About this house rental

Our open concept home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and an oversized great room with tray ceilings, and a wall of sliding glass doors overlooking the pool deck surrounding the sparking waters of the heated saltwater pool and spa.

Our home is 1.3 miles from Vanderbilt beach. It is less than a mile from Mercato for upscale shopping and dining.

The open-concept living area includes the living room, dining area, and an open kitchen with a large island.
The kitchen has granite counter tops, an island with 4 bar stools and stainless steel appliances. The refrigerator has filtered water and ice dispenser. The dining room has a large table.
The living area has a large sectional sofa and matching chair, a huge 75' Smart TV with Comcast Cable and Netflix. It also has high tray ceilings and a wall of sliding glass doors overlooking the pool deck and outside entertaining area.

The exterior living space has a private enclosed saltwater pool with attached spa. The outdoor patio area has a sectional sofa, 4 chaise loungers, a large dining table, and a Weber gas grill. Pool floats and toys are also available.

The house provides 3 full bathrooms. The master bathroom features double vanities, bathtub, a luxurious walk-in shower and a separate room for the toilet. The 2nd bathroom is attached to the queen bedroom and has a large walk-in shower. The 3rd bathroom has a large vanity and walk-in shower.
All bedrooms, have high quality new mattresses. The Master bedroom has a King bed and a 65' Smart TV. The Queen bedroom also has a 50' Smart TV.

The house is equipped with high speed internet/WiFi, USB ports, books, and board games.

Fully equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, wagon, and sand toys.

Four Trek bicycles with locks.

No animals allowed due to severe allergy of two family members.

We loved our stay at this home and will 100% book this house again next time we're in Naples. The house is very clean and well taken care of. There were plenty of kitchen and beach essentials. The location is amazing. Vanderbilt beach is right down the street and lots of restaurants nearby. It was very convenient that 2 of the bedrooms have a bathroom attached, and there is still another full bath off the kitchen. Owner was quick to respond to any questions I had prior to our stay. I did not have any issues during the stay at all.

This property is stunning, incredibly beautiful, & a fabulous home to rent. We only had 4 adults, but there is plenty of room for more. (& our children & grandchildren wished they were with us). Located in a quiet, peaceful, neighborhood, this home is close to beaches and many restaurants. With a pool, whirlpool, & grill it is also just a great place to hang out. Loved staying there!

the location of the house good, the rooms two without television, the pool with nothing to hold onto to get in ,is fine for young people but for those my age [77] nothing pleasant, it"s a big house where the whole family goes, to get together on vacation and I think it should have the details covered thank you Maria Elena[wife of the renter]

We absolutely loved and enjoyed every second of our stay. The house is so beautiful and spacious. The pool area was perfect for afternoon swims. The location of the house was ideal, with lots of restaurants nearby and the beach was a very short drive. The host Pam was very easy to get in touch with and fast to respond. Thanks so much!

House, pool, linens, towels were in excellent condition and clean. House was spacious and well stocked with necessities. Great location close to the beach and other attractions. Available wagon, cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys in good condition were available which was great. Host was responsive to messages. Would definitely go back again. The home was very clean, in great shape, had great "extras" and overall I would definitely book this home again if I was planning to be in the area again. The owners and property manager were very responsive to any questions. We definitely used the pool and beach amenities along with all the "extras" in the home that the past VRBOs I've stayed at do not provide (detergents, trash bags, food seasonings, hair products, facial tissues, extra toilet paper, and many others). The home was close to the beach for the adults to walk but had a parking structure that we used to tote the kids and all the beach supplies. We were all very happy with the home and location. Exceeded our expectations!

In town to celebrate our patriarch’s 80th birthday- sisters, their spouses and all the cousins absolutely loved staying at this well equipped, perfectly located new luxury home in Naples, FL. The owners have thought of everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. The pool, hot tub and proximity to the beach give you everything you could desire in a Florida vacation! We’ve rented numerous houses in Naples and this was our favorite by far. House was well equipped, beautifully decorated and the pool was perfect. Love that the spa warmed up quickly, pool toys are great, and the location by the beach can’t be beat. Owner is a dream to work with. Highly recommend.

This is the second year our family has gathered in this beautiful home for our yearly vacation in Naples. It was absolutely perfect for us in every way! Pamela was so kind, helpful, and attentive to each question or request we had. The location of the house is wonderful - so easy and quick to get to the beach, shopping, or restaurants. Getting on the bikes for an early ride were one of our favorite activities. The house couldn't have been cleaner, and everything we could possibly need was there. We just got back from a wonderful week at this property with our three young children. The house is even nicer than the photos. The location is perfect, close to shopping, good food and the beach. We loved the salt water pool and hot tub and spent most of our time here or on the patio when we were at the house. The host, Pam was beyond helpful and very responsive. I can’t recommend this home more. We already booked for next year.

This is a new, beautifully decorated house. It is designed so there is privacy for all, yet it’s open living area, which extends out to the pool, is perfect to hang out. The pool was warm and the spa was a favorite of the golfers as they returned each day. The house had every amenity possible. We’re signed up for next year! Cheers to owners!

Loved this well-equipped home for our dual family vacation. Easily accommodated two families, the kitchen had everything we could need for family meals and the baby items were incredibly helpful. The heated pool was absolutely necessary in the cold snap in January and the hot tub made being outside so much more enjoyable. Would absolutely stay again!

The home had everything one would need plus more. We were hosting a sprinkle for my daughter-in-law so we had to prepare food and bake. The house was well stocked. EXTREMELY clean and loved the open concept. Beach was 5 minute drive and bikes and beach toys were available. The pool and hot tub were clean, and nice and warm. Pam answered questions within minutes. Area was very quiet and peaceful yet close to everything! We definitely will be staying here again.
