The location is amazing, right in the middle of the mountains next to a stream. The staff, facilities and breakfast/dinner are all A+. Free shuttle to town/train station.
Some of the power outlets did not work, likely because the tents are solar powered. It was not a big deal for us since a few in the rooms did work and we took turns charging our phones.

Everything! Seriously! Location is fabulous. The rooms and amenities are fantastic. The food is great and super fresh. The staff so sweet and hospitable
I have nothing poor to say

The surroundings where amazing. Breakfest was great to. The staff did their outmost
Not alot of vegetarian opties on the menu and relatively high prices.

Wonderful location, great staff and dinner was amazing
They charged us $25 for a lunchbox for the day out- we had high hopes because dinner was great. It was a dry sandwich and synthetic cake. We were told there would be juice but didn’t get any. Very bad value, and a real disappointment from such a wonderful hotel.

Loved everything, but the definite highlight was the gorgeous property and spectacular setting!
The only issue (not the fault of Las Qolqas) was the barking dogs outside the property. This bothered my husband a bit, but I slept fine with earplugs.
4.7
It was very well kept and had very nice facilities in the room and the main area ( spa, etc.). Unfortunately, we only had an overnight stay and regretted we couldn’t have stayed longer.

The location is amazing, you're in the middle of nature; mountains, gardens, and flowers. The landscape is beautiful, the tents are nice and have everything that you need, the staff are super friendly and the restaurant food is good. It's the perfect place to relax in-between hikes.
Nothing, everything was perfect. It's a bit far from the town but there's a shuttle that we took back and forth, you'll need to wait a bit but we weren't in any rush and appreciated the lift.

Set in beautiful landscape. Restaurant meals delicious. Staff went above and beyond, especially Kathryn on reception and Jack in catering. Shuttle bus to the town is great and again staff went out of their way to drop us off early at the train station.
Nothing really, although having coffee/tea making facilities in our tent would have been nice.

Unbelievable surroundings!! The hotel is literally in a valley surrounded by mountains. Rooms are well decorated and the gardens are very well maintained. The food is excellent and staff very helpful!

A beautiful sanctuary in the Sacred Valley. We stayed for one night after the Salkantay Trek and felt completely relaxed and taken care of. All the food was incredible, particularly breakfast, and the cocktails were delicious. The staff were very attentive. Our 'tent' was quiet, comfortable and beautifully designed, we loved sitting out in the morning with the alpaca blankets!
Our transfer from the town was 25 minutes late with no explanation or apology... For the standard of hotel and price, the spa setting was gorgeous but our spa circuit was not very good. The sauna was far too hot so we needed the door open, the shower didn't work and the hot tub was made far too hot so we couldn't even sit in it! We still enjoyed dipping our feet in and drinking a cocktail looking at the stars, but for the price we expected a much better service. This was disappointing as it was my boyfriend's birthday treat. The electricity also went off for 45 mins, these things happen in the middle of nowhere, but it meant the shower in our room didn't work either for a brief period.
The rooms have log fires too, but you can only light these briefly and it has to be done by the staff, so it is more for show than practical... but a nice touch anyway.

Everything. This is one of the best hotels we found in Latin America. Tents are super cozy, comfortable and modern. Super delicious food from local garden made with love by chef. Welcoming staff and hotel manager. Amazing location surround by mountains with the own piece of river, gardens, flowers, dome for meditation and yoga and lobby. Sustainable 100%. Totally recommend.
Nothing to say.

Excellent! Best place we ever stayed in! From the views (wherever we stand), the scenery, the relaxing water noises, the breakfast, the room, the fireplace in the room, the food, the decoration, and architectural details of the whole place, the extremely friendly staff making you feel part of the family and the amazing welcome drink! We tried the spa and it was a really good experience! Absolutely recommended. The restaurant prices are in USD not Peruvian Soles and we only realised when we paid.
We once walked to town late morning and called the hotel later in the day to get a taxi number to bring us back and they sent someone from the hotel staff to pick us up at no extra cost. We found that really kind. We loved it there and it is definitely worth the money as you are paying for what you're getting. Best place we stayed in Perú!

Beautiful location with gorgeous landscaping and a river that runs through it. Nice spa with great massages. Food was great, prepared with fresh ingredients. Great place to relax.
There was nothing to do for the kids- we were told about some trails, but no yoga (as promised). Access to the spa facilities (small sauna/hot tub) requires payment even if you get a spa service. Tents are a great idea but not well designed- no place to leave bags, hang coats (there were closets but accessing them was difficult as the bed took up whole room. or common areas. Service at the restaurant and front desk was a bit chaotic despite
the fact that there were few guests. Staff was nice.

The property is beautiful. The staff were very sweet and attentive. They even called the local doctor for me when my son was unwell. The location is great as it’s a 10 min car ride from Ollantaytambo. The star gazing is amazing. The food at the restaurant was very good. The masseuse was terrific.
This isn’t a property for kids or teens. It’s a small compound and there is not much for kids to do. You have to pay to use the hot tub even when you pay to have a spa treatment which was annoying. They don’t offer any classes such as yoga, cooking or painting or any activities. I had to get a tent/cabin for 8 because they couldn’t accommodate a family of 5 in any other tent/cabin which made it very pricey.

