Set within a large and sprawling garden, pathways lead you through the olive and orange trees to the vast terraced areas. Majestic palms surround the swimming pool providing a perfect setting to enjoy the uninterrupted views at any time of the day or evening.

The Marina and town of Lagos which are only about a 5 minute drive away offer a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge from the Marina and your are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos. The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is only a 2 minute drive or can be walked to in around 5 - 10 minutes.

From the front entranceway up a few steps is the comfortably furnished lounge with Satellite TV and DVD player, there is a character open fireplace and patio doors out to the large balcony with outdoor furniture were you could relax and soak up the wonderful views. Off to the left of the lounge is the dining room and fully fitted kitchen complete with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and all the usual utensils. From the kitchen there is a back door leading out to a staircase down to a large courtyard area with built in BBQ.

Off to the right of the lounge is the double Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a corner bath and separate shower, fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning, there is also a safe in this bedroom.
Down the stairs from the main lounge is a secondary sitting room with satellite TV, a bar area with a fridge freezer and a dresser with lots of plastic outside crockery and glasses, there is also a character fireplace and patio doors leading out to the swimming pool terrace, off this second living area there is also a laundry room with washing machine and a sink area and there are three twin bedrooms all with en-suite shower rooms. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading out to the pool terrace, the last bedroom down the corridor on the right has air-conditioning.

The large swimming pool and childrens pool is surrounded with grass areas and terracing and sun loungers. The gardens have been beautifully maintained with plenty of lawned areas and mature shady trees. There are the most amazing views from the pool terrace as there is with most of the villa.

Palmares Golf is a few minutes walk away from the villa and can be viewed from the roof terrace, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Courses are a 5 to 20 minute drive away.

For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive.

Nearest restaurant: 5 minutes away is the holiday complex Jardim de Meia Praia, open all day it has a children's menu and play area. Near Pingo Doce is the Marina de Lagos which hosts an array of restaurants specializing in international food.
Nearest beach: The beautiful white sands of the Meia Praia is 8 minutes away by car. Lifeguards patrol the beach during the summer season and there are many restaurants/beach bars with various menus so there is something for everyone. Water sports are available through the summer season.
