About this cabin rental

Beautiful 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath wood cabin that sleeps 14 guests. 2 blocks from the parkway, one block from Cal Ripken Baseball Fields, 2 miles from Dollywood, walking distance to the Little Pigeon River Walking Trail. Close to everything, all restaurants, Old Mill, The Island. We decorate for all holidays

Main floor has master bedroom and bathroom, full kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook meals, living room, large dining room, half bath and wrap around porch. Plenty of parking available.
Loft floor, sitting area overlooking the living room, 2 bedrooms with queen beds in each, one full bathroom.
Basement offers game room with pool table, kitchenette (sink, microwave, mini refrigerator), washer and dryer, 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and twin bunk beds, room two has queen over queen bunkbed, full bathroom, walk out to the firepit area with park style grill.

Best Xfinity internet, cellphone service is great, NO HOT TUB, pets welcome with fee.

Property was well situated for 12 guests, 4 children 8 and under and 8 adults. Close to gas station and grocery store. Although located on 4 lane road the road generally wasn't busy. Close to most Pigeon Forge attractions. Property was clean.

The cabin is in a great location but it needs maintenance done to it. Upon arrival the property was way overgrown . Had to contact the host two days ins a row to see about if anyone was coming to mow the yard and trim some of the over grown weeds and bushes. The key pad is tricky to get into the main door with also. The trash can was still full from the previous renters and we had no where to secure our trash the entire stay. The ice maker is out in the fridge in the kitchen and the main deck needs work done to it. For the price it cost to rent all this should have been taken care of before our arrival.

Excellent for large families..3 floors with bedrooms bathrooms and lounging area for each floor...if you dont want to take time driving down a mountain for get to activities..this is your place!! Close to the Island, and the parkway..but still had a nice mountain view. Everything in this home was top notch!! Absolutely beautiful!!

We loved this cabin. The location was perfect, stocked with everything you would need to cook. The host was very responsive. The cabin is beautifully designed and decorated and there was more than enough room for our family of 8. For those who may have multiple vehicles to park, we had 3, and that was a tight squeeze. But not complaining! It was perfect for us! We loved it and hope to return soon!

Great cabin for family

First of all, it was a wonderful cabin and we had a great time. I do have a couple of suggestions. First of all, it would be great to have mirrors in the bedrooms to help with large group all getting ready. Secondly, if you are not supplying Kleenex, bath soap, shampoo, etc. it would be good to let people know that. Also, it wasn't clear how to handle the trash, or any exit expectations. I'm guessing this is a fairly new rental and may be still working out some kinks. The location is fantastic.

Although we originally planned for 15 family members, we only ended up with 9 (the property sleeps 16). The home itself was relatively new, very attractive and well furnished. Parking and landscaping left a little to be desired, but overall, we were satisfied. (If we had had the 5 vehicles as originally planned, or even 4, we would have had a problem; however, we only had three, so it worked out OK.) Be aware that the advertised nightly rate will be increased substantially by taxes and fees. Our 7-day stay was increased by 38% added (over $2,000) on for taxes and fees. I assume this would be common for renting dwellings in the Pigeon Forge area.

Amazing property & location

This place is right off a main road in Pigeon Forge without sacrificing privacy; it was super convenient and we loved that about the location. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous, clean, and we LOVED how it had two big tables to eat at as well as a whole downstairs area for our kids to hang out and sleep complete with a bathroom. This house really enhanced our stay to a degree we weren’t expecting; we hope to be back!!

Our family enjoyed a stay at this excellent cabin. Cabin was as described, very clean, and property manager was very responsive. Location was very convenient. Our family enjoyed the fire pit and porches. Cabin was laid out well for adults to enjoy living room and fireplace while kids played in basement or in yard area. We were very comfortable here. We would definitely book the same cabin again. Thanks for a great family getaway.

Great time with family. Owner very responsive to any issues. The amenities mentioned a hot tub but there was not one which was a little disappointing as we had packed for this. The downstairs bedrooms could use closet space and mirrors in bedrooms since there is only a bathroom with a mirror. We had a lot of girls on trip so you know how that goes. We loved playing pool but there was only 2 pool sticks and one of those were broke. Kitchen has everything you will need if you cook in which was great. Master bedroom did not have a closet available but I think this was due to owner using it but had a dresser available. They were working on fixing a closet in hall area for the owners use so I believe this issue will be resolved in the near future. Definitely a great place for a large group and we would go back and rent again.

We traveled to Pigeon Forge to spend time with family and friends at the cabin and to attend a 100 year celebration of our church at the LeConte Center. This cabin was in the perfect location. Easy access off of the main road to the cabin and to the convention center. Yet far enough from the parkway to enjoy the peace and quiet. The turn to the driveway is a little sharp but not bad at all. The cabin was very clean and well laid out. The extra half bath on the main floor was a lifesaver with everyone getting ready. Everything we needed was there. The little added touches made it feel very welcoming. We didn’t get to use the outdoor space, but there is a nice seating area on the deck. And a seating area and fire pit as you walk out the lowest level. There aren’t any closets on the lower level so some hooks on the doors or a rack would be perfect. The kids enjoyed the pool table and game table. The owner was very responsive. We had an overall wonderful VRBO experience here. We would definitely return.

Great experience and stay! Excellent location for enjoying all the activities of PF — We had a great time in PF riding ATVs, the mountain coaster, racing cars, escape rooms AND just enjoying the house. It was our first time visiting the area and this was a fabulous house for a newbie to get to know the area. So close yet still felt secluded. Amazing fireworks show could be seen well from the deck on July 3 was an added bonus! Well stocked kitchen; clean, comfortable, newer cabin; PLENTY of room for our extended family gathering of ten - including teens, young adult children, and parents. 1 wish- wish there was an outdoor hot tub.

Beautiful clean and well equipped cabin that is right downtown, yet in wooded area, quiet and secluded. We really enjoyed this cabin, playing pool, eating in spacious eating areas, comfortable beds and nice common areas. I would highly recommend.

This property was fully equipped! Nothing was needed other than your own food & drinks! From the top floor with sitting area with couch and bedrooms to the mid living room/kitchen/dining area to the walkout basement with games bedroom and bathroom was amazing! Coming home at night when we left the lights on was an amazing feel to see it from the street. * One minor issue is that on the description it said hot tub when it’s actually a garden tub in master bath.

This cabin was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable; the fully stocked kitchen was ideal for cooking; the 2 large dining tables and fun game room with pool table were wonderful gathering places for our family! Most importantly it was extremely clean...spotless really. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here! The owner/manager was very professional and thoughtful. She was prompt in responding to my questions and made me feel welcome and appreciated as a renter.I've stayed in Gatlinburg several times. The driveways on those properties were dangerously steep. This particular property's drive was not as drastic. That was a bonus!I wholeheartedly recommend this property!