Las Qolqas is a little slice of heaven! The location is stunning with the surrounding canyons, rushing river through the resort, and beautiful gardens. Our two bedroom tent/room was so clean, cozy and comfortable. The staff is very warm, friendly and helpful and even went out of their way to make sure we had a breakfast to-go before starting our trek. The food is amazing (some of the best lunches and dinners I've ever had) and the drinks are beautiful and delicious (we loved happy hour)! The spa was exactly what we needed to just relax and take in all the surroundings. We loved our time at Las Qolqas and hope to be back again!

Amaaaazing property and staff! The staff was so helpful. It has been a couple of months since I was here and I wished I still remember the name of the young gentleman that offered to help me answer some questions. He wrote to me on WhatsApp as if he was a concierge. The staff there also contacted my driver to make sure things were arranged for my initial arrival. During my stay, they contacted me when I was arriving back late to ask if I will be joining them for dinner since I was returning back late. They made sure a car was ready to take me to the train on time. They had a fire going for me in the room when I returned in the evening. Manual Antonio (I think his name is) the driver was so helpful and thoughtful. The property is in nature and peaceful with streams of running water and a river, the grass and plants around are lush.
I wish there were more storage space in the room. One of the restaurant wait staff is a bit snarky.

It's well-worthy to stay one or two nights. For friends or family to have a relaxing time. The decoration is perfect!
The temperature of water is not hot, only warm. So it might be a little bit cold during the rainy season. But in dry season it's wonderful.

beautiful location, magical spa and wonderful staff! couldn’t ask for a better place to relax and take in the sacred valley.
the tents all sort of faced each other, totally fine when we were there we had a great view and felt very private, but a few of the tents looked right into each other.

Extraordinary experience! Hector and the whole team made us feel at home. Cabins are gorgeous. The place is nicely integrated with nature and the local community. Food is fantastic!
All perfect

such a beautiful location within the mountains. If you feel you’re not fully immerse in nature, this is perfect to get in touch with nature even more. The staff was extremely friendly. They welcomed us with a complimentary drink. At night , when the temperature drops, they start a fire for you in your room at 7pm and they offered to start a bonfire for us under the mountain. It was my birthday. So, they surprised me with an amazing dessert at dinner.
I liked everything!

the property is in a a wonderful scenic view, wild but very comfortable, the space is clean and the room very comfortable. the restaurant is high quality you can taste the Peruvian dishes with a modern interpretation by the chef.
the road that connect with the village is tough but they have very powerful shuttle and you will feel safe

I traveled with my best friend and we loved everything. The service was excellent ✨ Beautiful rooms and common areas. PUTUTU, the restaurant of the hotel is amazing, the best restaurant from the Sacred Valley. Delicious food. We had a cooking class with the chef of the restaurant and he exceeded our expectations. The spa is wonderful. We really recommend the Andean Circuit and the couple rituals 🥰 we had the Andean Romance and the spa team are incredible. The location between the mountains is magical! Excellent time here and definitely the best hotel in the Sacred Valley!
I loved everything about the property.

This is a perfect place to stay if you want to visit the sacred valley before or after Machu Picchu. Everything about it is excellent - the lodging, the very helpful staff, the food. And of course the place itself with the garden and the view outside.
4.7
beautiful tranquil place
great food, great shuttle service. would 100% recommend to friends and family
it seems most of Peruvian hotels don’t provide kettles in the room, which seems so fundamental in other part of the world, especially given the cold weather, would be nice to make a warm tea when needed.

It was perfect. From the first message i sent to staff via booking to the last transfer to railway station.
Amazing place, thank you so much!
They helped us with everything: transfer, driver, guide.
Breakfast was so good, we really enjoyed.
Staff was very friendly.
Dinner was good too, thanks to chef.
It was warm in the room, we had a fireplace and a nice view.
i liked everything

What a fantastic place! From start to finish, our experience at the resort was exceptional! The staff were so welcoming and genuine - especially Miguel and the chef! We love hot salsas so they offered us a little tasting and even made a special salsa for dinner! Miguel also gave us a tour of the beautiful gardens. What a location!
The family tent was a perfect setup for two families with 4 teenagers. The beds were super comfortable and the patio in front offered a great hangout place. My only suggestion would be to add a few water dispenser stations on the property. As an eco resort, they don’t use plastic bottles (which is great!) but could have used a little more water in the room at night.
This place is one of a kind and and takes glamping to a whole new level. I can’t recommend it enough!!

heavenly

The room was nice and warm. I had all the basic amenities but in miniature—a great view of the mountains, Good services, and food fair prices.
The room was small for the price. They charge for the corkage of each bottle. Not so much to do in the place. You can take a massage circuit but I thought that was expensive $150.
4.7
lovely staff and cute little tent.
everything was extra. we used the hot tub for a short period of time and it cost us $40. the food wasn’t great and expensive compare to much better place in Peru.

So close to Machu Picchu and 5 star accommodations. Tents were a unique experience.
Using the sauna and hot tub was an extra charge. For the rate they charge, they should include that. They should have activities too like bonfire and yoga class. The facilities were there but not used.
4.7
The hotel is in a nice location, just by a small river which you can hear from your tent, it's also remote enough to allow some nice star gazing. The beds are huge and comfy. The food is absolutely delicious. The desk service was beyond helpful to us and made some
complicated logistics we had to face really simple.
We got an "andean circuit", which is sauna + shower + onsen. The sauna was really nice, with dried lavender bushes inside. The onsen was a disappointment though, because the water was too hot. We asked the keeper to cool it down, which she did by adding cold water to the bath, multiple times, but not enough to allow for a pleasant experience. On top of that, the keepers watched us the entire time.
