Located in a nice secured area. Near fabolous Ketchum ....
The entry code 10 digit long Is not user friendly, parking direction complicated especially if you are arriving late. No central heat nor AC. Very tight space, outdated. Did not meet our expectations.was ok to stay for 2 nights.

It was a bit better than expected. It's quite a walk from the parking garage up to the condo. It was simple and good overall.

This place is a studio condo on the second floor of a three floor building (meaning there are people above and below you)
the condo is pretty standard for vacasa properties: clean and as described but minimally equipped: kitche. was missing some basics (like a cutting board, etc) but still totally functional and as described in the listing.
i would note that the fireplace was out of order and while it’s. it listed as a vrbo amenity it is still in the photos and property description
the condo complex itself was well majntained and the pool / hot tub were nice but with limited hours.
About 15 minutes to downtown ketchum but you can get there in a free bus that runs every 30 minutes all day long.
overall this place wasn’t amazing but for the price it was great

don’t lose your lock code. you have to use it to lock and unlock and it’s a 6 or 7 digit number.

It was really difficult to get in. The parking instructions are badly written, and parking hard to find. Parking pass was found after searching for a long time. Lock to get in is BROKEN. Needs fixing. Lamp for reading broken. Disposal broken. Needs container for recycling. After trying to find parking pass, (we found after about 30 mins) someone came 3 days! later with another. I had told them we had found it. Clean, lovely location, good deal, but will not stay there again due to myriad problems.

Nice room for the price. It was very clean. Easy to get in the room and very close to the parking structure. The place was very quite and spacious for 2 people. It had everything we needed for a week stay. The only problem we had was the parking pass was not there when we arrived and we didn't get it until the next morning.

Quaint and cozy. Had everything I needed minus an iron. (Even had an ironing board. Just no iron.)

Great little studio perfect for 1 person or a couple. Overall happy with my stay here.
Pros: great location, great value for what you get, close to included amenities like hot tub, updated kitchen, easy access to free shuttles into town, to Sun Valley, to ski lifts.
Cons: hallway noise and noise from studio above me/next to me were loud at times, seemed like there are thin walls in terms of noise.
Overall would stay here again.

We liked the location, short drive to Bald Mountain for skiing. Studio was clean. Kitchen minimally equipped. Underground garage parking a bonus. There was just 2 of us, would be very cramped with any more.

When I arrived the first two digits to the building number was left out of the description this made it difficult to locate the place. So add a 2 and a 0 in front of the apartment number they give you. Ugh very frustrating! Then I wasn't given instructions on where to park. This apartment complex is located in another building from where you park. You park in an underground garage and then walk up stairs to get to the building you need to be in. I don't understand why this vital information wasn't listed? Very frustrating. Once I got help to find the apartment and got into the apartment there was poor lighting and no lightbulb in one of the 2 lamps. I had to take one of the three light bulbs out of the bathroom and put one of them in the lamp in the living room by the couch so I could see to read because there was no extra light bulbs to be found. I had to unplug the bathroom sink because it wasn't draining water. The shower also wasn't draining water very well at all it took over an hour to drain and I was only in the shower for 5 minutes because the slime on my feet felt disgusting! Really?? I shouldn't of had to deal with that on my vacation. It sounds like the owners do not fix the problems that are brought up on the reviews or else these issues would have been fixed already. The shower would be fixed and draining properly. There would be coffee for guests. There was no coffee, luckily I brought my own. I couldn't sleep because the LOUD guests above me.... ugh.

My first stay with Vrbo. The place is clean! I love that they ask to remove shoes when you enter the condo. I visited the area to hike in Sawtooth so the accommodations were perfect for me.
Unit is on the 2nd floor, not sure if that's in the listing, so I was a little confused with finding it, but once I did, I was fine.
Recommendation to the owner - have hand soap available in the bathroom.
After staying, I read all the reviews again and I would say all make valid points, so take that into consideration when you book. I didn't need to communicate with the owner.

It was just a beautiful place to stay.

