A nice place to stay

The room was mainly clean where you could see. We found some crackers and paper between the bed and the nightstand. Other than that, the property is nice and cozy. Big yard, clean and quiet, with a barbecue.

The drapes don’t cover all the window, and they are not all dark so they are mainly for providing some shade rather then providing a dark sleeping environment

Am petrecut un timp foarte bun.

Privelistea este exceptionala. Locatia este aflata in mijlocul naturii, inconjurata de liniste si aer curat.

Nimic negativ de adaugat. Ne-am fi bucurat de o vacanta mai lunga. Trei zile nu au fost de ajuns!

Frat house for families

The room looked nice.

The toilet was smelly and the room was icy cold and the ac to warm it up did not work. The towels were still wet. Our bedsheets were not fully clean. The house was extremely noisy and you could hear your neighbors all the time, whether they were using the communal kitchen or watching TV, listening to music or plainly shouting. It looked more like a frat house.

Unreliable host

Nice villa, very spacious and was clean when we got there...

Terrible communication and host reliability. We booked the entire vila, with free cancellation. 2 weeks before our arrival, the host sent us a message asking for an advance via bank transfer (25% of the total amount). Contacting booking about it didn't help, and the host insisted that we must pay. We ended up paying the advance, since we didn't have any other option 2 weeks before arriving to Romania... We were 6 adults, 4 kids and 2 babies. We asked for 2 baby cribs in advance, and was promissed that they will supply us with such. When we got there - surprise... no baby cribs at the property. The host showed us a small folding bed, with no falling over protection for the babies. She claimed that this is the Romanian standard for baby beds... The host ended up giving us a worn matress, which is not designated for babies by any means and the babies ended up sleeping on it on the floor, during our entire stay (6 nights), as we couldn't even find baby cribs to buy in Bran / Brasov. No cleaning service / sheets refrersh / towel refresh was offered during our entire stay (6 nights). After we left, we noticed that the host had modified the booking period from 6 nights to 1 night, most likely in order to avoid paying extra tax (we paid in cash). Will never return, neither recommend any big group comming there. Terrible costumer service experience 😒

Disappointing

The view from the balcony. The garden, the other guests.

Small room. Not as shown in picture. No hot water in the shower, and once said, I was told "you don't know how to use it" 😭 No way to pay with credit, Only cash. Not nice feeling. D i s a p o i n t i n g

Overall it was pretty good :)

The location was excellent! The room was clean and spacious and had a small refrigerator. The bathroom was very clean as well. The view was very nice. The house is across a small creak so you can hear the water running. The upper rooms have a balcony which was very nice. There is a common kitchen and eating area downstairs for heating up food.

The sink in the bathroom was not draining well. There was no solid bar of soap and for shampoo there were just two samples. The room could have benefited from having a writing desk or table. There was just a chair and a very small vanity which seemed like a toy. The common kitchen did not have any paper towels or sponge and dish soap. I think that is necessary.

Big and clean room. Location in Bran is excellent. Big and relaxing garden space.

Host could be a bit more friendly and should pay more attention to details as soap was missing from our room and towels had hair on them from previous wash. You can hear other people through the doors as they are thin and don't seal too well on the edges.

Very good

The view was nice, the courtyard was green and enjoyable, there was a large and spacious kitchen on the ground floor, the room quite big, the bed was comfortable.

- The street was unpaved and full of dust. The car got a bump while entering the location; at least a sign could have helped. The Bran Centre was too far to reach by walking in the dusty road, so we still needed to take the car to go find something to eat. - There was no shower gel and hand wash available. In general, there was a lack of attention to detail. - During the night, there was a dog barking from 2:00 to 3:00 am. - Very low quality towels. - The property manager could have handled better the situation better and informed us when we could find the reception open. There was a lack of communication from the property manager part: when she was available, we were driving to the property; when we reached the property (at the hour that we already mentioned in the reservation), she left the property; when we came back from having dinner, again we didn't know where to find her as there is no reception desk at the property; when we wanted to check out, we could not find her as she was not accepting any calls. And all this just to pay cash at the property when we could have simply paid online ...

A pleasant stay but more can be made

Nice view from the room, clean, nice room design, the balcony is nice, the bathroom.

The matelas was way too soft for me, the kitchen facilities were poor, I think a bit more attention to the details could be made, like a proper kettle, napkins or a kitchen towel, a decent container for sugar, not a bag.

it was in a fantastic location, very modern and the room was lovely. especially the mattress it was divine. I want one. it was close to the village and bran castle

Beautiful place, beautiful views !

Beautiful view from the balconies. I was lucky enough to not stay on the ground floor where the communal area is thanks to the host. 5 minute walk from the castle, clean room. Very convenient for making an early start to avoid the crowds. Calm location.

There lacked some basic stuff like soap for the bathroom sink and toilet paper although I informed the host. It was absolutely boiling : 26°C although I tried to adjust the heating.

When I went there was a bad smell in bathroom wich was sorted after we left the room.They went inside the room without my permission,bed is very uncomfortable,bathroom items are rusty.A lot of noises on downstairs living.we couldn't rest or enjoy the stay for 50 lei extra I found a 5 star hotel room
