About this apartment rental

Welcome to Navarre Beachview 212, where you're steps away from the Gulf of Mexico. The balcony overlooks the pool and tennis courts. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. The condo is beautifully decorated with beach themes. There is a fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals during your stay. There is plenty of seating at the dining table and kitchen bar area. Living room area is spacious with two sofas and a flat screen TV. One sofa is a sleeper sofa. Master bedroom has a king size bed with flat screen TV and a private full bathroom. Guest bedroom has two twins with flat screen TV. The second bathroom is located in the hall near the guest room. Condo does have WiFi access. There is a full size washer and dryer in the condo.

Beachview Condominiums Rules & Regulations

1) PARKING:
• All vehicles must display a Parking pass in the front windshield. (available from your rental agency).
• Guests must park in spaces designated for their unit or spaces marked BV (overflow parking).
• One parking space per vehicle. Do not park over the walkway.
• Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense.
• No RVs , boat trailers, utility trailers or trailers of any kind shall be parked anywhere on the Beachview property.

2) POOL:
• Hours are 8:00AM to 10:00PM. Everyone must follow posted pool rules.
• Absolutely NO GLASS or allowed in the pool area.
• There is NO lifeguard on duty SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
• No food or drink within 4 ft. of the pool edge.
• Shower before entry.
• Children under 12 MUST be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
• DO NOT hang on or attempt to unhook the pool rope (state law).
• DO NOT play or swing on the pool handrail or ladder; do not hang or drape items on the pool railing.
• Only water wings, 2 foot or smaller circular float, or noodles are allowed in the pool. No floats or boogie boards allowed.

3) BALCONIES & PATIOS:
• No items shall be hung or draped over balcony railings or makeshift clothes lines.
• Sweeping, shaking, throwing, or pouring any item from the balcony is prohibited.
• Overnight sleeping on balconies is prohibited.

4) COMMON AREAS (parking lot, tennis court, pool, walkways, hallways, & grass areas):
• NO loud play, shouting, roughhousing, or general nuisance activity is allowed in any of these areas.
• DO NOT store items in common areas, including under the stairs in the hallways or in the front yard.
• Bicycles must be stored in bike racks located at the SE & SW corner of the parking lot.

5) GRILLING:
• Common grilling stations are located on the property for use by all guests.
• Grilling on balconies or patios is allowed for electric grills ONLY (gas & charcoal grills are prohibited by state law).
• Any “flame emitting” grill must be used at least 10 ft. away from any structure.

6) PETS:
• All pets MUST be on a leash at all times when outside.
• The designated pet area is near the entry sign with a waste bag station available for use.
• Pet owners are responsible for the removal & disposal of all pet waste.
• Pets are NOT allowed on the tennis courts or in the pools area. Pets are NOT allowed on the beach (county law).
• A designated pet beach is approximately 7 miles west of here.

7) TRASH:
• All trash must be bagged & securely tied before being deposited into the dumpster.
• NO furniture, appliances, bedding, or any other construction debris shall be deposited into any dumpster by guests or owners (illegal dumping violators will be prosecuted).

8) NOISE:
• Quiet time is 10:00PM until 8:00AM.
• Loud, disturbing noises or activities will not be tolerated.
• Noncompliance will result in calls to local law enforcement officials & actions will be taken to remove the offending parties.

9) DISALLOWED ACTIVITY:
• Skateboards, rollerblades, scooters, etc. are NOT allowed to be used anywhere on the property (including the parking lot).
• The tennis court is to be used for court activities only & children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Quick and easy access to the beach! Property is just as described. Neat and clean on arrival. Easy check in process with great communication with property owner.

The condo was a short walk to the beach. Beach View was misleading. That is the address, Beach View we did not have a view of the beach. The hot water heater had to be replaced. Property managers was polite and replaced it. This was a relaxing get away for the two of us.

