There was no handicap accessible, 2 of our members couldn’t stay here, house was very old and everything squeaked, beds were all noisy and loose. Description is not was expected, They dont mention 25+ stairs to get to property. Overall worst place I have stayed in the 15+ years we’ve been staying in tahoe.

This is a great place that is minutes away from restaurants, shopping centers and casinos. The place itself is nice and was big enough for 6 of us. There are stairs to enter the premises but are not as big of a deal as other reviewers are making it seem. I enjoyed my time here and would definitely book again.

Me and my family had a great time whiling staying in this country home. They provided board games and movies while we stayed due to a bad snow storm. Only bad thing I would say is that good luck finding the garage dump and be prepared to walk down the stairs especially when it's snowing. Other than that it was an amazing journey and will Definitely be going back for summer

Overall was cozy. Was lots of steps and the trash dumpster was a long way away. Disappointed that just had a small like 32" TV in the bunk bedroom and nowhere else. Showers had great pressure but were hard to adjust and leaky. As far as when trying to ask questions seemed anyone that we talked to were a long way off like Oregon I presume. And when asked about dumpster for trash it took almost 45 minutes for a first reply...then they had to research in get back to me. Took almost 2 hours without a firm answer. But it all worked out. Need to fix some leaky faucets. :)

The floors and furniture were dirty, there was stains on the furniture, and makeup eyelashes and hair on the sheets when we went to bed. No hand soap and no dishwasher soap. Cobwebs and the most uncomfortable beds.

Beautiful area BUT not enough fans for rooms. Very hot. MORE FANS.
Add showed a view but no view from place.

Overall a great location and good stay for a family. This is a treehouse in the mountains, so expect lots of stairs to get to the property. Moths and pollen are abundant but that’s nature for you. The home has a well equipped kitchen with vacuum, washer & dryer and gracious amounts of laundry and dish washing detergents.
Powerful hot showers. Fridge, microwave and kettle were very clean.
Removed stars because beds were uncomfortable and a few hairs in the bed. Oven has food on the bottom (we didn’t use it, so didn’t bother us). Table and counter tops were sticky, there was no detergent available to wipe it down.
Trash, no information for exact location to throw trash, a neighbor told me where to go (on another street).

This house wasn’t worth me spending 1,600 dollars per 3 days.
Very hot inside the house.no air conditioner, only one fan in the living room.
Everyone was not able to get good sleep at night do to the beds are so hard.inside the house was like 85 degrees hot.
Doors hard to open or close old and no maintenance.
If you bring your Luggage with you good luck coming down the stairs.
Long way down.or long ways up to your car.I’m a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach.
And I can tell you if you have older family . Better stay somewhere else.
The parking lot only for 2,cars.
Very inconvenient to a family of 10 or 8, people.
Tahoe is very strict with giving you citations for not having a permit to park starting at 1,000 dollars fine.
We found one Cockroach inside the house.
Good enough to keep you awake at night.
One great thing about this house is that the shower is very good very clean and very powerful water cold and hot water.
Amazing showers I love them so did my family.
House is clean and property is very safe.
No issues with noise or anyone breaking into your cars.
Close by all the casinos and Restaurant park and resorts.
Literally 5, minutes away from everything grocery shopping stores gas station or Harry’s hotel.or gondolay….
I’m not going to put this property down but if you know is summer time and weather conditions are hot please at list have fans for the future people.

VERY POOR COMUNICATION AND SO MANY EXTRA CHARGES.... NOT WORTH IT! I WON'T DEFINITELY RECOMEND THIS SITE TO ANYBODY!
JUST TO BE CLEAR, THE PLACE IT MAY BE OKAY, BUT THE BOOKING AND RENTAL COMPANIES THEY REALLY RUINED OUR STAY AND OUR TRIP!!!

Super clean home. Cabin-feel but with a good amount of space for family and nice appliances, etc. There are some stairs to the parking lot but was no problem for us. Like literally 4 minutes to ski lift. Highly recommended - we will definitely book again!

Pictures of the house is what we expected. Games were available in the room with the bunk beds. Barbecue grill was available outside, but we did not use it.
We did not expect a long set of stairs descending down to the property. Luckily we did not bring grandparents on this trip as they would have had trouble navigating the long flight of stairs. At night, we had to use our cell phones to light this stairwell as there was not any lighting over the stairs.
Floors and beds were creaky as well. Could not turn in bed without causing a lot of noise and rocking which ended up waking the other person in bed. My kids sleeping downstairs heard when we were walking around upstairs.
Front door leading to the room with the bunk beds scraped the floor and made opening/closing the door a challenge. Need to put some oomph behind you to get that door opened.
Finally, clean white towels were soft and fluffy, but they left pieces of white fluff on your body and in your hair. My daughters and I all have long hair so we had to comb the white fluff out after drying ourselves from the shower.
We stayed for 2 nights so the issues we experienced didn’t bother us too much.
