NO DAMAGE FROM HURRICANE Milton or Helene . Welcome to the gated community of Beachway luxury condominiums! Perfect tampa bay location, your location is close to everything- 1 mile to the beach.....walk across the street to tropical café, McDonald’s, Starbucks, TJ Maxx, leukens liquors, Burlington, Ross and many many other stores. Drive a quarter-mile down the road and you are at Seminole city mall for even more shopping and dinning . The entire condominium is yours to use. Awesome open concept design with high ceilings and crown molding in every room make this home shine! Everything is new- all beds, linens, couches, tables, chairs, dishes, furnishings. Master bedroom has a king size bed, second bedroom has a queen size bed, living room has a sofa bed with queen pull out bed. The living room features a huge 65 inch smart tv and each bedroom has its own smart tv as well. Condo is fully stocked with all furnishings, linens, towels, Starbucks and Dunkin’ coffee, shampoo, body wash, creamer, plates silverware etc. Centrally located for a day on the town with easy access to St. Pete, Indian rocks, Indian shores, Clearwater, Largo, Johns pass and Madeira beach. In the mood to stay in for the night ? Turn on the electric fireplace to display or heat mode and enjoy the beautiful glow. Home boasts a huge walk in shower and large 10 foot kitchen peninsula with bar top perfect for entertaining.Pets allowed, maximum two pets each must be 25 pounds were under per association rules. Pet fee $100 per stay

When we first arrived, it was very clean and had beautiful place settings on the kitchen bar top and table area with wine and coffee gifts. The master bedroom had a nice king size bed and huge closet to store all our bags in. The 2nd bedroom had a queen size bed, very comfortable. Both rooms had very nice ceiling fans for a goodnight sleep. Pullout couch was ok for little kids. Slept well and really enjoyed the pool and grill area. Felt like we had it to ourselves! Very wellkept grounds. Little lizards were cute on the patio.

We loved our stay at Sandra‘s place. It was Homie and had everything you would ever need beautifully decorated and was pleased with how clean it was. Normally, you don’t find good places to stay that are. The beds were comfy and the kitchen is beautiful. The pool was clean and nice lots of lounge chairs. No stairs apartment on the lower level. It was in a good location too many restaurants, beaches and grocery stores great security and felt safe while there.

The condo. has an excellent location. Quick drive to beach, restaurants, and shopping. Nice amenities; tennis court, pool, gym, patio with grills. Friendly customer service check-in. Safe gated community. Host was available to answer questions. Condo. well equipped with all essentials for a home away from home. Condo. was very beautifully decorated and clean. Fully functional kitchen that you may cook all meals there. Washer and dryer in unit convenience. We really enjoyed our stay.

My husband, daughter and son-in-law had a great weekend. The pool was heated and the ppl were very friendly. We spend Sunday at the local beach and watched the sunset. Very relaxing and peaceful. Brooklyn Pizza was delicious. Thanks Sandra 😁

Sandra was an excellent host! Always checking in to see if we needed anything! Her condo is beautifully decorated, clean and supplied with everything you could need. Complex is nice, gated, convenient to restaurants, bars, grocery and beaches! We will be back.

Quiet and safe gated community. On site staff was kind and helpful. Everything was as stated it would be. Short drive to beaches. Close to everything. Very comfortable. We will be back!! Hostess Sandra, was very attentive!

This was one of the best vacation rental I’ve ever stayed. Apartment was super clean, comfortable and fully stocked. Close to restaurants, shop and beautiful beach. My kids loved the heated pool. Host is very nice and responsive. I will absolutely stay again!

My stay @ this property was perfect! The location was ideal for me. Not only was it close to my daughters place, it’s ten minutes (give or take) from Madeira Beach. The place was immaculate. The ambiance of the property, for me, screamed Peaceful.” It was very clean, everything you need is there. For example, cooking ingredients, pots/pans, utensils, plates, etc.
The rooms are spacious with “smart” tv’s. The shower is extra large and very clean!! I could go on for hours but if you contemplating staying at this property vs another…I would jump on THIS property. It’s perfect!
Communication with the host was superb as well.
Book it now before it’s gone. You won’t regret it!

