with springtime beauty as well as lush summer scenes, colorful fall displays, and magical wintry peaks.
Our classic A-frame 2800+ sq. ft., 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath chalet sleeps up to 16 comfortably. Relax and bask in the spectacular views of Gatlinburg, Mt. LeConte, and the surrounding mountains from our spacious wrap-around decks. ~2.5 miles from downtown Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and less than 1 mile from the ski slopes and Ober Gatlinburg.
The open concept living areas on all three floors with lots of natural light. The main level hosts a fully equipped kitchen, dining room that seats 12 and kitchen bar that seats 6. The living room has a flat screen TV with Cable and DVD player. The sitting area gives space to rest easy next to the stone wood-burning fireplace. The loft has a lounge nook and a writing desk that has a surge protector if need to bring your laptop. On the main covered deck we have rocking chairs, a porch swing, and a gas grill for your use.
Head to the lower level for fun and games. The chalet has full-size bar that includes a microwave, ice machine and minifridge, as well as a variety of barware to serve drinks up while celebrating your time together. You can challenge your family and friends to a game at the professional slate pool table or the felt-topped poker table. The fun rounds out with an entertainment lounge where you can watch the flat screen TV from almost anywhere in the open lower level space. There is another wood burning fireplace to keep you warm on cool nights. We also have a bunch of family friendly board games you can play at night or on a rainy or snowy day. Finally, you can head outside on the lower level deck and view the majestic Smoky Mountains from the steamy covered hot tub.
The 5 bedrooms include 2 kings, 2 queens and 8 bunked twin beds, sleeping 16 comfortably. Ideal for large family gatherings, church groups and retreats. The primary king bedroom and lower level queen bedroom have direct access to the covered decks and ensuite full bathrooms.
Other amenities not mentioned above include high speed Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, community access to 3 pools (in summer), fitness center, tennis courts, and bonus game tables (like shuffleboard and foosball) at the Chalet Village clubhouse, just a ½ mile away. The pool is typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day and is operated by the Chalet Village Homeowner's Association.
Chateau de Fleurs is a great pick for large groups wishing to stay near area attractions, shops, and restaurants. Kids love waving to the nearby Ober Gatlinburg Tram as it passes at the highest tower. You will find yourself staying up at night to watch the twinkling lights of downtown Gatlinburg, or rising early to witness the sunrise over the swirling mists of the Smokies.
Please note, it is not uncommon to encounter wildlife, such as bears, while staying at the chalet. We encourage all guests to remove all food and trash from their vehicles and keep their vehicle's doors locked.
Chateau de Fleurs is located at the top of a steep mountain road. In the late fall, winter, and early spring it is not uncommon to occasionally have hazardous road conditions. It is recommended that all guests have four-wheel drive and/or tire chains during these seasons. Most roads in our area are well maintained, but they can be curvy and steep as you are visiting the mountains. No refunds will be given due to inability to get to the chalet due to road conditions. You may consider trip insurance if planning a trip during these seasons.

We spent a great week in Gatlinburg. Our chalet was perfect for our multi generation group with plenty of room for all of us and plenty of things to do.
The house is equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable week. We had a beautiful view from our decks and from the hot tub.
The grandkids enjoyed the community pools which were just minutes away.
Our location was great. We felt separated from all the crowds yet within a few minutes drive of Gatlinburg and the National Park. We were 5 minutes drive from Ober Gatlinburg and the tram.
We highly recommend this home.

Made accommodations for three brothers and family. This property has plenty of room to enjoy privacy and family time. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need definitely bring your groceries with you to prevent trips exta trips town. This property also has access to multiple pools and is very close to ober attractions. Definitely lock your vehicle had daily visits from bears

From the time of rental to check out this place was great. I have NEVER had a better description of expectations. The kitchen was very well-stocked. For example, they had a keurig that also had a separate pot that brewed the old-fashioned way. We cooked every dinner for 14 so this was important. Enough plates for a couple of meals if you forget to run the dishwasher.
The bunk room and primary bedroom were lovely. The other bedrooms weren't so spacious but adequate. Plenty of seating areas for kids to congregate. All the furnishings were modern and clean (which is not always the case!) Plenty of parking and we had 4 full-sized vehicles.
This morning at home, our 12 year old grandson sighed and said, "I wish we were still at our "cottage." It was so comfortable." When ever a kid notices, it's a winner!

Thank you Chateau de Fleurs for providing us with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. We played hours of cards and enjoyed the pool table! The beds were all comfortable and all the appliances worked properly! When you stay here, definitely read the house book to learn the history on the house (I won’t spoil it).

