Our stay at Fab5Getaway exceeded our expectations!! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it. It was perfect for our family. We had senior citizens, adults and children. We enjoyed the clubhouse and water park at the resort. All of this was included with the rental. The house was very clean and welcoming. We had a few minor issues and they were addressed within 30 minutes. We will definitely be back and would recommend this property.

The location was perfect and is conveniently located by Walmart (5 minutes). The host was very responsive and accommodating, especially with last minute requests. The Disney themed rooms were a hit with the kids. Plenty of space to fit us all and the connecting bathrooms was very helpful too. We didn't have enough supplies when we arrived, but when requested, the host was quick to provide those. Overall, the home was a great place to stay and spend time with family.

I looked on the vrbo site for weeks searching for that special place that my soon to be 16 year old wanted for her birthday trip to Universal. Finally, I came across this beautiful home. I was looking specifically for a home that would cater to the needs of my family. The home came with a movie theater seating, which i knew my husband would enjoy. It also came with a swimmimg pool and spa which I knew my 22year old and soon to be 16 yr. old would enjoy tremendously. I made sure there were several rooms with king size beds for myself and hubby, my mother and my 22yr. old. My 16 year old had the twin beds in her room. Each room came with its own en suite. The kids rooms were upstairs away from the adults at night time so we could rest and they could have fun upstairs. Each room came with its own tv with cable/satellite and were smart tvs.
This home fit every criteria on my list with raving reviews about cleanliness. Clean it was and the neighborhood was so quiet althougb there were alot of people but everyone respected each others privacy. We enjoyed havingnour own pool so much, the kids never did grler a chance to make it to the waterpark within our neighborhood which was beautiful. We had an enjoyable hot day at Universal and we will be back again!! Highly recommend. The listing agent Darlene is wonderful, professional and friendly!! God bless and thanks again!!!

This house was located in a great gated community, close to interstate and amusement parks. The house was very clean, the pool was nice, great amenities, and had everything you would need for infants and small children. The community pool with water slides and things looked amazing, but we didn’t get the chance to make it there. Also, communication with the house manager was always helpful and they were very responsive!

We took my 3 year old grandson to Disney for the first time. My family of six were coming too and we wanted to stay all together. This house was perfect, had three king bedrooms with private baths, pool and hot tub and water slides and pool and splash pad for kids at the pool house. The themed kid rooms were amazing for my grandson. Very close to restaurants and Walmart where you could get all of your Disney souvenirs at a much cheaper price than the parks. Ten out of ten would recommend you stay here. It was so easy to check in and check out.

Very comfortable home for our extended family of 7. The property was as described providing the privacy for our family we were looking for. The pool and hot tub were especially nice for relaxing after long days at the parks.

Very clean and well appointed. We had 4 little kids, two adults. Having the pool, video games, TVs, and room options kept the kids very happy the whole time when not at Disney. There was more than enough room for our family. When i had a question or two Darlene was very attentive and helpful. The little goodie bag with lotion, other items was helpful for a little excursion to the community water park, which also is well appointed. If visiting during the cooler months pay extra to get pool heated just note it takes a day to get toasty. We’ll definitely be back.

My husband and I surprised our kids with a trip to Disney for Christmas. We also had my mother and father with us, so as a party of 6 we didn't want to be in 2-3 hotel rooms. The Fab5 Getaway was the perfect place to stay! The house is in a secure, gated community and close to stores and Disney. The house itself was very clean, and even has its own pool and hot tub. We couldn't have been happier, no complaints at all!

The house was fantastic! Especially the pool. We swam daily. Lots of room to spread out. Game room looked awesome even though we didn't use it. Would be great for groups with kiddos. Kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Great location for walking to any of the kids parks and pool. Easy check in and out. The manager was super responsive via text/email. We had an issue with the air conditioner that was fixed within 30 minutes or so. The pool and lanai were great. We also enjoyed the movie theater. Plenty of pool towels for the stay. The house is starting to look a little worn from normal rental use, but we would certainly look at renting again in the future.

Property was great and everything we expected. We loved the location and ease of travel to the Disney parks. We absolutely LOVED the pool. Being from the midwest, having an outside pool in Feb. was fantastic - especially for the kids. Our listing manager was Darlene Glaze and she made our trip very easy. She communicated as needed but didn't go overboard and she was very prompt on the few questions we had. A five star review from us for sure!

Our family had a great stay at this Windsor Hills rental. The house was lovely and having a private bathroom for each bedroom was an added bonus with so many people.
We used the pool and hot tub everyday …it was definitely the spot for gathering.
Darlene is a fantastic communicator. She answered our enquires immediately, helped us with a small issue we had, and checked in with us to ensure everything was to our satisfaction.

House was beautiful. Very spacious, clean and fun Disney decoration. It was the perfect set up for our family. The house is located very closely to the Disney resorts with alot of shopping options close by. There is a water park on the resort but honestly I didn’t go. The pool and hot tub at the house was our go to spot.
Darlene’s communication was top notch. We did not have any issues with the house during our stay, but I felt confident that she would respond quickly.
I plan on recommending the Fab5 getaway to family and friends who visit Disney frequently.

Great Location!
This property was very convenient to visit the Disney parks with how close it is located to them. The community pool/waterpark was just enough for youngsters in our party in which we enjoyed 4 days straight. The house fulfilled our whole parties expectations from comfort, space, pool/hot tub and all the utensils needed for our week's stay.

Great Location, Great Communication with Property Owner
Can’t beat the location of this property which is a quick jaunt from all the major parks. Private pool and hot tub were winners as was the game room/theater garage although instructions on how to operate the surround sound would’ve been helpful — never could quite figure it out, but had we asked, I’m sure we would’ve received a response as the owners were very responsive before and during the trip. In the end, it wasn’t that big of a deal!
Size was great for our party of nine plus an infant.
We’ll certainly put this on our list to return to in years to come. This was our first time renting a property anywhere and the ease of the experience was wonderful.

Our family had a wonderful time in this home. The house is beautifully decorated with every room having unique Disney themed items. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and the layout of the house was very accommodating for our family (loved having the 2 king suites). Will definitely stay here again!
