Spectacular and newly renovated condo, DIRECTLY ON THE OCEAN! It's an end unit, top floor, facing east, south and west, so there are sunrises in the morning and sunsets in the evening. Three sliding doors open onto a large patio facing the ocean. Sounds of the ocean from master bedroom and living room. Sit and rock on the quiet, peaceful patio. Completely renovated condo with brand new tile flooring throughout, complete new kitchen, all new bathrooms and new washer/dryer in unit! Smart TVs in all the rooms and high speed wifi. New King mattress and adjustable bed in master bedroom. Twin beds in guest room can be converted to a king bed if needed. Comfortable rocking chairs on the porch so you can sit outside all day. Electric grill on the patio for easy barbeques. Four beach chairs and umbrella available for the beach. Only 70 steps to the ocean!

This condo was better than described. It had everything we could need. It was beautifully furnished and seemed newly renovated and decorated. The views were spectacular. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and pool all week as well as the nearby restaurants, shops and local parks/beaches. We would highly recommend this condo and look forward to returning again. This property was everything we could have wished for. Perfect location, perfect amenities, perfect atmosphere and perfect accommodations. We would return without a doubt except the owner now seems to be joining the 14 day plus minimum which does not meet our current active lifestyle. We feel fortunate though to have booked it before her change of rental parameters which is her prerogative. Vero Beach is a unique venue and the ocean is beautiful and the beach pristine. It is an easy walk or bike ride downtown from the condo to shop or enjoy a verity of restaurants. We will certainly make Vero Beach a return destination, unfortunately not this truly fashionable and perfectly blissful location. If you have 14 or more days choosing this property is a win without a doubt.

This condo offers a wonderful vacation experience. The top floor-corner location is spacious, comfortable and quiet. The beach is a few steps away. You can walk to town. The pool area is great. The owner, Michelle, is the perfect host, answering any questions quickly. It's a place we'll definitely return to.

The views were amazing, the unit remodel was done with impeccable taste and the location to downtown Vero Beach was extremely convenient. First and foremost the views from this condo are amazing! As a bonus, Michelle‘s lovely decor makes you feel like you’re staying at a resort. The accessibility of the quiet beachfront as well as the beautifully maintained pool and grounds make this a no-brainer. My husband and I visit Vero often to visit family and I can see us staying at Michelle’s condo as often as possible!

Excellent condo, great views and short walk to town. Condo was very roomy with fantastic views, very clean, tastefully decorated and modernized, and updated with brand new kitchen appliances and W/D. Kitchen had all the cookware, small appliances and utensils we could have wanted to prepare and enjoy our meals and beverages. Plenty of linens for a family of four. Having beach chairs and towels available for us to use was a great touch. Michelle was a very responsive host and I would definitely recommend and return.

Wow, this condo is spectacular! The location is perfect since you are on the ocean and town is an easy walk. The condo has been redone beautifully with all new appliances in the kitchen and new bathrooms. And we love the counter bar area where you sit and watch pelicans fly by. The decorating is so calming and peaceful and the condo is so private and quiet. All details were thought out. Can't wait to come back!
