This house was really perfect for our family. It was extremely clean, was in a quiet and safe location, and the pool was amazing! Rick was a very accommodating host. When we did have questions he responded right away. We have been to IRB several times but this has been the best property so far. We plan on coming back!

The house met all our expectations: clean, neat, organized, open floor plan with great family meeting space, and accurate and timely instructions! A TV in every room. The pool was spacious, with plenty of pool toys used by the grand children. Home was close to shopping, restaurants, and beaches, very convenient! We would highly recommend this property!

If you’re debating between this rental and another, pick this one. The pictures don’t do it justice. We loved the layout and the pool area. Communication with Rick was great. He responded right away with any questions. The location is minutes from everything.

We had a great stay at this home with a pool. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Rick the property manager was amazing and very accommodating. Our entire family would recommend this as a place to stay for small families and plan to return.

Loved this home. Enjoyed burgers on the grill and eating on the coveted lanai. The heated pool was outstanding! Plus, our host could not have been more helpful. I highly recommend this VRBO choice!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time. Very quiet neighborhood with a wonderful pool. Loved that it had everything needed for the pool and beach. Convenient location to stores and a very quick drive to the beach. Host was always quick to response to questions we had before our trip, no issues during our stay, but I’m positive if we did it would be taken care of quickly. Definitely would come back! We had a great time. Clean and nicely appointed house. Kids loved the pool. House had everything we needed. Convenient location. Close to restaurants, grocery store, and beach. Owner was very responsive and pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend this house.

This is very nice house with a wonderful lanai and pool. Everything was clean and well taken care of. It is maintained by a wonderful property manager by the name of Rick Boureau who was incredibly responsive to our every request and very personable as well.

Good neighborhood; felt safe and tucked in. More recent updates in the house were a nice touch. Comfy living room couch, the newer pool was wonderful and loved the patio area seating/tv area for lounging and swimming. Decent kitchen and updated baths. Loved the back yard palms lighted up…gave things a resort feel. The manager Rick is a superstar! Was quick to respond to any questions and when some hiccups came up, he showed up and worked until everything was squared away 100%. Master bedroom mattress was hard on the back, kitchen could use a few new items like pans and baking sheets.

What a great house! The house was perfect for our short but sweet vacation! The house was cozy, clean and the pool was amazing! Our 6 year twins LOVED the extra beach toys and floats that were provided, too! We loved the extras such as the beach umbrella, chairs and towels. We had such a great time and the check-in/ check-out process was very easy. We had a wonderful stay and would definately come back again!!! Thank you!

What a location! 8 min drive to a gorgeous beach, easily accessible to any amenities and restaurants, and only a 20 min drive from Clearwater for any attractions. The house was in great condition and the pool was perfect. Even with a little rain during out stay we got to use the pool and Amazon/Netflix for some kiddo movies as needed. House was well stocked for the beach, pool, and cooking meals. Nice neighbors who went out of their way to say hello and Rick was a great host. Will stay again when in the area!

Great house for the week! Very clean & comfortable with a lot of space to lounge. Love that we had our own pool to take after dinner dips in. Weather was gorgeous all week! This is a great home with awesome pool to kick back in near the beaches. Indian Rocks Beach between all of the busy ones is a great getaway with restaurants and shops and all of the beach 'feel'. The house is a 3 minute drive away and very easy to reach great beaches. Only draw back is parking down there, but you deal. House is awesome and fit my family of 6 plus a friend perfectly.

Home has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. Six adults in our group and everyone was very impressed and pleased with our stay here. The home was clean and spotless in every room which were nicely decorated and very well maintained. The kitchen very spacious and well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the open floor plan is great as the home seems larger inside than the pictures convey on the website. The heated pool area is an added benefit and very relaxing with a large barbecue and outdoor furniture. In this area you feel very secluded from the neighbors with the high fence and tropical foliage. The neighborhood is very quiet as the home is on a cul-du-sac with few other homes. The property manager was very responsive, and provided us a lot of information too. We all had a great time so I highly recommend if you are a family with children or adults who want to have a get away vacation this is the home for you.

First let me say, Richard is the perfect host. Kind, generous and very considerate. We were in Largo for the wedding of my Son in Clearwater. We were quite a mixed party age wise but the house accommodated us all beautifully. The children loved the heated salt water pool, one of them is unable to swim in a chlorinated pool due to allergies, so this was a real treat for him. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. The rooms are spacious and bright, tastefully decorated and modern. The flow of the property gives the feeling of being together but still offers privacy. My future Daughter in law used the fabulous master bedroom for hair and make up while her groom chilled on the deck. It couldn't have been better. I am so grateful to Richard and will most certainly be returning to this little gem. I highly recommend this property, you wont be disappointed.

Our family of 4 has a relaxing and comfortable stay. The house is very clean, quiet, spacious and well stocked. The extra touches (travel toiletries, dried herbs, pool toys and beach chairs) were much appreciated. It’s never fun buying basics like cooking oil when you’re on vacation! Our contact Rick was very helpful with our questions and he made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely rent it again in the future!

Very helpful and nice.House is in very good location. Quiet and nice street, few minutes to Publix supermarket, 20 minutes drive to Clearwater beach.We will be coming here again.
