This apartment was clean and welcoming! The beds pillows and blankets were soft and comfortable! We felt like this apartment gave us a taste of what living in Boston would be like. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! The second day we were there we did learn of a parking lot beside the T that we were able to park our car in, instead of walking to the T which was nice. Very residential area. CVS and grocery store right on the corner. Thank you Michael! We will definitely stay here again!

This was a good second floor apartment for a quick stay outside Boston. Pretty roomy.

Nice safe area to visit Boston and surrounding area.
House could use some TLC paint and landscaper would do wanders.
But I am not buying just staying and it was clean and comfortable for our visit.

Such a comfortable home to explore Boston from for our family. Not having been to Boston before, I wish it was a little closer to the city but the house ended up being only 3/10 mile to a MBTA stop which we discovered is a convenient and affordable way to move about the city and even the suburbs. There are plenty of restaurants and a grocery store nearby too. Plenty of space to sleep and all the things you need to cook. Easy check in/out and great communication with Misha. The house is nicely decorated and the AC works great. We could not have been happier with this location.

We came to Boston for a family wedding and Michael's apartment was perfect for our stay. My son walked to the Green line to get to a Red Socks game and we enjoyed the convenience to restaurants and shopping.

My son had heart surgery and we needed a place to stay that was convenient to Boston Children’s Hospital. Although the whole week was very crazy, it was nice to have a safe, clean and welcoming place to come back

We came into town for the weekend for a college tour. It was for three of us. The accommodations were just what we needed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The OJ press was a nice touch. The place was older but clean. The owner did provide for everyone!! It was nicely situated to major highways so commuting was easy and there are plenty of restaurants and stores for any of your needs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The bnb was in a lovely neighborhood but had to be the shabbiest looking place on the block. The step railings were rusted and the front porch was very dark which made it difficult to see the keyhole. Also, the uber drivers could not see the address becuz the front porch was so dark. The front yard was one, big weed which added to the shabbiness of the house.
There was no Kleenex so I had to use toilet paper to blow my nose and the lighting everywhere was horrible.
Most bnb’s we’ve been to always have papers telling you about things to do around town, restaurants that might be nearby, how to work the TV but there were zero papers telling us anything except to make sure we took out the garbage!
If this place sleeps six I sure don’t know where all of them would use the bathroom! It was the tiniest bathroom I’ve ever seen with a toilet that decided when it would flush properly. The hot water in the shower would, all of a sudden, turn icy cold. Go figure? He used a shower liner for the window cover in the shower which, of course, would stick to you as you moved in the shower. Also, no rubber mat for the bathtub which was very slippery.
There was no window covering on the kitchen window and thank goodness there was a light over the sink that I used to put on my make-up.
Also, I do believe the bnb is much further then want it says on
Overall, we were pretty disappointed with this bnb and will never use it again.
I will say that the kitchen was well stocked and pretty clean.

Very large flat incredibly clean. Just 10mn walk away from Chestnut Hill Green Line direct to the museum area or downtown. A big supermarket 5 mn away with a big choice of fresh food.
The interstate road is not far away, not a big deal but ear plugs could be useful for sensitive people.

This property was great for our family visit to Boston. It is just a short drive from a T station that gave us easy access to Fenway Park. The property has everything you could expect plus the fresh orange juice was awesome! Check in eas easy. Really couldn't ask for more. Thank you so much!

We visited for our son's graduation from Harvard and found that the property suited our needs very well. The interior of the property was cozy and eclectically decorated (in a good way!) and was very close to restaurants -- there's a great bagel shop within walking distance. The green line of the MBTA was also very convenient (also within easy walking distance) which made getting around in the greater Boston area very convenient. We will stay here again when we return to the Boston area.

We stayed here with our 4 daughters (age 2-10), and it was perfect for the family. Enough room for everyone, and a short walk to the D Green line to get into town. The apartment is nice, with basic kitchen/cooking equipment for a few meals in. Host was also very responsive to a question or two. We have no reservations about recommending this place!

The property was very clean inside. Checking in was a bit confusing but overall, went smooth. The property (outside) needs some attention but the overall experience was great. Location and convenience to BC and downtown was perfect. Never more than 15 minutes anywhere we went. Michael, the host was very attentive and available when needed.

Like being at home!
This apartment exceeded my expectations! From the outside, it doesn't look like anything special really, but once you are in the apartment, it's so great! First, it's very spacious! Bigger than it looks in the listing pictures. The decor is eclectic and interesting. There are plenty of places to lounge and chat. I stayed with my daughter and my mother, and we had such a lovely time just hanging around. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make a few simple meals. We hung out on the couch and watched movies together. And we were perfectly situated to go out and enjoy the surrounding area of Chestnut Hill after resting comfortable on the cozy beds. We went out to dinner on the North End. We went into Chestnut Hill and enjoyed a few of the eateries. We visited my daughter's school. We just kept saying what a great apartment it was and how perfect it was for our get-together. There's a new high end washer/dryer that comes in handy! There's even a little porch outside in the back with a swing and hammock. I sat out there for my morning coffee. We will definitely return. It met our needs perfectly! The host was responsive and has really thought of everything. Thanks for a wonderful and memorable stay!
