish and the host was very helpful! We will be back!

Perfect Location
This property is the perfect beach getaway. It is a very short walk to the beach or a one minute golf cart ride. It took our large family 5 minutes to walk to the Hickory St. public beach access point where we had our chair rentals. It is a short walk maybe two to three streets away from the very popular Seaside neighborhood with restaurants, shops and food trucks. We found the house to be the perfect set up for two families with lots of kids. The house was not equipped for much cooking or baking so if you plan to do so bring your own cooking items you might need. Other than that, the house was perfect and we will definitely be booking again in the future.

One of the best vrbos we have stayed in.

Busy
Overall the stay was good. I texted the property manager with questions and she responded immediately. The house was spacious and comfortable for the 8 of us. There were only 10 bath towels and 8 beach towels in total. We were doing laundry daily. The TV, in the living room, was a problem and the wiring had to be fixed. Also, the guide does not show you what programs were on, just the channel. Due to the traffic on 30A, cars were using the street we were staying on to drive through. The road was very busy at certain times. The construction 2 houses up the street was loud sometimes. There is private beach access but the chair companies are the priority on the beaches. Parking at Seaside is $15 if you drive. Overall, we made the best of it and really enjoyed the pool.

AMAZING! 100% would recommend
Our family stayed here for the first time in this area and just fell in love. The home exceeded my expectations in every way!
It was perfectly set up and felt like home, it was so clean and beautiful. The property manager was incredible to work with, checking in and out was very clear and easy.
The beach was a short and easy walk and then to come back and lounge by the pool was just what we needed. We walked to the town of Seaside to enjoy the food trucks, everything was very easy from the house! We were so sad when it was time to go home, needless to say we will be back time and time again! Thank you for an amazing vacation!!

All the stars for this stay!!
We had a fabulous stay!! The property manager was easy to communicate with, the check-in and checkout processes were clear, and the location was perfect. We walked into the Seaside town, walked to the beach, and Ubered into Santa Rosa for dinner as well. All were really easy from the house! The living room was also extremely comfortable for all 9 of us. Thanks for a phenomenal time!