Clean and quiet condo, just not comfortable. Bed measured only 1 1/2 ft from bathroom. Zero privacy because of poorly fitted sliding barn door. No countertop in bathroom, vanity doesn’t fit properly and was obviously taken from another location designed for half bath. Almost dislocated my back reaching for toilet paper because of where it was mounted. Shower was nice, but handle was loose and temp hard to adjust. Very dark unit with one energy efficient ceiling light and one Walmart fluorescent floor lamp. Dark brown kitchen cabinets and green walls won’t enhance enhance overall experience. Curtains are to small to completely cover the windows.

The home was fine but it was impossible to talk to a real person who would listen to what was going on with my situation!

Overall fine stay. Unit was cold when we arrived and took a while to warm up. Tell users to bring slippers since you don't want shoes worn in the unit. Would have liked lights next to bed for reading. Would also be nice to have locking instructions on how to lock unit when leaving, took a little trial and error to figure it out. Shower was nice and bathroom heated floor was great.

When I travel to Sun Valley, I do not plan on spending much time indoors. This little place had everything I needed. After a long day recreating outside, a hot shower and a comfortable bed checked all of my boxes. It is located just off the beaten path in a nice quiet part of town. I would encourage you to read the email with the driving instructions thoroughly, and I recommend arriving in the daylight for the first time. After the first time, it is a breeze.

Very clean and modern—parking very confusing and not convenient—fan extremely nosy so hard to cool place down—couch uncomfortable—shower handle hard to use—not enough toilet paper

The condo was clean, well stocked with towels and other items to make our stay comfortable. Quiet and lovely location, and even affordable! Thank you!

It has everything you need for a comfortable long term stay. Good size kitchen with all the cook ware needed. Big refrigerator. The bathroom door can slide off the rails and difficult to put it back. A little more closet space would be great, Overall great place!

Brrrr.
The property was clean. Location to Sun Valley Resort was great!
The problem was that it was incredibly cold! The thermostat was located in the bathroom that had radiant heat , no registers anywhere else. The large window in the living area (covered with thin, poorly fitting drapes) brought in the cold. If you stay there, bring down slippers and very warm clothes, and don’t forget hand warmers!

Quiet, Beautiful, Perfect.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the coziness and security of this condo. Loved the kitchen and bathroom. It was perfect for our trip.

The good news: The bed and pillow are comfortable. The shower is nice. The internet worked.
Unfortunately, there is much more to NOT like: The "barn" door between the bed and bathroom fell off when I tried to close it. Scary! It would have fallen on the bed if I wasn't there to catch it. And if someone was IN bed at the time... OMG! The kitchen is all dark... dark cabinets and countertops, which isn't good since there is only one window in the condo... so it's dark and dreary. Couldn't open the one window. Couldn't figure out the heat. No directions in how to use the gas fireplace ( so couldn't use). There were TWO teaspoons.
There is a closet to hang clothes, but no dresser or place to keep clothes. Poor lighting (only one very tippy floor lamp).
Even finding the place is hard. I wandered around the complex, and finally found someone to ask. The building number is hidden behind follage, and only seen from a courtyard.
Thankfully there were few people staying here, so the thin walls were not much of an issue.

Kitchen amenities
The room was clean and nice and the bed was super comfortable. Lacking in the kitchen though were basic amenities such as salt, pepper, sugar and coffee.

Good but not great
Excellent spot to just sleep but some of the accommodations were lacking. There is an in room air conditioner but it is very loud. There wasn’t a screen in the window so cool evenings were hard to enjoy.

Great stay & place to play
Loved the place and the location. The amenities were outstanding. I would've given this a 5 star rating if : There was coffee with a wkg coffeemaker, a usable closet that didn't fall apart when you opened the door, a slow drain in the shower w/ someone else's hair ( not mine )

Great place
Great place to stay for a weekend getaway. Looked just like the pictures. The place was very clean. One down side was the couch was pretty uncomfortable. The tv was on the same wall as the bed. Which made it nearly impossible to watch while laying down. Overall we had a fun weekend!

As advertised!
Was a great location! Shower drained super slow... as advertised except for that.
