About this house rental

The space (about 2000 sq ft) is cozy and boasts a lot of windows, three bedrooms, two complete bathrooms, and a comfortable large and bright living room. The sitting areas are good for hanging out or playing board games that are provided by the host. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking and equipped with toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, range and fridge. It will allow you to feel like home which is a favorite part about vacation rentals. You can also have full access to the washer and dryer during your stay. There is also high speed internet (up to 200 Mbs) and dedicated work space with comfortable office chair. Smart TV with over 100 channels (Samsung Plus TV), Netflix, Hulu and Youtube are available for a swanky home theater experience.

PLEASE NOTE:
- Lake access is conveniently located in the neighborhood, just a 5-minute drive away, and features a picnic area, though it does not have a sandy beach. For the best shore swimming experience, visit the state park located about 20 minutes away.
- You can fish or launch your boat from the neighborhood's boat ramp.
- Community pool is open from June to August

We had a great stay at SML. The home worked well for our family of 4 with two little kids. Sergey was so wonderful he let us stay a little later on Sunday since our trip was delayed due to a storm. Highly recommend.

Had a cousins weekend at this beautiful house. Pirate weekend at Mangos. Boat rides and tubing with cousins and new friends. Lots of fun to be had in the SML area, can’t wait to come back again.

Comfortable home, great location, we enjoyed seeing the deer walk through. The home was as described, and we enjoyed our week here. Host was responsive to any questions I had. Definitely recommend.

This was a nice place for my family to stay, we mostly hust slept there at nights as we were with friends at another housenfor the most part. Kicthen space was great with everything we needed for cooking. House was clean. Directions from host were clear. We would stay again! Only improvement opportunity would be updating master bed as it was very squeaky with any movement at all. Overall it was a great place, not far from boat landing.

Wonderful visit!

Very clean and excellent communication with owner. Our extended family with two babies had a relaxing weekend for Memorial Day! House was as expected based on photos (or better) and an easy, 20 min drive to the state park where we spent both days at the beach. We also enjoyed long walks around the neighborhood to the boat launch. Would recommend and stay here again! Thank you, Sergey - 5 star host!!

Great location near the lake and quick drive to stores. Everything was neat and in working order and comfortably slept 5 adults. Hot tub and outdoor kitchen were great to have but no light near the grill prevented us from using it. Highly recommend

My siblings and I planned a trip to visit our parents as my dad turned 80. They live on the lake and we've enjoyed visiting for years. This house was perfect for my siblings and I and had plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes, the bathrooms were spacious and stocked and the house was very clean. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay at Smith Mountain Lake. Our host was friendly, easy to reach and very gracious!

Easier than staying at a hotel. You provide the code to your keyless entry home. You arrive and walk right in. Everything was as advertised. Really like the fact that all I had to do was bring food, drink and clothes. Home was very clean, linens and towels were fresh and clean. Didn't even have to bring my nija blender, there was one there. Close to grocery, restaurants and marina. We would definitely would stay there again. Host was also very responsive to any questions I had. At the end of our stay we simply put out the trash and cleaned all the dishes, that's it! Super easy!

The location was extremely convenient to everything we needed. The home is in a very peaceful location, quiet, calm and welcoming neighborhood. The home itself was beautiful inside and out. It is not lakefront property, however the beach and state park is less than 20 minutes away.

Fun Weekend!

Stayed with 4 friends for a long weekend. Nice view of the lake, very clean and spacious, lots of kitchen appliances available, and Wifi strong enough to stream multiple basketball games at once. We really enjoyed the hot tub and made frequent trips to the tennis/basketball court about a quarter mile down the road. Restaurants/groceries/state park/golf all within easy driving distance. Highly recommend!

I think we were the first guests to stay in this property so I am very pleased to be able to say how nice it was. Everything was as described, pictures are accurate. Beds were comfortable with good linens, plenty of towels and other supplies. Water pressure was very strong upstairs bath has an incredible shower with multiple jets, almost like a massage!! Hot tub, fire pit and tennis balls and rackets for amusement. Area was very convenient for hiking and the lake Overall a winner in every way
