Let’s open with the view. West facing, hilltop property overlooking Lake Coeur d’Alaine afforded sunset views that were unparalleled!
Well appointed kitchen with plenty of prep space. The open concept of the main floor allowed conversation to flow easily between the kitchen and family room.
Good sized bedrooms, all with lake views. The master bath was impressive. The three levels allowed the kids to have fun and play at full volume without interrupting those enjoying quiet moments on the deck.
Big front and rear yards. We saw deer each morning and evening.
For a home this size with accordingly sized bedrooms, we would have expected more than one king bed. All the other rooms had full beds, even those with queen platforms. Also, one bedroom was advertised as having two twins. That was not the case. The 7th “bedroom” was actually the pool/jacuzzi room with a small single bed pushed against a wall.
The highlight of the home is the main floor outdoor deck, however it has fallen into disrepair and is need of sanding and resealing. Stark contrast to the pictures in the posting. The dining table and chairs need to be replaced. Two of the chairs were found splintered due to dry rot on the side of the deck. Plenty of rocker/recliner lounge chairs, but half were lacking cushions which led to constant readjustments as we slid around on the synthetic wicker.
This is a great property that just needs some TLC and bigger beds to realize its full potential.

Property was fantastically immaculate. Living space was comfortable. Views were breath taking with the sun setting. Nearby leisure and fun activities. Made lifelong memories with friends and family.

You can't beat the views from this beautiful home. While the house itself was amazing, the real treat was spending time outside on the grounds and on the deck taking in the breath taking views. Thank you for a great stay!

The house is gorgeous and the views are spectacular. Everyone was very pleasant to work with and responded to my questions promptly.
I would suggest that you provide two towels per person since you have that fantastic hot tub. Also I would suggest extra blankets.
We throughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much!

The house was very big and over looks lake Coeur d’Alene. So the views from nearly every view are stunning. If you’re looking to stay close to a big town while not dealing with all the big town noise this place is for you. Also a great opportunity to see tons of wildlife.

House and views were very beautiful. Only complaint was refrigerator smelled strongly of fish. Grill was very unclean too. Rest of home was clean and comfortable. Would stay at this property again.

This home exceeded any expectation I may have had! The house is warm and inviting wiith plenty of space to spread out. The host was accessible and promptly responded to any questions. The only suggestion I may have, is to bring extra blankets.

We didn't need this much space but it worked out well with a party of 8. Everything was as-advertised and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful setting but multiple issues with this property. They need to give it some extra care to get it up to the level it was advertised at.

The house was perfect for what our family needed! There was plenty of room for all of us and the views were beautiful! It is a bit of a drive up and down the mountain (about 25 minutes or so) to get into town but overall it was great! We loved all of the activities we found to do throughout our week there.
The only complaint I have is the grass was extremely soggy from the sprinklers running each morning so we couldn’t really enjoy the yard. However, I would rent the house again!

Had a group of 13 here for Labor Day weekend and loved every minute of it. Amazing location, super private and surrounded by stunning views. We loved the house and felt it was well-equipped for our stay.

We had a a great time. Most of the family flew into Spokane and took the Scenic 40 minute or so scenic drive. Immediately impressed with the property but at sunset…. Wow! Words can’t do it justice. During the days it was a short 20-30 minute drive into CDA for activities. Just a great time all around
Thanks for sharing your home

Awesome home
Incredibly beautiful, and private sanctuary with sweeping forever views. Hats off to the owners of this beautiful retreat in Coeur D’Alene!

Great place for a group
We stayed here as a group of friends that ride Harley's together. This place was great, a little farther away from town, but we didn't mind as it gave us more time to ride the road by the lake. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Mountain Top Home!
Great high-end home about 25 mins from downtown Coeur d’Alene. Huge home, incredibly well outfitted, stunning views of the lake and valley below, quiet/peaceful, hot tub, huge deck with a great grill, and can sleep a small village! :-). Perfect home base for hiking, boating, golfing, skiing, and simply unplugging.

Stunning
The home was super beautiful. The view were spectacular. The air conditioning definitely worked! One thing that bothered us was that there were bee nests everywhere in the back yard and the light switches should be labeled. Overall a perfect weekend.

I would just like to begin by saying this home, location and views are breath taking. The privacy the gate provides allowed us to have such peace of mind to let our children play in the yard without worry. However the kitchen felt extremely under equipped. There was not enough cutlery nor china to accommodate an entire meal. For a home this size we did not expect to run into this problem. The washer had a very potent mildew smell. We did not have a single closet available to us for our coats and winter gear/shoes. After playing in the snow the children had to keep all gear on the floors because we had no access to the garage. The entire group was ecstatic to spend some time in the hot tub while looking at the beautiful view. The hot tub was dirty with coke cans and the water was yellow. It was also not running. Maintenance was called and we were given instructions on how to restart the tub. After our attempt to correct the problem without success, maintenance was called a second time to come get the tub running and never showed up. The number of bedrooms were so great as was the space downstairs for tv watching and kids playing area. However the lack of pillows and bedding was disappointing. This home could have used labels on the thermostats, lights, heated floors and most importantly the gate! Our favorite part of this house was that there was no tv in the main living room which allowed for some great conversations.

Incredible views and lots of space
This is a really beautiful house with an incredible view. I hosted a group of six women for the weekend and we really enjoyed ouselves. The hot tub was great and the furnishings and appliances were top of the line. I was disappointed that I finally had to contact the rental management service the day before we arrived since I hadn't heard anything from them since the booking. I travel a lot so often rent places. Usually, I get info about check-in and details much earlier. Also, while most of the common spaces were clean, some of the toilets had dark rings and the smaller oven hadn't been cleaned. The house itself is worth the money but the services were not.

Great house!
Loved the house. The handle to freezer was broken and we had trouble getting out of the gate a few times but all in all it was great