This location was amazing for our family! Gorgeous views and cozy feels. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Five stars all across, except for the location due to the climb being a little steep for a standard car if trying to park near the garage area. Our 4 wheel drives did just fine though.

The deck views on this property were amazing. There were daily bears sightings which my children thoroughly enjoyed. The house was clean and easy to navigate for all twelve of us. We used the hot tub nightly and enjoyed the community pools each day.

My family and I had a wonderful time! The view was breathtaking and the house was clean and cozy. Not too far from surrounding entertainment, as Pigeon Forge and downtown Gatlinburg are pretty close. The host was super helpful and always available when needed! We would definitely recommend this property!

This place was fantastic! My family and I wanted to visit Gatlinbrug/Great Smoky Mountains and we were able to find the best house! With an amazing view, all the amenities, hot tub, cleanliness and even some awesome views of wildlife in the safety of the Chalet- this was a 5 star place no doubt! The host was fantastic with communication and no issues came up during our stay. Truly, the best thing was the location. It was about 10-20 minutes away from Gatlinburg, Great Snoky Mountains, and Pigeon Forge. I would highly recommend!

Very nice! Kitchen very well equiped! Having all the bathrooms was great! I didn't realize how busy Gatlinburg was. Saw bears I believe 4 times right on the property. Views from the cabin take your breathe away.

This is my second time in this cabin, it’s perfect for a family of 11-12, even more. The location is unbeatable with perfect overview of the mountains and plenty of bear sightings.

We had a group of friends gather for a weekend in the mountains and we really enjoyed our stay. The home is lovely and comfortable for a larger group, with each of us having our own bef. The patio views overlooking Gatlinburg and the surrounding mountains were stunning. The home is outside of the city enough for a cozy remote cabin feeling, but still a quick and easy drive into the city for dining and entertainment. Our host Victoria stayed in contact with us from the booking process all the way through the end of our stay, and was very helpful with any questions we had. We highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Gatlinburg or the surrounding area.

This is one of the best experience I have ever had when going through vrbo. The customer service was on point with quick responses and helping us prepare of our trip. There were 10 of us staying and slept everyone comfortably. The house was FULLY stocked with anything you could need in the kitchen from cooking utensils, a nice coffee pot (that was the most important) kitchen gadgets, and appliances. Plenty of everything even more cups and glasses in the basement as well. We were all very pleased with how clean the house was as well and enough room to forever to be together but also have privacy.
Last but not least THAT VIEW! it's worth every dollar spent for the double balcony view! Alot of seating as well for everyone.
I could go on and on honestly has our experience was the best and top notch! We will forsure rent again!
The only thing I will say is if you want to enough the fireplaces make sure to bring fire wood with you!

The drive up the mountains was exciting, seeing the view for the first time was breath taking, the childrens really enjoyed the game room, the bedrooms were spacious, it felt like home.

The only thing we had a little trouble figuring out was the a/c. It seemed to want to go off and come on at certain hours on it's own.
The community pool is a short ride a few blocks away. There's also a playground there which the kids enjoyed.
We had a 1 and 3 year old with us. We had brought a gate to go around the stairs, but we needed a little more than that because the baby could fit through the staircase bars. We did feel safe letting them play on the decks.
I know the house has recently been renovated and it looks very nice. The owners promptly addressed any issues we had and checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well.

This property was amazing. Accommodation for 15 was Terrific, we had plenty of room for everyone. The bears were extremely active on the property and gave us great entertainment.

These and a sufficient number of bedrooms to keep kids from sleeping in the common areas were top on our wish list, and this house up high on a mountain fit us perfectly. We also enjoyed the bar downstairs and the decor, and the huge two tiered porches. It really was a great place.
I am giving 5 stars 🌟 but need to say that the mattresses in the bunkroom are not supportive enough for teenagers. Our teens got by because of grabbing the mattresses from empty beds and doubling up.
We made 17 meals in the kitchen during our stay and I am just so grateful for a VRBO which not only SLEEPS a large party but also has DINING SPACE for it!!! We enjoyed playing games and hide and seek in this 3 floor house and time on the porch and hot tub time and proximity to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Prepare yo fall in love with Chateau de Fleurs.

We also enjoyed the bar downstairs and the decor, and the huge two tiered porches. It really was a great place.

Our family certainly enjoyed our spring break at this beautiful home! The kids enjoyed the games, the pool table, the hot tub and playing on the stairs. The adults loved the view, the sunrises and the rocking chairs. The kitchen was more than fully equipped and the table and counter made gathering for meals so easy. The bear gates also made us feel secure, but, alas, no bear sightings. We just loved this place!

The house was amazing. The only real issue we had was the road was really steep. We should have looked at the street beforehand. Putting this in the house listing would have been nice.