We loved this condo it was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. This was our first time to Navarre and we thoroughly enjoyed it, the condo is really close to the beautiful beach and only a short walk to the restaurants and pier. We definitely would love to return, highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our getaway stay. The condo is super convenient to the beach. It was very clean. It did not lack for comfort. Not a critique with the unit, but for those who plan to bring a rolling beach cart Please note that there is not a Beach access that has a ramp or easy way to navigate the steps. Definitely would recommend this condo and if we ever have a need or not hesitate to rent ourselves.

Thank you for an amazing stay at the beachview! The condo was nice and spacious. Super close to the boardwalk out to the beach. The kids loved having their own beds but in the same room, it’s the little things ☺️ We’ll definitely be back soon!

We loved being steps away from the most beautiful white sand beach! The pool and tennis courts (we played pickle ball) were also super convenient! Check-in was a breeze and our host was available to answer any and all questions. The beds were comfortable and we liked having two full baths as well as kitchen and dining room! It’s perfect for families! My only complaint is I’m used to having black out blinds, so I was awake with the sun every morning. There is some noise from cars and other tenants but not more than you would expect being in a condo unit. We really enjoyed our stay!

Such a clean rental. The place is spacious and relaxing but the beach proximity is the best. So close youre on the beach with a 60 second walk. The location is close to everything Navarre, restaurants, gift shop, etc. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We loved this little condo!! It was the perfect size for our family of four, it had everything we needed for our stay! It was clean and quiet and all of our neighbors weee very friendly!! But the most important thing is it was steps away from beautiful Navarre beach!! Would 10 out of 10 recommend staying in this cute little condo!! We will be back!!

This is one of the nicest, cleanest places that I have stayed. A short walk from the door to the sand and the room was beautifully decorated and had a well stocked kitchen. Ready to book this same location for my trip next year.

What a great location. We had traveled to attend the Tall Sail Ships event in Pensscola. It was about a 45 minute drive thru the National Seashore. My wife described the unit as perfect, everything you needed. She loved how close were to the beach. And she enjoyed the 3000 steps to the boardwalk. We had to cut our stay short this time for other prior commentments. She said she would love to stay for a couple of months next time. Awesome!

We really enjoyed this property. It took us less then 2 minutes to walk to the beach. It was perfect. The condo was clean. The owner or property manager was so wonderful. She answered any question I had within a couple of minutes and even helped us with our check-in. Highly recommend!

This place is very spacious, clean and so close to the beach. Decorated beautifully too. The TVs don’t have a way to stream your shows so bring another device for that. It’s well stocked with kitchen ware, bath towels etc…however, there were no extras like I’ve experienced in other VRBOs. If you stay at VRBOs often, you’ll know typically owners leave some of the items left by previous guests for the use of upcoming guests. In this rental you’ll definitely want to bring or plan to buy all those extras ex. coffee filters, coffee, K cups, spices, paper plates, beach towels…you get the idea. Perfect place for a beach vacation with family or friends!!

We enjoyed this place - great location! Very short walk to the beach! Check-in was easy as we got in late arrival. Be prepared for hauling your luggage up the stairs. The room was clean. The master bed is very very firm. Hot water heater holds 2 showers at the most. Beach chairs & umbrella were provided. Communication with property manager was excellent!

We have stayed in the Beachview Condos for the last few years but this was our first time staying in this unit. It was simply gorgeous! The decor was amazing which had a beach theme throughout. The condo was so clean and organized. We felt like home as soon as we walked inside. It was a quick walk to the beach which is why we love staying at Beachview. The owner had a beach closet with lots of chairs, beach umbrella, and pool floats for us to use which we did everyday. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and we slept great every night. We definitely will be back to stay at this unit as we had a great experience and a great vacation. Thank you so much!!!

The condo was very roomy! One of the cleanest places we have rented! The owner was wonderful and when I had questions, she responded very quickly. Perfect location to the beach and we could even hear the waves from the living room! Definitely stay there again!