An amazing condo that has everything and more - like home from home - Sandra was excellent and any questions answered straight away - complex has a pool which was lovely in the afternoons and the condo is close to many beaches - would definately recommend this lovely condo and thank you Sandra for a great time in your home

This place was a dream to stay, but before I get into the details about the apartment let me first talk about the host Sandra. From the time I first reached out to her she was great! She quickly answered every question I had & some. She gave amazing recommendations. Whether which beach to go to, water sport companies, shopping, places to eat, etc. Check in is at 4:00, but Sandra set out her beach supplies that morning for us to pick up & use. This shows how flexible she is & also how safe the condo/people in the area are.
For the apartment itself...it's hands down one of the best I have stayed in! From the time you walk in you can smell how clean it is & feel like you are in an expensive luxurious high rise. The decor is 🔥🔥🔥, the rooms are spacious so we didn't feel cramped with all our stuff. The beds are heavenly so we were able to get a good nights rest. The large shower was a blessing especially after a long day at the beach. And the whole place was stocked with EVERYTHING!!! You don't have to worry about bringing anything. Sandra literally thought of it all & some!
We stopped to spend a day at the beach on our drive to Legoland so we only stayed one night and didn't get a chance to utilize any of the other condo amenities. But another bonus about this place is that it is close to the entrance, the pool, and on the first floor right by the parking lot. So we didn't have to walk far, go up any stairs, or wait on an elevator.

We were looking for a low key place to relax for. Few days after Disney! It was perfect if you don’t want the touristy area and a great beach and food! Manager was very friendly!

First and foremost, Sandy was a great host and made it a priority to ensure everything about our stay went well. The condo is beautifully decorated and clean. The location has lots of places to eat nearby. It is roughly 25 minutes to the airport. The gated complex is quaint, quiet, and safe. Thank you Sandy for a wonderful stay and all the little extras!! This unit is beautifully decorated, spacious, clean, and in a convenient location! In person it looks exactly like the pictures. The larger bedroom has a huge walk in closet which is amazing, and the smaller bedroom also has a closet for storing clothes and suitcases, etc! The kitchen has a large island which is convenient for serving to small children, and the kitchen is stocked with most anything you might need for cooking or preparing meals. We felt very safe in this area (gated entry) and ample parking. This unit is a short walk to the pool, which is also well cared for and attractive. We were only able to stay one night here before our flight out of Tampa but we would definitely stay again!

This condo far exceeded anything we could’ve hoped for. The host was so friendly and attentive not to mention quick with responding. The pool was wonderful and we utilized the bbqs on-site quite a few times. The condo was very clean with all the amenities you could need for your trip plus a few extras like a big bag of coffee that lasted the whole trip! The beds were heavenly and so comfortable. The kids games and books came in so helpful after a day at the beach for a nice family wind down. I told he host we’d be back and I mean it! We will definitely stay here again! Thanks Sandy!

We spent eight days at location and had zero issues. Shower is hot and the beds are soft. Kids enjoyed late evenings watching Disney + after running around town during the day. The boards games were also a hit.

My family and I greatly enjoyed staying at Sandy's condominium in Seminole. It is a great location with a lot to offer. Sandy decorated it just beautifully. The colors are gorgeous and it is updated in every way. She has made it extremely comfortable for all of her guests and reached out to make sure that we had everything that we needed during our stay. We highly recommend her beautiful property for a family vacation.

This was our first time booking a vacation rental so we weren’t totally sure on what to expect. After staying here we will never book a hotel again. My husband and 2 kids all felt as if we were right at home! There were games for the kids to play, spices and kitchenware in the kitchen (even a mini waffle maker and crockpot), floats, chairs, and toys for the beach, and even personal care items in case you happened to forget something! You could literally just bring your clothes and nothing else because this property has you covered for everything else. Every room was so beautifully decorated just as the pictures show. The condo was also very clean! The host was amazing with checking in to see if we needed anything and very easy to communicate with. She was great with directions for finding the property and instructions for getting the keys. She even left a surprise for us for when we arrived! The area is also very nice. Plenty of places nearby to shop and eat out. Madeira Beach was a short drive away. We loved visiting Johns Pass Boardwalk. The pool was a big hit! Especially with the kids! Even the neighbors in the community were nice and welcoming as well. If I could give this vacation rental and the host a higher rating I would! Our kids, who live nearby in FL, even asked if we could come back to this exact same place when we visit next time. This vacation property has been by far one of the best experiences we’ve had! We highly recommend it!

This condo was perfect for our family trip! It had great amenities, little extras we hadn’t thought about, quick drive to the beach! The host was great and checked in regularly to make sure our stay was comfortable. We visit family in Florida often and would definitely stay here again!

Comfy and convenient
My husband, myself, and our two boys stayed in this apartment for 3 days to visit the Dali museum and see the beaches. The listing is accurate, the place was lovely, and I would definitely recommend booking! We had to bring our dog last minute because my mom got sick and couldn't watch her, but the pet fee was easily paid and they even left out a water and food dish for our dog. She had a great time going to the dog parks in the area. The beds were comfortable and the listing is convenient to shopping and tons of food options. My kids said they would like to stay again in the future, and that's a definite endorsement.
