Open floor plan with spacious kitchen, state of the art island and 48" range, 3 oven and wine cooler, comfortable bedrooms with private bathrooms, huge master with bathtub, pool table, tile pool with amazing tongue and groove terraces and bbq area with outdoor seating and dining area, sonos audio system and large boating dock. Everything has been designed for your comfort. The master Bedroom has a king size bed and 3 guests bedrooms have queen size beds while the last guest bedroom has 2 bunkbeds twin size to accommodate four guests. We also have a portable crib and a highchair for babies.

Overall great stay! This home is huge. The pictures really don’t do it justice. This home was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. We had 7 Adults and seven kids including 18 month old triplets. And we had way more room than we needed. It was nice to have each bedroom have its own bathroom (one was just outside the bedroom door). There was just about every kind of kitchen utensil and appliance that you could have imagined. Plenty of towels and pool towels. All toiletries and paper towels and garbage bags were provided. Lots of extra stuff too like laundry soap (although we did buy more), spices, pool toys and floats, bikes, playpens, high chairs, basketballs, kayaks, fishing pools. It was an awesome place for our family. Just to note some things that may or may not be important to you…. The house is at the end of the canal but right by a very very busy road. When you are outside there is a lot of road noise and sirens throughout the day. We did not hear them inside however. Also if you are planning on fishing (we were) the canal is very dark and kind of dirty since it’s at the end where floating debris gathers. The only fish we caught were cat fish. This of course is no fault of the owner but worth mentioning in my opinion.

The house and all it's amenities were just as described and just as beautiful. Enough room for family gathering and able to spread out too. The pool and spa was enjoyed by all. Irvin was great to work with. Would highly recommend.

This home is simply perfect. We had a large group and it fit all of us with out a problem. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. There are plenty of towels and linens. The multiple washer and dryers were useful for washing towels and clothes. We were able to take clean clothes home. Our favorite part, where we spent 90% of our time was the outdoor living space. The pool, spa and two separate seating areas couldn’t have been more perfect. There is a whole house audio system so you can sit back, relax in the pool/spa and listen to music. The boys enjoyed the dock and fished daily. In regards to the owners, Irvin was wonderful. He was attentive to all of our questions and he was super easy to work with. I can’t say enough good things about this property. It was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful getaway.

We stayed here with my family ( 9month , 9 yr, 11 yr) and my parents and the place was GREAT! A ton of space. The owner was easy to get a hold of, always with quick responses. It was clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed, especially for babies (a crib, yet smaller then normal size) strollers, etc. we stay here again! Highly recommend!

The property was just as described, very clean, and afforded us ample space for our three families to enjoy the week together. The layout made the stay incredibly comfortable and the home was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable with high quality mattresses and bedding. The outdoor pool was certainly a highlight. We would stay again without any hesitation!

We had an amazing time in Cape Coral! When we walked into the house, it was a collective 'WOW'! Such an incredible property. Very large open space, very nice pool and hot tub, whole house sound system, great bedrooms and tons of parking! We rented a pontoon for a few days, and the property has a great area to tie it up at night. The electronic controls for the pool and sound were a nice touch. Two washers and dryers. Very responsive owner. House is fantastic!!

Gorgeous and spacious house. Plenty of room for our group of 8 adults and 4 young kids. Pool and hot tub are great. Also kayaked in the canal a few times. Nice bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, sitting areas, and laundry.

We had THE BEST trip! The house is absolutely stunning and had plenty of room for all of us. The pool and hot tub were used daily and although we couldn’t take a boat out because of hurricane aftermath, the dock is PERFECT for a boat. The kitchen has everything that you could think of…just perfect! FANTASTIC WEEK! 😁

The property was spacious, clean, and gorgeously updated. We had 6 adults and four boys ranging from 9-13. They spent hours in the pool and hot tub, we used the kayak, loved the pool table -- it was all great. Having two washers and dryers was super helpful. The kitchen was well designed and high quality. Short drive to some great beaches and tons of good restaurants.

We rented this beautiful home to celebrate my 50th birthday - 8 adults total. The home is perfection - spacious, well-appointed, classy, and modern. The pool and spa were used daily as were the gorgeous kitchen and great-room. Communication with the owner was impeccable. We hope to return and cannot praise this home enough!

A group of 9 friends just rented this property for a week and it was nothing short of amazing. The breathtaking view as you walk in to the open layout out to the pool/hot tub is incredible. The master suite is an incredible feature as well. On the few occasions that we had questions, we received quick replies from the host. We are already discussing potential return trips to this property!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home with our friends. House was very clean and fully stocked with everything you need. The pool and hot tub was used every day. We loved the large dining table for dinners and games. Only bummer was no one caught any fish from the dock. Property manager was great and always got back to us right away.

Wow! What a beautiful week we had in Cape Coral. This Beautiful rental home property was above and beyond perfect for our three families to stay and celebrate Christmas together. It was just like walking into a model home. Everything was beautiful. The Christmas tree was gorgeous. It had so much room in every room of the house, stunning top notch decor, and just so inviting!! Our family and grandkids loved the pool, hot tub and kayaking. I would highly recommend this beautiful rental home and will go back again! Greatly appreciated! 🎅🏻🎄🙂

Our family of 12 (8 adults, 4 children) stayed here for 8 days. We couldn't have ask for a better place...from check in to check out, everything was easy. The place is SPLENDID!!! We had a minor issue with the water heater and the owners were quick to make sure that it was fixed. We just can't say enough about how perfect it was!

The rental process was easy. The owner managed the property himself. He was very attentive if I had questions responded back to me very timely. The property was very clean, big spacious very nicely decorated. Pool was taken care of weekly and lawns. Anything we would need during our stay was there. I would rent it again. Perfect for my family had a wonderful time. I give it 5 stars on everything.

An amazing house!

An amazing house!

The pictures of this house do not do it justice. It's absolutely stunning. And the layout was perfect for our family. Bedrooms are in the corners and the entire middle of the house is open concept. Master bedroom had a lovely sitting area, perfect for escaping to relax and read. Multiple areas to hang out, but still feel somewhat connected. The pool and hot tub are beautiful and kept my family entertained for hours. To our surprise, we found 2 kayaks that the owner said we could use in the canal. It was a lot of fun kayaking throughout the canals checking out all the boats. The owner had everything we needed at the house - even more than we expected. We can't say enough great things about this house! It was oversized for our family of 6 (but that worked great for a family from the north very much in need of a change of scenery during the pandemic). Would be very comfortable for up to 10, and with bathrooms in 4 of the 5 bedrooms, and a 5th bathroom right next to the last bedroom, could comfortably host 2 families. Even though the location is right near a busy street and right next to a business, once we were in the house, we had no issue with noise. It was a good jump off spot for golf and visiting local attractions (Sanibel, Ft Meyer Beach, Big Cypress). You will not be disappointed with this house.
