Our multi-generation family loved this house with all its nooks and hidden treasures! We had such fun inside and out! Great spaces for multiple groups to visit and great activities. The house is large and you can find quiet, private spaces or large group areas. It is situated in a wooded area with trails nearby for early-morning hikes. We loved our time here and everyone wanted to return.

Interesting layout. Lot of amenities.

House was wonderful for a large family reunion, and Kent was super responsive, even during a holiday week. Would definitely stay there again.
Everyone had their own bedroom, and the communal space (kitchen, living room, dining room), was perfect for gathering.

This is our second time staying at this home and we had a great experience both times! The home easily accommodated our large group and had everything we needed. The location is breathtaking as is the home.
The host was very kind and communicative. We would definitely return.

The house is beautiful as is the surrounding area. There was plenty of room for us (18) to spread out but also plenty of places for us to come together. The kitchen is fantastic, we cooked every meal and had everything we needed. We would all recommend this location for a family getaway, a corporate retreat, or any other occasion. Our only regret was that we were probably a week too early as the leaves just started changing and in a short time it will be even more spectacular.

It was extremely hard to find a house that would accommodate a group of our size and setup. 10 families, ranging in age from 1 to 85. This house worked beautifully for that.

We had the most wonderful time at this beautiful, clean, massive Sundance home! We had a total of 17 in our family stay there and we had a ton of room. Several of the bedrooms and bathrooms didn't even get used. The kitchen is a dream for cooking for a large group and there is plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. There are several beautiful balconies! We would love to stay there again! The owner met us there to give us the key and was very accommodating! THANK YOU!!

This place is awesome! Lots of room to spread out and also places to all be together! Great location, very clean and well maintained! This was a super fun place for us to spend a few days together as family and with some friends! I would definitely stay here again! Great host and great communication! One of the best places we have stayed! 10 out of 10!!

We stayed with family for a long weekend. The location really surprised us, as it is close to the Sundance resort yet feels like you are very secluded with lots of space. The cabin and surrounding area has amazing views of the mountains as well. The rooms are spacious, all with their own bathrooms and showers, some even with lofts. The game area was a hit with the kids. There are many areas for relaxing and visiting, as well as spaces for reading, playing games, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The separate boys and girls themed bunk bead rooms were a favorite of all the children who spent the weekend with us. Nights in the hot tub were a very relaxing way to end the day after playing in the snow. We loved our stay and the host was very kind and accommodating. Star gazers will also enjoy the vast night sky. This is an ideal location for a family reunion.

This is the most amazing place, literally nothing negative to say at all about it or the host or the process.

My family & some of our business partners from the UK all met up and stayed here over the Christmas holiday (17 total). I don’t typically write reviews, unless I really feel it’s worth it. The home is massive & can definitely sleep the number of people mentioned. However, none of the fires worked, (total bummer here) there weren’t any clean towels when we showed up & had to re-wash the wet ones left in the washer to dry & use. There is dust throughout the property- like it really needs a DEEP scrub. My kids feet were black from the tiles if they went barefoot in the home. The kitchen has labels for where things are supposed to be- nothing is actually in its place. We had a scavenger hunt for nearly every cooking utensil or measuring cup. There was hardly any ice melt left for us to throw down on drive, none of the balconies were snow removed so we couldn’t use them, which would have been nice to sit outside & enjoy the views. We paid quite a lot of money to stay 6 days. Certainly spending that amount, we expected a much cleaner home & everything working.

This spacious, well stocked, well-designed and built home was perfect for a large extended family vacation and celebration. There were wonderful places to congregate and sufficient cozy spaces to get away. Lots of books and games were enjoyed by all and the fully equipped kitchen and dining areas made meal preparation and gathering a pleasure. This beautiful location was perfectly sited for easy access to hiking, biking, and other local adventurous outdoor activities. And it provided a warm, lovely and comfortable place to come “home” to after exciting day activities.

The house is beautiful and has lots of space. Everything is very well equipped -- the kitchen is like a restaurant! There are games to play and even a jukebox. The owner is very responsive to any questions. Our family highly recommends this house.

Family Reunion Location Gem
We selected this property for our family reunion and could not have been happier with our stay! Kind hosts. Well labeled kitchen so you’re not lost finding items. This place has many spaces for smaller and larger group chats. Entertainment is not lacking with the incredible games available. It is a gorgeous property! Close to hikes for those who choose to be active but if that’s not your thing you will enjoy just spending time taking in the views from the balconies and enjoying your company. So thankful for many rooms/bathrooms and 2 laundry rooms for our family to utilize. We spent a day in park city at the Olympic training facility playing and used a nearby lake to baptize 4 grandkids. Special memories made in this very special cabin! You will love your stay here! ❤️

The Perfect Place for Large Families
We recently hosted a family reunion with our siblings and their children. We are a big group with kids ranging in age from newborn to 22yrs old! We are so grateful we discovered this home and that the owners were kind enough to offer it to others. It was evident that this home is dear to generations of this family who must have made so many great memories there - just as we did.
The house has so many private bedrooms each with their own bath, as well as two huge bunks rooms with multiple beds. It was great for everyone to have their own space to get away and sleep when needed. The kitchen and living rooms are huge and offered plenty of space for us to all be together. And the kids had a blast discovering all the surprises across the home, including secret staircases that lead to other rooms, a train that runs through the levels of the house, a jukebox and pool table room, and the fun outdoor spaces.
Working with the property manager was super easy and all our questions and requests were always answered immediately with some helpful suggestions too.
I could see us returning again as a family and also with friends. The Sundance resort is always beautiful every season and this house is the perfect location to enjoy all the outdoor amenities and restaurants too.

Beautiful Sundance property
I booked this property for two nights for a business offsite. The location was beautiful, the home was spacious, and featured some fun/unique amenities. Using the AV equipment was painless, and WiFi was solid. Would absolutely book again.

Perfect for large groups!
If you're looking for a place to accommodate a large group, friends or family, this is the place. The cabin is larger than it looks in the photos (hard to believe I know) and our group of 35 adults had more than enough space to feel comfortable and relax after days at the mountain. Kent and his team were great hosts, extremely responsive and helpful.
Don't hesitate to book, you won't stay in any other place like it!
We hope to return again soon!

Loved staying here! Property management was great & very responsive to any issues or questions we had during our stay.
The house is huge and gave everyone plenty of room. The game room was fantastic for indoor activities along with a new Oculus!

We would go back again in a heartbeat!

Marvelous Family Vacation
This property was outstanding. Location was great, with access to all types of entertainment activities
The physical building was stunning. With so many locations for separation and activities to take place. The activity rooms downstairs were a big hit with the teens and older children, and the adults . Never heard the words "I'm Bored".
Large kitchen and dining rooms for our large group of 28. We never felt crowded. A few minor maintenance items needed is the only reason for the 4 out of 5star rating on cleanliness.
Spa and grounds were beautiful.

Best Family Reunion Cabin!
We all had a wonderful time at the Sunshine Retreat! We had plenty of room for our large family. The kitchen had everything we needed, too. The Bullard room was a great place to gather, play some pool, and listen to some music. The hot tub was a nice place to relax. It was a little smelly but I think it just needed to be shocked a little more before we checked in. Its the best place for hide-n-seek games, which we played a lot. Thanks again for a fabulous week!

Great place for family gathering
This mansion was so wonderful for our family reunion! There was room to spread out and never feel cramped. We loved that there were bathrooms for every bedroom, which was super helpful with a large group. It was also very clean, and bathrooms stocked with essentials. The kitchen was good and had what we needed for meal prep. Having two fridges was helpful for us, too.
Kent was very nice and easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend this property.
