Close enough to beach to easily walk or bike. Love the screen porch. We selected so we could bring the dog.

The home was so inviting! We immediately felt at home. Kitchen, sunroom and screened-in porch were our favorites as well as the master bedroom/balcony. Highly recommend!

Reviewer Comments:
The cottage was in a nice neighborhood with an easy walk to the beach. It wash clean and adequately furnished but awkward to navigate. A very nice bathroom is located downstairs near the entrance while the three bedrooms are upstairs. There is a small bathroom upstairs that you need to do the twist to get in the shower. Modern conveniences have been fitted into the confines of old walls hence the awkward description. The living room and additional family room with sky lights are attractive and reasonably comfortable. The front screened porch was the place we spent most time.

Reviewer Comments:
We love Rehoboth! The town is the perfect location for us. It’s not too far of a drive. It’s family and dog friendly. The beaches are clean and not too crowded. Great restaurants and shops. Friendly people. We also enjoy working with Berkshire Realty. The only negative this year was the home. Nice location but the pictures made it look more comfortable and updated than it actually was.The home was not ideal for us. We realize it was a dog friendly rental, but we’ve stayed in other dog friendly rentals that were modern and cleaner. This home needs updated with furnishings, area rugs would be great and updated bathrooms. The lightening was poor when trying to get ready to go out. We will continue to use Berkshire, but this home was not for us.

We stayed for a week in early July. We loved the house, it was clean, close to the beach (10 minute walk) and close to downtown Rehoboth (10 minute walk) We loved all the windows and the kitchen was very functional. The only issue we had was the pull out couch in the den, it definitely needs an update as the mattress was all springs and essentially unusable. It was great to have that extra space tho. We loved our stay and would stay here again, especially if the pull out couch was remedied.

Reviewer Comments:
The house was as expected. Old but in good shape. A/C worked well. We did not cook so can't comment on the kitchen supplies. The screened in porch with table was a great feature. Be aware that one bedroom has a king bed so bring a set of king sheets. The house is a 0.45 walk to the beach which we enjoyed in June but could be a deal-breaker for some in the hot weather. Overall, we liked the house.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful, older, upscale area of Rehoboth, dog-friendly with small fenced yard off living room sliding door. The house is very cute, comfortable with lovely sun room attached to the living room and equipped kitchen. Walking distance to beach, downtown restaurants, near fabulous bike path. It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with tall pines, privacy, yet convenient to everything.

We were so glad that we were able to rent this lovely home for Thanksgiving week. The house is warm and friendly and perfect for us. It has a well equipped kitchen which made fixing our “feast” quite easy. We also loved the location as it was easy to get into town and also easy to get to the boardwalk. We hope to rent this house again in 2023.

Fantastic! Would like the month of September if available in October 2023!!!Just the right space for two seasoned Rehoboth vacationers/summer employees.

The location is perfect - The Pines is one of the classic and architecturally eclectic neighborhoods of Rehoboth Beach. The area is great for walking your dog. It's also an easy walk to the beach, to shops and restaurants of Rehoboth Avenue. The one drawback to the house is that the bathrooms are not in-suite. Otherwise, its a cozy place to stay.
