I'm not sure we would stay here again.

I like that it was pet friendly. Location was pretty good close to some key aspects however traffic could be terrible.

Trying to maneuver the Parking garage was horrible. the garbage shoot & garbage out front, it is dog friendly but there is NOWHERE to walk the dogs really. There was no grill, it states there was a movie theater but did not see that either. The room wasn't really as clean as it could be. Previous tenants had smoked in the unit as we found a cigerette package under the bed. We went through 2 cans of lysol/ air freshener to try and get rid of the smoke smell. The backs of the 2 chairs in living room were broken if you tried to sit in them without being against a wall they would not support you. The ice maker did not work we had to buy ice.

It was adequate but I was expecting more.

The bed was comfortable. The unit was large and nicely equipped. The unit was clean. The host was very nice and attentive.

Water pressure in shower was terrible. The unit does not look bright and new like the photos. The corridor, elevator and front door leading to the unit need updating, so all in all, it gave me a creepy vibe.

Perfect stay for a Disney Vacation

We loved the arcade machine in the kids room. We all had a lot of fun playing Pac Man. The place was clean, well decorated, very bright and sunny. It was well equipped with everything we needed for our sta and we had a great time. We would definitely consider staying here again when traveling TO Orlando.

There was nothing we didn't like about the property.

I drove 8 hours to be lied to and treated poorly!

Nothing it was horrible!

I booked this property because the description said Orlando but they sent me a separate email saying it was a different location and the pictures are misleading the place looks nothing like it! They also have bedbugs and the ac unit went out we couldn’t get in contact with them! They had changed their number!

Clean, but problematic

Overall the unit was clean, and quiet. The minion room has been updated into a pacman room with a small arcade.

Communication with the owner was difficult. I messaged a couple of days before our trip, and then again, when we had issues with the condo upon arrival. I got a response to the original message sent before our trip 3 days after we checked in, along with the other message sent upon arrival. The unit was clean but definitely needs some attention. Couch has obviously been torn by an animal, several large scratch marks as well as the whole back of the middle cushion being ripped out. Remotes to TVs in living room and master bedroom do not work and have chew marks along the top from an animal chewing on it. Bar stools are ripped on corners, and several baseboards are loose and/or just sitting in place against the wall. The hot tub is not working. It is neither hot nor has working jets.

Very good

The rooms were nice. My children really enjoyed their room with the Pac-Man game console. It was clean and ready for our arrival.

Everything was perfect except upon arrival the door code given to get in the room didn’t work. It was resolved within a hour or so.

The place was overall comfortable and family friendly. I would come back and recommend.

The host has excellent response. When I got to the location, I didn’t realize there were no receptionist but when the host kindly let me know the instructions for check in was emailed to me, I found everything else to be super easy. I would recommend and would come back.

The latch on the door was was loose, so I contacted the host who was very quick to respond. But the maintenance guy never showed up during the 5days we stayed there. I checked all the beds before anything and I found a few crumbs of some sort on the kids bunk bed under the very nice tucked sheets. The gray comforter looked dirty and some stains. There were a couple of the towels looked dirty/used? There were some hair strands on the bed sheets but overall was nice and still comfortable.

Great location, very spacious, the host responded quickly when we reached out.

It was supper dusty around the dryer area, hand towels and bedsheets had old stains on them, the living room rug also had plenty of stains.
