The house was clean and convenient! There were 4 of us in town for a wedding. The location is nice to where we needed to be for the wedding, and a quick drive to get to do some hikes. The washer/dryer was very handy after a long day of hikes as well. We really enjoyed our stay in Sedona. The hosts were responsive and very nice!

Our family of 5 (kids ages 12-6) had a great time at this property. It was clean, well-maintained, easy to access. We really enjoyed staying in Village of Oak Creek instead of Sedona. It was quieter, but also less traffic and easy morning access to many of the trailheads. We went to the local grocery store a couple times for both groceries and some meals from the deli area. The unit had everything you would need for your trip. A well stocked kitchen, technology, comfy beds and furniture. The photos accurately represent the unit. We loved our visit and if we returned to the area would come back here and recommend it to others!

We loved our stay here!! The condo is super clean and all furniture and beds are very comfortable!! All the essentials are available…dishes, trash bags, shampoo, etc! We appreciated all of the beach towels and comfy blankets available. It is very close to Sedona and lots of restaurants and stores. Very nice pool and hot tubs also!! We loved our stay and would definitely stay again!! The host is very responsive and helpful!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

This property was fantastic. The condo was spacious, clean and the location was great. The traffic to Sedona was a nightmare, so staying in Oak Creek was the perfect choice. This property was so convenient, there is a grocery store, restaurants and coffee shops all within a three to five minute walk. The property has two hot tubs within a couple hundred feet of the back door, which was very nice and convenient. There were also "pre packed" tennis and pickle ball bags in the condo for our use. The amenities of the property were really quite shocking, from others we have stayed at. John and Robin (the owners) truly made this as simple a trip as possible. From the extra trash bags, soaps in showers, bathroom supplies, kitchen use, etc., it was seamless. And speaking of John and Robin; since we were staying over Christmas, I asked if the condo would be decorated. They said they usually do not but could do something for my girls. Well, when we opened the door upon arrival, not only was there a fairly large tree, but the fire place had garland and lights as well. They really went out of their way to make our stay, special. I can not thank the Cunninghams enough for the beautiful property and wonderful treatment they showed. We had a fantastic time and new family memories made. I HIGHLY recommend this property and we will definitely stay here again, if we ever travel this direction again, thank you.

Even though we didn't spend much time during the day in the condo, it suit our needs. The beds were comfortable, and the basics, plus a few extras, were supplied. Clark's Market was conveniently located. The pool and hot tubs were nice for relaxing after a day of hiking.

The location and the amenities were great, the villa was tastefully decorated to show off some lovely artwork. The kitchen, the bathrooms, the bedrooms was fully stocked, so a family travelling from Australia, didn’t have to go the supermarket across the road to buy additional pantry items. Thank you for making our stay feel like a home away from home. We also loved Sedona - will always have fond memories of our 4 day stay

John & Robin's place was the most comfortable of our 8 day vacation. We felt very much at home and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. And having tennis rackets & pickle ball rackets for the court just outside was really nice. They even provided USB outlets by the bed. The location was ideal. Easy drive to hikes both at Bell Rock and Cathedral Rock. And about a 10-15 min drive to downtown Sedona. We'd certainly look to stay here again next time we're back in Sedona.

My family had a very nice stay in this condo. It was spacious and comfortable. It was within walking distance of a grocery store and lots of restaurants. The area was quiet and safe. The pool was very nice and the complex was relaxing to walk around. Lots of friendly retired people. It was very close to hikes near Bell Rock, but a bit of a drive into Uptown. My only suggestion for the owners would be to add hooks - there was nowhere to hang up towels after showering/going to the pool.

We had a great stay in this property in Sedona. All of the beds were very comfortable and it was great that each room had its own tv for down time. We were able to walk to get to ice cream, restaurants, and groceries. The only negative of the trip was that we were there during monsoon season and weren’t able to take advantage of the pool or tennis courts. The owners were very quick to answer any questions that we had leading up to the trip. We highly recommend this condo for a Sedona vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Our family of 5 had plenty of space. We regularly stay at VRBOs and this was one of the nicest - fully stocked kitchen, great linens and bedding, and simple but noticeable extras like paper products, laundry detergent, and AV directions. The location was great for our outings to Sedona and we all enjoyed the pool and tennis courts. Property owners were very responsive to communications. The grocery store (literally 1 min drive) across the street was perfect for our needs. Highly recommend!!

My friends and I were absolutely love with this property for our girls weekend in Sedona in Jan 2022 and we all agree it was one of the best places that we've stayed. The beds were super comfortable, the condo is very spacious and the location is amazing. Also love the little electric fire place! It's about a 20 minute drive into Sedona with traffic, but WORTH IT because the drive back and forth is absolutely beautiful! We loved staying here and cannot wait to be back. We chose to travel to Sedona for our “Christmas vacation“ with our adult sons and their wife/girlfriend. We loved the location as it was close to Sedona for shopping, breweries, and winetasting. It was a beautiful drive to the Grand Canyon with fun small towns along the way. The home was perfect for our needs with the kids on one side of the home and my husband and I on the other. We enjoyed playing games every evening while listening to music, cocktailing and snacking. The proximity to the grocery store was an extra perk! The remodel of the home was beautiful. I would recommend this to any family wanting a fun getaway to this beautiful landscape.

We stayed here two nights and would have loved to spend more time. This is a condo but it is a corner unit in a quiet property. There is a hot tub right next to unit, not private but no one else was there. The kitchen was well stocked, nicely organized and had everything and more that you could need. They have really thought of everything. The beds were comfortable and had blankets. I love a blanket as opposed to sheet/ comforter only. The bathrooms had nice towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash (also a nice upgrade from bar soap.) The living room was very comfortable and had throw blankets. It was very cozy to relax and chat in there in the evening. Have zero complaints and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!
