About this apartment rental

Welcome to your favorite family vacation destination with beautiful views of Lake Okoboji! Whether you are looking to rent for a week or a weekend you will not run out of things to do! Start by parking in our underground heated garage and use the elevator to bring your gear up to the condo. Our newly updated condo boasts almost 1500 ft.² of living space, with all the conveniences of home. The condo has three bedrooms including a master with king bed, second bedroom with queen bed, and third bedroom with two triple twin-size bunk beds. We have room to sleep10 comfortably, two bathrooms stocked with bath towels and washcloths, full kitchen stocked with plates, cups, utensils and appliances to cook your own meals. The living room is very comfortable and has a fireplace to enjoy as you wind down at the end of the day. Our deck has a great view of East Lake that you will enjoy as you are using the grill or having a cup of coffee from the Keurig coffee maker in the morning! There is also a common area a short walk from the condo where you can sit by a fire pit and enjoy views of the lake.

Our condo comes with six passes to Bridges Bay waterpark, just a short walk away. Between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day both the indoor and outdoor waterpark are open daily, as well as a private condo pool next to the condo building. The indoor waterpark is open weekends and holidays between Labor Day and Memorial Day weekend. The waterpark is great for kids or adults of all ages, with waterslides for the older kids and a zero entry splash pool for the little ones! There is a lazy river and also a hot tub to enjoy!

Coming to the area to go boating or fishing? East and West Okoboji lakes have fantastic fishing opportunities, from walleye to panfish! There is even scuba diving in the lake! There is also boat trailer parking and a boat ramp near the condo and an option to rent a boat slip from Bridges Bay. https://bridgesbayresort.com/amenities/boat-hoist-rentals/ Not interested in cooking??? There are fantastic restaurants within walking distance on the Bridges Bay property. Bracco (http://braccorestaurant.com/bracco/okoboji/ ) often has live music in the summer and an outdoor fire pit area to enjoy while looking over the lake. There are also plenty of additional eating options within a short drive from the condo. Our condo was wonderful! Location worked great for my husband and me. Quiet yet close to all the hot attractions! My only suggestions would be the ice maker wasn’t working, and we had ice cube trays. Not impossible to handle of course, but would expect a functioning ice maker in a condo of this caliber. An ottoman in the living area would have been a plus too. Otherwise, everting was neat, clean and well appointed!! We will book this condo again!

Nice easy last minute stay. Close to everything. The view of the water was nice. Did feel definitely like no one lived there other than using for VRBO. Did feel a bit like a hotel vibe, but was still good for one night.

Condo was very clean and well maintained. Check in/check out instructions were very clear and easy to understand. Communication with owner was also super easy. Kitchen had a few of the staple dishes, pots and pans which was helpful. Everything exceeded our expectations and we will definitely go back!

My husband and our 3 boys booked this VRBO with my brother in law and his children. Our boys were in the Boji Blast tournament. This was perfect for our families as it was close to the rink and the water park and arcade were a great asset for the kiddos! I hope to book more with Rachel and Chad! Due to the warmer weather and the October Festival that was going on at Arnold's Park, we had 4 days of absolute fun. Was able to enjoy the outside deck and firepit every night. The beds are heavenly. The unit could not have been better

The condo was lovely. It met all the requirements we needed to enjoy our week there. Construction was going on the building to the south that started at 7:00 a.m. Kind of noisy but did not keep us from enjoying the deck during the morning or evening hours when the sun wasn't directly on us. The underground parking was wonderful and we used a parking spot out front for the second vehicle. A misunderstanding on my part that there was absolutely nowhere to park a boat or use of electrical. We had to rent a storage shed to keep the boat in but it was very secure and had electricity. Boat slips are very expensive on the lake. Our hosts were very gracious in answering all my questions and offering suggestions. I also appreciate the early entry to the room since we had made half the trip the night before and were there earlier than the 4:00pm check in. Thank you Chad and Rachel!

This condo is gorgeous!! The only reason I am giving it a 4 is because there is construction right next to it so it was a bit of an eyesoar. Communication was excellent and getting into the condo was super easy. We will be back!!

The property was very nice and we enjoyed and appreciated the underground garage, but the construction going on across from our balcony was disturbing. The noise began at 8:00 every morning until about 5:00 in the afternoon. We were not told of this in advance and feel we should have been discounted some on the fee.

The only complaint was that the unit above us was very noisy. There was several times the lighting fixture’s actually rattled. The property itself is amazing and so we’re the hosts. Thank you!

Very nice property. Only drawback was the construction going on from 7 AM on. It wasn’t a deal breaker, though. They did advertise that boat slips could be rented through Bridges Bay, but I wasn’t able to reach anyone by phone or email for that.

The property was wonderful. Very convenient for us to take our grandkids over to swim and play in the arcade. It was so fun when they walked into the condo to watch them check everything out. We have an autistic grandchild and he enjoyed every moment. He loved the small bedroom it was so cozy for him. They have asked if we could do this again. Thank you.
